Clean, spacious campsite - fire ring and picnic table incl.. This site (#67) didn't provide much privacy. Bathrooms were always clean - it is much appreciated. Office staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Quick access to the Bruce Trail, the campground's central location in Owen Sound and affordable rates were a definite asset. I will continue to camp here in the future.

As always our stay was awesome, very friendly staff and a super clean environment. My children and I have enjoyed this Koa location for years in the past and intend to enjoy in the future with my grandchildren

Spacious, very clean bathroom. We were assigned to site 67 that was a bit exposed and very close to the road. And the staff was very nice to help us to change to another area which is more in the forest. We walked around the tent area and everything looked good. It's just a suggestion, 67 may need to be improved because people who get 67 will not stay comfortably because the land is very sloping.

Booking time in the pool due to COVID was an inconvenience. More bathrooms would have been nice. Wood and other supplies at the camp store were outrageously expensive.

The site we had was pretty small when we booked I was told that was the last site available & there was other sites available the fire wood was to much money & to big of pieces the washroom were very clean

The site is great but is very noisy at night (after 21h00). The sites are very close to each other. The staff is great and helpful.

We were very rudely told that we were only allowed one swim time, one car on our site and one tent. We have a big family and usually use multiple tents. However we managed to fit us in 1 tent. We witnessed on more than once occasion during our stay that people were signing up multiple times for the pool using more than one site number. Sites that had 2 tents on it for 4 people and up to 3 cars

Was our first time at a KOA, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were awesome & accommodating. Sites were nice & facilities were clean. Would go again!

We have a great time and sleep at night. The site that was assigned to us is awsome clean and its on the middle of the forest. The staff are so nice and friendly. Amenities are good the washroom and showers are clean and properly maintained. One complained that our companion have is the cabin, electricity on rhe cabin cannot run 3 small appliances at a time and the electric fan is too small to giv

Its very spacious our site 087, clean common areas and surroundings. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Gladly come back again some other time.

We had a wonderful weekend of camping at Owen Sound KOA. The sites were nice and clean. Lots of shade! Bathrooms were clean. They have a nice outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go again.

There was not BBQ GRILL GRATES, and we were told to go to Walmart to buy it. I did not like it.

It was my first time staying at this campground, and I brought my dog and had a good time. The campground was pretty full, But somehow the staff managed to keep the washrooms and showers spotless, and the grounds beautiful. The young man working the store and check in when I arrived in the evening, was most pleasant and inviting and explained all of the amenities. I will definitely be back!

It was very clean and quiet. Campsites lots of room and lots of space. The only thing had problem is the hydro outlet...I paid hydro but the sites are shared..I paid for hydro..next tent site took all of outlets...thought they had more..

Was disappointed that fires had to be out by 11. I understand quiet time but campfires are the best part about camping. Not being allowed to park on someone’s lot is crazy when there is room. We had sooo many heavy coolers to carry from our tent site to our friends RV site. This really frustrated us as there was plenty of room for our car and we had paid just like everyone else. Nice play for a quick stay. Tent site was very close to RV sites and did not provide a lot of privacy, No pool as it was closed. Would have liked to know in advance of booking. Only one washroom a little far of a walk to get to. Probably not to return if visiting this area. look for other camp grounds

We had stayed here three nights during 2021 Civic Long weekend to explore Owen Sound and George Bay... What I like this KOA is it is located on Bruce Trail, so people can go hiking from their camping sites:)...

We went tent camping and we were very pleased with the location as well as all the amenities that were offered. It is a pet friendly campground and we loved seeing other people's dogs. It is a very quiet place at night and we slept well. The lady at the desk was very nice and had a great sense of humor. We will stay there again if we ever go back to Owen Sound.

our tent site 71 was too close to the road and neighbouring sites, as well as too sloped almost no activities on site. couldnt get any swim spots as they were already taken. firewood was good but too pricey I must commend the clean washrooms!!

Camp site where good . Over all camp ground could use some better presence. Flowers etc. Chairs around pool area. Not enough staff to check person in for visits. Price for wood extreme and store did not offer much. Sault saint Maria was awesome compared to this koa. Could not get a refund for leaving a night early.

Having to extinguish a fire by 11pm is very off putting as that is one of the most enjoyable things about camping. The cost of firewood is ridiculous. $12 a bag is double the cost of what we pay elsewhere and others at least come with a fire starter. Only having 2 bathrooms was bothersome and not being informed of where to find water spigots. Ive camped KOA before but this was by far the worst

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
