A better than average campground, nothing spectacular. There was good water pressure at the pull thru site, however the hot tub could have used some serious cleaning.

The Ouray KOA is a beautiful place to stay. It is close to hiking and especially 4-wheeling trails. The park is beautiful with high mountains all around. All the sites are level with plenty of room. The staff are extremely friendly, and always helpful. There is an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and the food is excellent.

Showers and restrooms not that clean but I have seen worse. Restaurant had lots of flies was not that enjoyable swatting during entire time we were there so we did not return for breakfast. I also noticed many people had to wait for staff at counter for coffee multiple times 5 min plus wait for someone to show up. I did have a great time and was not regretting coming to this Koa thank you

We were appalled at the price to basically park in the campground overnight. Then in the morning we inquired about using the RV dump and you wanted to charge us $15 more. Probably won’t be back.

Too expensive for full hookup to honestly be able to recommend. Convenience is only plus. Staff was excellent.

I will definitely recommend this KOA, love the location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Make your reservations well in advance. Best spots are on the side across the creek behind the office. This year unfortunately we were in the back with all of the toy haulers and it really wasn't as pleasant in that area due to all of the "motorized toys". Best place in the area to stay.

We stayed in P5 and had to disconnect tow and reconnect at the entrance area because our 40 foot RV did not have enough room to take the turns without backing up. I believe if I had taken a pull through I would not have had the issues. So if you have a big rig you should probably pay for the pull thru. Or pick your own back in site and pay the extra $20. Also there was no WiFi.

You have the most beautiful place in the United States unfortunately it seems the service has gone down over the last 3 to 5 years. We understand staffing with covid is a challenge perhaps closing part of the park or some of the bathrooms that you do not have time to clean would be better. The restaurant is still horrible that we have learned to just stay away from there.

We were in site 115, so we had a lot of flys due to the horses, and no internet connection. Other than that, it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious and Morgan, our waitress, was a delight....she is a real keeper! We would definitely stay again!

The place is greatly improved with the new ownership. It was beautiful already and is only getting better. It's very quiet and laid back, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Ouray.

Our stay was influenced by the following items. 1 it was almost impossible to get into our designated camp spot.. took about 10 tries, even your guy barely accomplished it. 2 our slides were within an inch of hitting the trees, 3 had to dig out our steps to come close to level, 4 sewer connection was way back , I had to borrow another double sewer tube to meet the in ground unit. 5/6/7…sad.

We have stayed at Ouray KOA for at least 5 yrs consecutively. This is the first year we were not happy. We had a young couple with 3 children next to us who were not respectful of quiet time. I know you have no control over this, however, it was uncomfortable for us. This is always a working vacation for us. We were tired at the end of the day and were looking forward to rest and relaxation.

We had a great time here. The staff and accommodations and amnesties were all great. Loved the little bar and grill and the food there that they had on site. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks guys. Well done.

Our problem was with the camp bathroom/showers. Although the bathrooms next to the office were pristine, the ones in the campground were almost unusable. I know a lot of people are slobs, but a lot of us are not. Trash was overflowing onto floor, tp/towels empty, sinks and showers dirty. If you have a lot of people using them, clean more often. I saw a bunch of yellow shirts just standing around.

Wonderful hosts. Site next to creek, back in site. Nice shady campground. Mountain views all around. Definitely stay here again.

We had a tent site. No shade, but an ez up solved that problem. Clean bathrooms, trash pickup, ice and firewood delivery made it a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient 5 minute drive to the town of Ouray. Jeep rental was a nice bonus- everything you need for a trip to the San Juan mountains!

The front desk staff was very helpful, the restrooms/showers were clean and the restaurant served delicious food by friendly, accommodating wait staff! And the entertainment was amazing- Cousin Curtiss is an awesome musician. I think I'd come back sooner if he were there again since it's the main reason I stayed there in the first place.

Very nice campground with great amenities. Firewood and ice delivered right to your sight with justxa tdxt and charged directly to your account. Very clean and large campsites.

We had a great stay from August 1st to the 13th. There were 2 large groups there during our stay and we enjoyed and interacted with them and had a blast. Clean and very nice. Love the availability of items in the store and the restaurant was very good. We shall return.

Service and amenities were great but I did not fully enjoy the site due to a lack of privacy. I also didn't enjoy all of the religious references (i.e. Christian music playing in the bathrooms, Jesus posters, etc.). Luckily, we did not have anyone bother us but it wasn't the most comfortable setting for someone who identifies as LGBTQIA+.

I've stayed here several times. This time, the tent site #88 was not good. Right next to the county road, traffic noise, red ant beds on the site. I thought I was getting a nice site on the hill near trees but I ended up with a small pad next to cabins and RVs. I was super disappointed, other times I've been very happy. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times during each summer and liked it before.

Staff was best part of our visit - all friendly, courteous & helpful, especially Donnie, Ilka, Kevin, David & Harlan. Troy & Robert also friendly but unable to correct problems/electrical system to consistently provide 50 amp. Had some kind of in-ground gray water holding tank directly behind our coach, which smelled on a regular basis, making it unpleasant to be outside.

Great location, GREAT service, beautiful...... I have never had such friendly and wonderful service. The help parking, the delivery service of wood and ice, the INSTANT trash pick up. And most of all the smiling faces. You guys are doing it RIGHT.

We did three nights of tent camping at sight 18. We really liked the campground and all of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The showers and restrooms were very clean. We would definitely consider returning, and reccomending your location to others.

Enjoyed the amenities of on site hot tub, restaurant, & store. Everywhere was super dog-friendly, which was essential. Sites are very close together- tents & RVs next to the camping cabin, but once night came it was surprisingly quiet. Very friendly service from everyone encountered.

One of the nicest RV parks out there! The staff is super helpful and the grounds are kept very clean. They even had Jeeps for rent daily to drive around Ouray/Ridgway. Robert, the manager was our savior! Our car had to be put in the shop, so my two teenage girls and I had no way to get into Ouray. Robert drove us in his car to Ouray and then also picked us up when we were ready. So kind!

This is a very nice KOA. Love the location. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. They deliver icee and firewood to your campsite. Even drive by and pick up your trash. The on-site restaurant is actually quite good. It’s unfortunate they were short staffed and wait times were long. I highly recommend staying in the front half of the park. We stayed in both front & back. Front is WAY better!

The cabin was small, but nice. Convenient check-in. Easy access to Ouray and Telluride areas. We would likely stay there again. Areas to improve: need more bathroom stalls--period. Showers were not clean; shower heads too low. Need more staff in the restaurant, including cooks and wait staff. Prices in the store are high, even for the area.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
