It was a great time, the only reason I didn’t give five stars was the playground was broken/not set up and the kids wanted to play.

I stayed in a cabin in September. There are too many flies in the campsite near my cabin. Couldn't cook or eat outside.

The staff at the Ouray KOA were consistently friendly and helpful. I was always met with a smile and excellent customer service. The staff of Mountain Top Social was so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make each meal memorable. Thanks for a great stay!

We wish we could have had deluxe cabin but not available. The camping cabin was fine but it wasn't until I called to see what was in the cabin I found we needed to bring towels , pillows and sheets. This should have been in the confirmation. The restaurant was great and bath and showers ok; however need signage to show the way especially if one has to go to the bathroom when its dark outside.

We always enjoyed staying at the Ouray KOA. However, the site (67) is not designed for a 30' RV. It was nearly impossible to get my 5th wheel square to the site. We had to pull forward to use the fire pit, leaving us 4 ft short allowing us to connect a 20ft sewer line. We would not recommend this site for RV's over 25 ft.

Use to love it there because you had plenty of room. Now you are crammed in together and have picnic table and fire pit on the same side as your neighbors. So now we are like sharing one spot. Quit going to rv park down the street because of tight spots. But now koa has made two spots out of what use to be one.

We only live 30 minutes away and have a vacation cabin 20 min away but wanted to "get away" for the weekend and came to the Ouray KOA for the first time. We've stayed at our fair share of KOA's, but the layout, amenities, camp staff, restaurant and Sunday Grace church on the porch was one of the best times we've had with our camper. We'll be back. Best KOA I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Usually, we setup camp and then start looking additional things we will need, but we didn’t have to look, they deliver firewood and ice right to your camp. They have a store that has everything from tourist T shirts, extra tents to candy bars. They also, have a restaurant and a coffee/espresso bar!! It was Awesome!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thanks to the super awesome staff!!!!! From the first moment of check in, each time we visited the store or restaurant, every greeting in passing by to our check out, we were treated as valued customers and all were cheerful and sincerely wanted to help us. Best customer service from ANY place in years!!!! Great job to all!

We very much enjoyed out stay at Ouray KOA. The Deluxe cabin was wonderful, staff was very friendly, and the place clean. We call it Glamping. Not roughing it, but have a little more freedom than a hotel. We enjoyed it so much, we are already planning out stay for next year!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at your site. However I found the shower stalls to be small and cramped leaving little room to get dressed in. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Loved this campground! The people were exceptional and accommodating. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Loved the entertainment and outdoor Sunday service. They did everything to make you feel right at home.

I was horrified by the way Ouray KOA was. The room was filthy, sheets stained with mud, bathroom dirty, toilet was used and left with poop stains, floors never swept, the sewer/propane smell was overwhelming. Main Kampground bathrooms were dirty; dirty mirrors, dirty floors, dirty toilet, no soap dispensers to disinfect hands. For the price, this representation was not worth it!

Great stay! The staff was amazing and the store was great. Only con - there are lots of flies on the property, but I'm not sure there is much anyone can do about that.

Nice campground, stayed at cabin, most other KOA cabins have at least one appliance, like a TV or mini-fridge but none here. Also not pleased with $25 fee for a pet. Website does not give fee amount. Pleased with shower and food at restaurant.

We always enjoy our stay at the Ouray, KOA. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the great BBQ dinner too! Thanks for working hard to make our stay enjoyable!

Amazing staff, great facilities in an incredible setting. A suggestion would be to add bear boxes in the tent area. A bear took out our cooler two nights in a row. Also consider removing the tree when you pass the office. We saw two people hit thier 5th wheel trailers on the tree.

The site I had was not very good (17) It rained and there was mud. When I called for spot I wanted all hookups. Did not have sewer! The picnic table was falling apart and was very rough.

Clean restrooms, which is always nice. Pretty dense spacing though. Did like the fact that the roads were curved and not just straight lines.

The resort is fantastic. Staff more than out going, friendly and helpful. We even had ice delivered to our coach at 8pm at night!!! Plan to go back there for a longer stay next year!!

We reserved spot 103 many months in advance because it was our favorite spot. It is no longer our favorite spot since most of the foliage has been removed. The campground itself is very nice.

All if the bathrooms had spider webs in them, and in two of three bathrooms I used I killed at least three spiders. There is a sign saying we can see the daily bathroom cleaning log, but with this many spider webs it makes me question how good of a job they at cleaning. I would consider staying again since the staff was great, had showers and a restaurant on-site.

Everything was great! Music was a little load for us when the piano guy started singing �. Coffee bar is the bomb those ladies are sweet & The younger couple that check camper in & sets up your Halloween decorations are so nice actually all staff is extremely nice and we are already planning our dates for next year. We have stayed at Moab and other KOA’s and you really set the bar too high

Fun, fun, fun. The young man who guided us in (kinda long stringy hair, only been working there about a month) was extremely personable and friendly. I never got his name but he is an asset to your business as are the young ladies working in the restaurant, very hard workers, yet always friendly.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
