Camp site and camping service was great. Store had everything anyone needed. Restaurant was badly understaffed. Took 1 1/2 hours to get served (the single waitress was busting her tail). I would suggest shutting down the restaurant until it can be properly staffed- it just gives the entire operation a black eye.

Overall a great stay with friendly staff and mostly clean facilities. More showers and bathrooms would be nice but the waits were not too bad. I guess it goes with the RV experience but occasionally the smell of sewage was overwhelming. That said the park was completely packed full of campers. We will return to visit again!

This was our first time staying In an RV park and we were thrilled with the amenities and large RV spaces. We usually camp off grid but it was nice to be able to pull in and plug in. This park is great! Very dog friendly for well behaved dogs. There is a great dog trail and all of the spaces are great! They have a gift shop with darling things and anything you may have forgot. And a restaurant!

Great location. Old RV campground design/layout. All old short sites. Some hard to back in to. Sewer connection at very back of site. Sewer hose would not reach. Had to go buy a longer sewer hose.

From check in to departure this place was easy and provided us a safe and fun place to stay! All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will be back!

It was GREAT!!! We had some issues and totaled our car and David and Amarylis helped us out so much and made sure we had a camp site to put our trailer at and also told us where to go look for a new vehicle at. The staff was great and we will definitely be back!!

You need more bathrooms, and a better cleaning staff. The floors in the shower and toilets where disgusting.

Cold water in the showers. Wifi was terrible if it worked at all. Hugh park, probably too big. Nice staff. Would/will go back, hopefully they will improve.

Smoke from smoke house and campfire outside of our RV aggrevated allergies, but other than that, we really enjoyed our visit. People were nice, area clean, and location was convenient.

Staff was amazing. Food was excellent. Campground was neat, quiet and well maintained. I’ll definitely be back.

Love the personal attention at this KOA. Very nice staff and amenities. We did not like our site. Was like camping in a parking lot. If we go back, we would definitely try to find a spot closer to the main building where there are trees.

We only got to spend 1 night but The site we stayed in was very nice, the staff was very night and the emails about the days events were nice too. The pick up of trash was also very nice.

New owners are great and we love the improvements but you really need to get your WiFi dialed in…it is TERRIBLE! With more people than ever working remotely, it’s really a necessity if you want to stay competitive.

Will be better when they get sewer hookups. $15 is kind of high just to dump our grey water and have never been charged to have my dog in my camper. I can understand it in a cabin but not a camper. Everyone was nice and helpful otherwise.

The sire was near the horses and we had fly infestation , hundreds of flys daily , had sprayed them but did not work , when I ask for help at the office I was told , they are everywhere, We were gone most days but it was not pleasant to have that many fly

We are so impressed with Ouray KOA, it is without a doubt the best KOA that we have stayed at. The staff are the most professional and friendliest. Two of the staff, Carla and T-roy are exceptional. Thank you to the entire staff for making are stay wonderful. We already have reservations for Jul 2022, and are anticipating our return.

I did not use any of the facilities, but check-in was courteous and fast, and e pleasant mployee on golf cart led me to my camp spot and added additional info.

Great service overall. Valet trash and for firewood just text and it will be delivered to your site a few minutes. A little impersonal but the campground was extremely busy with a high volume of guests so it was pretty understandable. Beautiful setting. Please just raise the water spigots above ground level.

This was my first experience staying at a KOA. It was excellent! I don't know if all KOA's are like this one, but the bar has been set very high. I appreciated Devon escorting us to our site and helping to back in. Trash pickup was prompt and a great perk. The gift shop and store is nicely appointed and had interesting items. We will definitely stay here again!

Great KOA location. Very clean, friendly. Could use a little more privacy between sites. We were at a site where both RV's "front doors" faced each other. Awkward eating dinner facing each other. It was hard to sit outside at night when the dogs in the other RV were incessantly barking at us from their windows. Overall a pleasant stay, but would request another site.

Our family stayed 1 night as we passed through the area. The facility was very well kept and bathrooms were clean. Staff was super welcoming and the Sunday morning church service was amazing! Such a wonderful place to stay!

The staff is helpful and very friendly. The location is great for adventures near Ouray and Ridgway. My camp spot was 22C, kind of an afterthought is how it appeared to me. It was not graveled like the other RV spots. And since it rains in the afternoon, we had some not nice mud to schlep through, and a hard time keeping doggie paws clean. Please put the gravel down in all RV spots. Thanks.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
