First night we were put in a spot right by the bathroom!!! People cutting thru our spot to get to bathroom and smelled like bathroom. Show some pride you can't seriously need the money that bad to rent that spot??? KOA redeemed yourself next 2 nights switched us to an awesome location by the pond. Beautiful and spacious! We were happy campers!�

Annoying advertising while in the park, crowded spaces and cabins together, no internet service even 5 feet from your office made our visit only satisfactory.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and close to Ouray and Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. I highly recommend this campground.

Overall the stay was great. The food at the restaurant was pretty subpar, especially for the price. We didn’t even eat the beans or Mac and cheese, because they were flat out awful. The bbq itself was super fatty and not good. Also, we tried to tent via AirBnB and did not even get an answer. Fearing we would not have a place, we called directly and booked a cabin. The cabin was a nice surprise!!! Very comfortable and the staff was very helpful …. Loved the ice, wood, quiet time & dinner text reminders. We had a smoke detector start cheeping and they fixed it right away.

The grounds were so well maintained! Love that they bring your ice to you and have trash pickup. We will be back!

The staff is wonderful, very efficient and pleasant. Overall it was a great stay. The only problem I have is the sites are too close together. It's great to be able to visit with your neighbors, but not when they are right in your face all the time.

The campgrounds were lovely. The restaurant food was delicious. But, we were shown to the wrong site and after we had hooked up had to move to the correct spot. As a Holiday KOA I expect it to be kid friendly and it was not at all. The staff wasn’t friendly towards children.There were no activities not even a playground. Quiet hours were late, Great adult campsite but shouldn’t be a Holid

The cabin was great. Newly remodeled and perfect for my family. The service was excellent. Great place to vacation.

We got the campsite with dead trees and broken picnic table that they said they would fix or replace and that never happened. They also had issues with the WiFi.

We were moved every night we were here. We had no idea the second day that we had to move, was called and a very rude lady told me to get back and move. We actually were moving a HOUSE and had the highway blocked. The last night we were moved by a group of barking dogs. The food is good.

Staff was very accommodating. Low noise factor with other campers. Overall, a very good campground camping experience. Would have been a five but for the need for maintenance/improvements to ancillary facilities, such as dishwashing area and some bath/shower facilities.

Very friendly staff, clean restrooms, staff comes around to pick up trash. Can get items delivered to your site (after its been paid for) such as ice, wood, and some other items. The owner is very kind and a good host for this campground. Wonderful stay!!!

An excellent park that is well maintained and has lots of camping options. Staff was great and there are lots of amenities. The Pet Walk was awesome for our shepherd mix that likes to move a lot. The store saved my sanity by having vinegar so i could fix my clogged faucet! Didn't get to enjoy the restaurant but hope to next time.

The front desk lady who checked us in was very friendly. When she heard I had stayed there before, she offered us a better location for our tent site, which thrilled me. It was the exact location I had stayed on my first visit two years ago and loved it. I will definitely be back.

I would not have enough Room to say what I really would like to say just disappointed in a few things the people that worked there were very nice and pleasant but I am not sure about the new management and the way they run things We stayed there at least 4 times a year I don't think we will anymore seems like they care more for money. Made reservations a month in advance got small area big rv

This campground was excellent. It had wonderful amenities, everything was clean, and it was very close to Ouray. We were even able to book a horse back riding excursion that left directly from the campgrounds. I would highly recommend this campground and we will definitely be visiting again.

Ouray KOA, actually in Ridgway has very friendly staff, lots of amenities, and is in an ideal spot. It's usually full and prices are steep. But bathrooms are cleaned daily, they have sit down restaurant for breakfast and dinner, good BBQ, and you can rent a Jeep Rubicon from them to explore the best jeep trails in the country.

All KOA staff was very friendly and accommodating. My car battery died so I walked to the store and Chris was so nice he came with a battery pack and gave me a jump. Thanks for making my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will be back again for sure!!

Excellent campground with good facilities. We loved the restaurant with live music, shaded camp site and clean bath/shower facilities.

Nice place! Very helpful staff! However, the sewer dump at site 57 is up hill, no use what so ever. Breakfast (weekday)took forever to be served after being ordered. Directional signage can be better. Consider moving horses a little farther away from campsites, a lot of flies!

The park is well maintained and gives the feeling of being in a mountain setting while still providing the amenities of a full hookup park. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Brought our RV, 3 young daughters, and bikes. NON STOP excellent fun!! Loved the horse back rides, the corn hole, the river, the live music, the coffee shop. The people were AMAZING to us. Can't wait to come back!!

The campground was immaculate. Restrooms and showers were updated, clean and functional. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Other than the peace of more remote camping I can not think of any more enjoyable camping. I highly recommend the Ouray KOA for anyone. AAAA++++

Camp grounds were pretty! Snow capped Mt. saw deer in the camp grounds! A little noisy but was a busy weekend! Week days were quiet! I would stay here again!

The fees are way too high, and our campsite was in need of mowing. Sucks to pay 70 for a tent site and 20 bucks for firewood and then have to pull weeds.

Staff is truly outstanding but the park REALLY needs a dog park. Some sights are WAY too close with slide outs coordinated to extent pass each other. Also great restaurant but can’t return until the get a park.

It is a nice, organized campground and the RV experience was great. If possible, for children under 2, I would locate their campsite away from the creek if possible. Also, the workers in the restaurant need to some help to move orders and eating along.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
