What an incredible experience. They attend to your every need. For gods sakes they held my daughters dog while she shopped in their store. They are TOP NOTCH!!

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent employees! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the dog hill, restaurant, music and store. Quality standards regarding everything by managing staff! BEST IN CLASS!!

Smiles for miles. Very friendly staff. Trash is picked up for you at the site and disposed of. That's nice. Pricing is a tad rich at the restaurant though. And during our stay there was no WiFi but that's being remedied. This was our 4th stay in Ouray and never had a problem worth mentioning. The new things to do were great for the grandson. He's ridden a lot and liked the horses there.

It was great, they deliver firewood, ice, and even pick up your trash. All employees are very friendly and helpful. Best stay We’ve had.

We stayed in June 2021. Beautiful scenery. Well staffed. Nice store. They have a restaurant but we didn't eat there. Wood and ice delivery to your site is a nice touch.

Seems like everything there is extra. We could only get a spot that did not have full hookups and to dump waste and grey water was additional $15 every day. No wireless internet. Based on the price and lack of available spaces there I will not go back. The price we paid should have at least had full hookups. I will forgo the camper when in Ouray in the future and find a hotel.

Nice place, lots to offer and very clean. I would rate a 5 but there is no fenced in dog park area. There is a dog trail, but for those dogs who do not "go potty" on leash a fenced in area would be best. Plus the hill up to the trail can be challenging for older people. The hot tub needs a little TLC, came out of there non-stop itchy.

No attempt to keep the vegetation alive in space #103. Too bad; it used to be a lovely spot. Personnel were friendly enough, but no one ever responded to our texts for ice which was a big "sell" upon check in. Campground rules for the 10 p.m. quiet time were not enforced. A party right next to us of about 20 people went on until 11:30 p.m. Probably won't stay again.

Personally, I hate the design where front doors are facing one another. Spaces are way too tight and it feels like it was designed years ago before big rigs.the surrounding area is gorgeous but the park is an oversized sardine can.

Everyone at this KOA was super friendly and welcoming. The setting is gorgeous, with the creek running right by the restaurant outdoor patio. Everything was very clean. Great food at the restaurant and wonderful live music from the Red Dirt Compadres. Fun!

Staff was very helpful. Management did a great job of adjusting for our needs. WOULD RECOMMEND REMOVING ALL WOOD BURNING CAMP FIRES. The smoke is awful and it didn’t follow the no burn restrictions for the county.

Great and well organized Kamp ground. Most of the sites were not too close together. The one we had was big. They have a nice restaurant and store. It is nice that they rent Jeeps, but the price seemed to be for 24 hours and we would have wanted to use it for 12 hours has at a reduced fee. The people running the camp were nice and professional at all times.

Great campsite. We found the park to be clean and well run. We particularly liked the in house restaurant and bar. Terrific staff were very accommodating. We'd definitely stay again

The positive - you can rent a jeep right from the site to explore - a- the negatives - our site was by the horses so there was a horse smell - also the sites are on dirt so when it rains they get muddy - there was little privacy to our site other people and kids kept walking through it - the restaurant was not open on Monday but we got a text to say try it. Finally what is the resort fee for?

This was by far the best KOA experience I’ve ever had. The KOA has so much to offer. I wasn’t prepared to do all the things and see all the sites in the area. I am going to plan to return with my family next year and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the KOA itself. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Positives: Everyone was beyond nice! Great service. Close to town. Clean. Pretty. Level. Enjoyed our stay! Negatives: Pay extra to dump when already paying a +++ price. Make dump included. No water spigot at the dump for RV’s black tank flush system. A regular water spigot would help. Looked like maybe the old playground was in the process of being replaced? Negatives are few. Nice KOA!

The sites are a little tight but it’s a very nice campground. Very nice people. We’ll stocked store. The restaurant was a welcome surprise! Excellent food.

The Good: Staff were extremely kind and helpful! The location is beautiful! We know you're renovating. The Bad: PLEASE put some effort into the bathrooms/bathouse. Multiple times, we waited 30-45 min for a toilet. We had to go to the main building to report overflowing toilets in the early evenings due to non-working flush handles. 180 RV/tent/cabin sites w/only 5 - 10 toilets working = not great

We initially used the map and meandered to the shower house in the back of the campground. Dirty and disgusting with only 5 toilets total for so many campers. Then we found bathrooms at the front of the camp by the store. Wow! What a difference. Clean, spacious, sanitized! What gives with the big difference?? Overall, too crowded for us, but convenient for the over night we needed.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
