The stay was good and the staff was supportive. The only reason for 4 star is that the camp ground was a bit sloppy so our tent was on a slope.

The woman in the office ( a little bit older with an accent) is not friendly. I’d go as far to say borderline rude. We bought two bags of wood but they did not deliver until we drove back to the office to complain hours later. They then delivered 1 bag and had to come back. Sites are decent. Amenities are bare minimum. I’ve been to a lot of KOAs and this is near the bottom.

They managed to squeeze us in on a busy weekend. Camp was very clean and trimmed. The social distancing due to Covid was excellent and was observed by everyone we encountered. We love KOA as they are consistant every time.

The campground seems to be well maintained. Limited services due to Covid-19 so the rate should have been somewhat lower. Our site, number 20, was very big and private....only critique would be that the sewer connection is extremely far away from the other connections....house wouldn't come come to connecting.

WE had an awesome time at the KOA, first camping of the year and the place was nice. Lots of great people and the staff were fantastic.

We lost our power one evening, Jimmy was very prompt and had the problem fixed quickly, new owners are very friendly, they are doing a great job.

Our spot had a tiny strip of grass and a big gravel patio pad that I would of had to pull my 5th wheel onto the road to have my door lined up with pad and I have a mid to front door.We were literally within 10 to 15 feet to sewer of site beside us. The campsite was nice, however there were issues with the power / running ACs but they got a few generators to help but then it was extremely noisy. Nice to be close to hiking trails.

Very nice park quiet but still lots to do, would be nice to see a fenced in dog run as there was a lot of dogs with there loved ones camping.

Nice park .Except The CHARGE FOR OUR DOG. 35 years camping at KOA's .First time ever been CHARGED for a little dog that never leaves the site.Just a money grab.

The firewood was disappointing. $24 for 16 pieces and some of those were small sticks. Also our firewood was delivered around 9pm! Also seemed a little greedy to welcome dogs and then charge an extra $5 to bring them.

We love it there.The only problem this stay is that the site we wanted had no hydro. Not their fault. It is very quiet and private and that is why we like it. Because of the hydro problem they had to put us in the hub of things and it was right at the entrance. Noisy and no privacy at all. People let their dogs run loose and bark day and night. We will go back but not in the hub.

Camp site are clean & good house keeping in the area. Staffs are very nice & helpful. It is very good for a holiday with our family.

First, we were very impressed with the COVID-19 protocols in place at the Kampground. Good job! We were given a site, 32, which is a nice, spacious site, but is directly beside the swimming pool. This became increasingly annoying as our stay progressed. I would recommend not giving out that site until all other sites have been occupied. A word of warning to potential Kampers...

Very friendly and helpful staff from the time we arrived and left. Really liked the rules of the swimming pool only down fall is when the people that have it booked don’t show up and other people could be using it. Found the wood little expensive for the amount of pieces you get. Only negative point about the stay was the partying and yelling going on at 2:30 am on the Sat night from 1 site,

Awful. I was tent camping. After I checked in I went to my campsite and someone else was already set up there but not at the site at that time. I went back to the office and it was closed. I called both phone numbers and emailed and never got a response so I had to just find another empty site to use. At night it was loud until 3 am with people yelling and drunk. What a terrible experience.

It is a very nice quiet park. Pool was great. Bathrooms clean. Lots of trails. Friendly staff.

Nice site, right next to access the Bruce trail. But 2 things. 1. Was really surprised you charge a fee for having a pet? Wonder why and have not had this at other KOA or non-KOA campgrounds -cash grab?. 2. We had to have a septic system access manhole and power plug right in the middle of our site right next to the trailer. Occasionally caught a whiff and could hear it working. Ugly?

This is a quiet park during the week but we have to give it 3 stars as we didn't feel it lived up to what we come to expect from a KOA. We paid $66 a night and had one of the smallest sites there was. This KOA also didn't offer any upgraded patio sites. Felt this KOA was too expensive for what you got. It is also mostly seasonal trailers.

The website mentioned dog walk but it was just a small piece of grass. We have 2 dogs and were expecting to have a gated place for them to run and play off leash. I would recommend this if possible.

The stay was amazing! When we checked in we found out that the koa had been sold and there were new owners. That left us wondering how well the park would stay (we had great time with old owners) but you can tell right away the new owners care about the park! We have faith it will continue having great service! We can’t wait to book again! Thank you so much!

Been staying on this campsite for 8 years. Standards have define dropped this year. I get that there are new policies regarding COVID but that is no excuse for garbage not being emptied, electric shocks on bathroom showers etc. Also I thought this was a family campground?! Apparently it is now open to young party goers who stY up until 4am, despite reporting nothing was done to stop this.

We have been coming for 4 years. We have one recommendation. Empty garbage, recycling & dog waste more often. It was very full by Sunday. Difficult for longer stays.

We especially like that it is located close to the Bruce Trail and conservation areas, and overall it was a very good experience. The only unpleasant aspect of our visit was the electricity cutting out (brown outs) for the entire duration of our stay. We hope that this can be resolved, as it will impact our decision to return or recommend the campground to others.

We had a great time! The camp site was clean and a good size. They helped us coordinate a family booking so we would be together. The washrooms were very clean. The pool was an amazing temperature and so welcome since it was so hot while we were there. Playground looked fun but we were unable to use it due to Covid.

We rented a cabin which was a near fatal mistake. It was a very hot weekend and the cabin had no means of cooling other than a small fan. The cabin was unusable during the day and too hot at night. We are an older couple and my wife suffered heat stroke one night. Not even a sink, although there was a tap right outside the door. 1st and last time in a cabin!

The KOA is very clean and well taken care of. The majority of sites have some form of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
