Very well organized campground. Impressed with customer contact and customer service. Need more bathrooms/showers for the tent area. Not enough per the # of tents and waited forever on both mornings.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. All the employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The public areas were all clean and well maintained.

We had a great time...staff escorted us to our spot witch was nice because it was getting dark and helped us park in our spot. Staff was always making the rounds and picking up the trash.

You need a large dog fenced dog area, internet connection throughout the site. We were placed in a below par camp site.

It had taken me 40 years of my 58 to finally make it to Ouray Colorado. Absolutely, stunning vacation. We will be back. The old adage of Southern hospitality, definitely has extended to Ouray. I am positive our experience could not of been better. From check in to Ouray KOA, everyone...front office staff, campground staff, ownership, restaurant wait staff. Best vacation ever. We will be back.

On a travel trip and we celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary in your onsite restaurant. The ribs were excellent and staff here were well trained in customer appreciation and went above and beyond! They have the best KOA store that we have been to, well stocked!

Our camping spot was out in the open but we liked that we could ride our bikes on the back roads to town. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. The bathrooms were kept clean and the staff was very nice. I didn't catch the ladies name who checked us in but she was very nice. Also we really liked our waitress Morgan (I believe that is her name). Very friendly and kind.

The campground was nice and the cabins was nice, but we had to move to 3 different cabins in our 8 days that we were there , and we made our reservation 5 months in advance, employees seem to struggle with making reservations on the computer!!

Amazing and quiet site. Frankly we were worried as many of the reviews called out the tight, crowded sites but ours was great. View of open space. That said, I could see how staying down by the office would be crowded and without any privacy. we were blown away by the service. Daily garbage pick up, ice and firewood deliveries....they even Brought mail and an Amazon delivery right to the RV

Close to the mountains, but the sites, the employees, the smell, and the dust, not KOA worthy. Sites are stacked on top of each other, super close, no privacy or space at all. Employees are not top shelf, in their professionalism or demeanor. Sewer smell, awful, near the cabins, and near the last row. Dust everywhere, $250,000 rigs covered in dirt and dust from staff and guests flying. Not cool.

Outstanding campground. Well maintained with a courteous and extremely friendly staff. Great location in Colorado with access to off-road trails. Will stay at this KOA again.

Everything was great. Terrific staff! Especially the restaurant staff: Charlene, Morgan and Jamie were very accommodating, friendly, wonderful! Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Top compliment goes to Matt who saw me struggling while carrying some stuff and ran over to help me! My only suggestion is that staff wear name badges so they can be addressed by their names.

Group of Polish motorcycle traveler's were quite popular. They stayed up with various other guests drinking and chatting around a camp fire till 1 am. Extremely loud. Myself and another guest requested they keep the noise down as I was sure 10pm was quiet time. Unfortunately K.O.A. apparently does not enforce this rule. Too bad cuz I would've liked to have slept.

Your KOA is unlike any I have experienced, in a good way. It was very nice to have a single user bathroom/shower. It was conveniently located near our cabin. the folks working there were very courteous. restaurant convenient. it would be nice to order sides instead of big meals. syrup way to cold

We were greeted by an awesome gentleman (maybe the manager) who was the consummate professional. Site was good but very dusty. Loved the convenience to Ouray and Black Canyon NP. Overall a very good experience that could only have been better with paved roadways to minimize dust. We will be back.

Extremely helpful and FAST staff workers. Extremely knowledgeable on hikes amd jeep trails in the area. Visitor center we’ll stocked with essentials and then some! Breakfast is amazing and affordable priced. Owner and his employees are well versed in customer service and seem to enjoy going above and beyond a call of duty! Y’all rock and we’ll DEFINITELY be back!

It was a little crowded, but everything was so clean, easy and organized. The grounds are beautiful and the jacuzzi and restaurant are bonuses.

We really enjoyed our stay. The employees went above and beyond when we arrived and the electricity wasn’t working. They worked over an hour and had us up and running.

We find 8 to 10 sites at the KOA that we feel are desirable. If we book far in advance we are normally able to reserve one of these sites. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We feel the sites need some attention. We stayed in Site 75 which we love, although it is extremely dusty. Pee gravel would make many of these dusty sites more enjoyable. Improvements are minimal.

I'm giving them a 3 because of the lack of dump station. When we booked our stay, the only option available was a water & electric site (which we paid a pretty penny for). Come to find out once there that they do NOT have a dump station, they have dump service. Unfortunately they charge $15 to dump if you only have a water & electric site. This is NOT on their website. I find it very poor se

We’ve stayed here twice now. Only overnight while passing thru. However, it is a great place, with plenty of CLEAN RESTROOMS and convenient location. We will stay here many times in the future!

Great service and customer support at the main entrance. Some of the campers were really noisy in the evenings, but that comes with the number of people. 10PM was quiet time, and it was quiet after 10. Overall, a great stay and I'll be back!

Great location and very clean appeal. I'll went out of her way to get us the best site for our 42 ft. Motor home and Manager, Robert was helpful and friendly to make our site nicer with gravel. Will be back for sure

Overall a great stay. Rude staff at the coffee bar, unsafe food handling practices observed in the restaurant kitchen and a lousy fire ring and picnic table at our site. But the park was relatively clean, our site was nice and the staff was friendly. Just a couple bad interactions but overall we’d come back.

It was great. Our space was next to the River. The staff was great! Very customer friendly! Just recommend to update the WiFi to be able to work from the camp sites. Other than that it was awesome!

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
