Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites were larger than almost all the other places we have stayed. Ice, firewood and trash were delivered or picked up from the site as needed. Best place to stay and enjoy the mountains.

The campground was clean and nice, but the amenities listed on the website we’re not accurate. We found the WiFi spotty at best. TMobile had no service close by, and if we were aware of this prior we could have prepared for this with a prepaid phone on a carrier that had service in the campground. The website stated that direct tv was available, but it wasn’t at campsites. Please correct websi

Overall, we had a great stay. The bathrooms were clean, the atmosphere and location were perfect, and the staff were friendly too. The only complaint is that on several nights, the live music at the KOA Cafe continued well past the campground quiet hours (11 p.m. one night and 10:30 p.m. another night), and since we were close by and in a tent trailer, it was very disruptive and frustrating.

The mattress was a bit soft and there was no coffee or filters for the coffee maker. But other than that it had all the amenities and was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Stayed here twice on our way to/from Grand Canyon. Had a great time, mostly due to great staff- David & his sister-in-law at the front desk-Friendly, Professional & Helpful. Kevin drove us to our site & stayed with us to get us settled in a more appropriate site for us—friendly, helpful & fun. In Mtn.Top Social: Alex, Caroline, Morgan, Charlene, Judy-Made us feel like family! Love this place!

The Ouray KOA has been a favorite of ours to stay at for several years! But, the new breakfast & dinner menu was superb!! The BBQ Ribs and service were exceptional. Along with delivery of wood/ice to our trailer site!!! We love it at KOA OURAY!!!!

The campsite was in the woods and there was plenty of trails to walk around. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious with live music ( unexpected). Plenty of activities to do! We will be back.

This is the BEST KOA we have ever stayed at!!!!! The facilities are amazing tons of things to do. The store and restaurant are top notch. We booked our stay for 1 week, the next time we come it will be for 2 or 3 weeks!! Love this place!!!

Very clean and attendants were very punctual and friendly. I love that it is so pet friendly. Spaces were a little too close and crowded in some areas and a bit pricey for those. Very very organized and accommodating ran KOA.

AMAZING! This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at to date. It is so well taken care of and the people are more friendly than anywhere else. They deliver things to you and have the best amenities. The best part is that they close for Worship on the porch on Sundays, which is unheard of anywhere else. Cleanest bathrooms, restaurant, coffee shop, etc... I could go on and on. I love this place!!

Ouray KOA is amazing for the kids and adults. The bathrooms are clean. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at their restaurant . They have live music on the weekends. The communication is exceptional. They keep you update through text messages for anything that you may need throughout the day, like firewood, etc. The sites are very spacious and the ones at the back have a beautiful views.

I have stayed at many KOA locations and this was one of my best experiences. Beautiful location, excellent customer service, and all around wonderful experience. I will be back.

For the most part, it was an enjoyable weekend. A major negative issue was the overwhelming sewer smell we had to endure for most of the stay. Notified the front desk on Friday, and again on Saturday, nothing was done until Sunday afternoon. I could tell from the attitude of the front desk person this has been an ongoing issue. Would not have stayed had we known of the sewer smell.

The people were all nice, but the new owners have made changes that make the tent camping experience much different than it used to be. The tent camping is confined into a congested small area, and they made those lovely tent spots by the pond into RV parking. There is constant traffic, noise, and dust. If we have wanted high density and traffic, we would have gone to Denver. Shame, really.

Great staff, great place to stay. Clean showers, hot water. Only suggestion is that the restaurant, on the several times we patronized, was suffering so badly from staff shortage that we were unable to get our food or drinks in a timely manner. This was discouraging. Other than that, things were great.

The Ouray KOA was awesome! Bathrooms/showers clean. The live music and church service were great. All the people working there are fabulous, especially at the Mountain Top Social restaurant. Love the texting to order ice and firewood directly to your site. Love their local store that is reasonable prices. We will definitely return!

Called last minute for reservations and the staff worked hard to get us a spot. Was met at the entrance by welcoming staff and escorted back to the site quickly. Met the franchise owner, manager, and maintenance crew, who all took their time to stop to talk and get to know our family. Great, beautiful location that will not disappoint! Rent the KOA Jeeps that are available; worth every penny!

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the escort service where they guide you into your RV spot. Grounds are well maintained and the MTS was pretty darn good for food and drinks! Would come back again for sure.

From the time we checked in, it was apparent that all of the staff were so NICE! We stayed 3 nights and felt that the staff were attentive and friendly with every interaction. The property is clearly well maintained and the bathroom facilities were always clean!

The only complaint I have is the large burn pit smelled terrible, and our cabin was next to it. So when we were at our cabin it had a sour smell coming from it. Otherwise it was a great stay!

We loved staying in the cabins! Will likely recommend the cabins over tents as the tent spaces are pretty close to each other.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
