Very clean and organized. Fire wood was extremely over priced at 16$ a bundle. Would go again.

We have stayed at this campground for many years but not impressed with the new ownership. The grass was long at our site when we arrived & was not cut while we were there. We couldn’t use our fire pit after the heavy rain as it was in water. Sites could use some fixing. We did enjoy the trails. And was quiet in our area. Had no water or hydro issues.

It was a very nice stay.. The staff were all very kind very nice and they definitely kept the place clean! Definitely made it there number one priority to help us as customers out and I’m sure everybody else out in the campground. It was our two-year-old daughter’s first camping trip and I know she had fun her favourite part was the pool! Thank you for having us we will definitely be returning

I felt it was very expensive for what you received $69/night is a lot Also $16 for 8 pieces of wood is ridiculous!! Sites are not very private but The pool was nice and very clean

Rented the cabins in July . Clean, quite, private and safe, only half an hour of other attractions as Sauble Beach or Blue Mountain. Though I miss the old owners they were the best.

Wish the roads were packed earth and not stones that fly everywhere and kick up a bunch of dust but everything’s else was great! Clean washrooms, nice pool, clean campsites. The wood is too expensive and I would advise everyone to bring their own.

Nice grounds however, big variance on the lot sizes and quality... we got a terrible roadside tent site inches from 2 roads and 2 other camp sites... didn't sleep a wink. Tried to change and was not allowed. If you can pick your site then this would be a great place to stay, otherwise you might get shafted with a horrible site.

This is the second year we have stayed at this campground. It is now under new ownership. The bathrooms were kept very clean as was the campsite when we arrived. The pool was also great. Grass cutting was done regularly but the clippings were dumped in the play field. Flower barrels are just weeds. Firewood is ridiculously expensive. We missed the wagon rides that were offered last year.

Check-in was smooth, we continued to our site which was clean and well marked out, went to plug in and found the receptacle was charred and melting (this cause an electrical arc while plugging in, clearly been this way for quite some time *very dangerous condition*.. we took our young children to the park where there were screws sticking out of playground and the child’s swing had sharp metal ex

The area is nice and staff are friendly. However, I felt like our campsite (tenting) was too close to the neighbour's, especially during these times...I had expected more distance between us. Even though quiet time started at 11pm, the group next to us were pretty loud right up until 1am, until someone came to yell at them which didn't end well. Overall it was alright for one night..

It was delightful! Beautiful sites, very clean and well maintained property. My only suggestion is to allow multiple pool bookings within hours that are vacant. We noticed several times the pool was unoccupied but weren’t able to book more than 1 slot. I understand about advanced bookings, but if there are vacant time slots in the present, it should be allowed. We will definitely be back!

Five night stay. I was shocked to find there was no free wifi. Sites were very close together, and we couldn’t open awning due to tree on site. Site was nowhere near level. We also couldn’t properly flush black water as hose had to run uphill on the site to connection . I was surprised that there was no hand sanitizer available in theE office/reception. Staff sightings were rare.

Things were great overall. The store was empty. I would have bought marshmallows, hot dogs and milk. Also, the men's bathroom closed for cleaning at 10:30 which was not the posted time. The main issue is that it is at checkout time. Most people would like one last bathroom break before they begin traveling, instead they have to find somewhere to stop, which is not easy at this time.

Week office hours opening at 10am and closing at 6pm is quite inconvenient. We were visiting around during the day and could not buy firewood for the evening. Other than that, it was a nice place.

The neighbours at the site beside us were loud until 3 am. The woman’s bathroom had 2 out of 3 stalls that did not lock. Both bathrooms were out of paper towels for at least 18 hours. In the arena of COVID-19 that is unacceptable. Both the ladies bathrooms were locked for cleaning AT THE SAME TIME!!! The site we had was very nice. The wood cost $16 for 10 pieces of wood. We will not be back!!!

Clean, well looked after, friendly staff, we had a big rain storm come through and wash parts of roadways out and was very impressed how quick they were working to do repairs

Très beau camping, bel emplacement. Terrains pullthru un peu trop petit, mais surtout l’électricité sur le terrain 055 est très déficiente, nous avions seulement 100V alors que nous avons payé pour un service de 50A. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser nos A/C, très décevant. Bous avons avisé la jeune fille à l’accueil, mais rien à faire... nous sommes très déçu.

Had a very good stay but only one complain we had no water for about a day and lost electricity for about 2HS, but other then that the staff was very friendly and helpful, we are definitely going to come back.

This has been our favourite camping for 17 years You list the Thomann family as hosts. Unfortunately they sold the camping in January. We dearly miss them as we never met the new owners. They don't talk to anyone or take advice from anyone. Seeing that they are new at this people offer help but it falls on deaf ears. We will see what happens or sadly will seek another camping.

We enjoyed our stay here. Campground is nice and quite, lots of trees! Sites are a decent size and are well kept. They dig out the fire pits so you will have a clean fire pit. Trails right off the campground and a nice pond. The only negative is the off leash dog area you have to go out past the office and it’s super small fenced in but they do have one. We will definitely stay here again!

Would have been great if the washrooms were cleaned more often with the number of people staying at the campground especially during a time when cleanliness is crucial due to covid. Towards the evenings the washrooms were filthy and remained so until it was attended to the next day.

Neighboring campsites were making so much noise talking, laughing with car stereo blaring unfamiliar sounds. Worst noise was at midnight by men who seem to be part of their group setting up tent right behind mine! My 2 emails to management didn't really help. Then the midnight noise was a nightmare. How does one get help at midnight if people ignore the rules? Luckily they left next day!

We love it there! My boys had a blast playing in the pool which we had to ourselves. And we enjoyEd our hike on the Bruce Peninsula trail. We will be back in the future.

We booked 3 sites together as a group, however we did not end up being side by side. Our site was very uneven and we weren’t able to have a fire because the fire pit was under our awning. Very large noisy group in the tent section that was extremely loud every night and left litter in the park/field. Older female employee in store/office was always extremely rude to everyone. Wood is WAY too $$

Checked in and was given site 41. The check in girl made a mistake and we were supposed to be on site 14. They only realized this after over an hour of our setup. Had to spend over 2 hrs moving trailer and setting up on the other site. Grrrr. New site was actually nicer but needs leveling out as site was flooded out after rain on Saturday(ankle deep water). Sites near us were not flooded.

Great spacious site for our rv. Park is very nice. I do however feel that $32 for 2 small bundles of wood is outrageous and $5 to park an extra vehicle on this massive property is ridiculous. Staff not overly friendly but the property itself is so nice that we will return.

For the most part everything went excellent for our stay at KOA. The only two things I observed was that the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with how busy it was. And there was a leak in the roof of our cabin at the beginning of our stay but the staff did say they would look into it after our stay.

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
