The campground was lovely. I have no complaints about the campground per se. However, the store had next to nothing in it. Our biggest complaint though, was that the Kamp Kabins don't have air conditioning, like many of the other KOA's do, and it was uncomfortably humid in the cabin. I would stay again, if the weather was cooler or there are air conditioners installed

It was very clean and well kept. We were happy to have one of the more private sites near the pond. We got a time slot for the pool each day and the kids enjoyed the park.

We had a great long weekend with our family. Well maintained, private site. Small issue with power at site but it was quickly resolved by staff and had no other problems the rest of the weekend. We will be back!

Great weekend. Nice quiet campground. Clean. Staff friendly. Pool refreshing. Wood a little expensive and doesn't burn well. All in a all a good enjoyable weekend.

It was a very pleasant four day trip; we really enjoyed the cristal clean pool, daily maintenance to the bathrooms and the tranquil place. Amazing staff!

Chased waterfalls in Owen Sound/Grey County area - the KOA was a fantastic campground and central to many local waterfalls and hiking paths. Bathrooms were well kept and campers were quite friendly too. Absolutely wonderful stay for the long weekend for my family!

We got a cozy tent site with lots of shades. The front desk girl was nice to accommodate two sites close by without any extra cost. Not many things to do if you are expecting to keep busy with activities, however, there is a nice trail to hike and nice to relax at site. There is no basketball net as shown in the map if you are expecting to play.

It was fine ex ept the cabin we were first put in the floor was soaking wet wet when u walked on it water came up threw the cracks.when I went back to the office the guy in the desk said he would have to get a hold of his boss to see if he could do anything so just go back to wait at that cabin and when he could he would let us know. Thank goodness for the 2 workers on the golf cart came and too

Sorry about that, we only have 3 hours between guest to clean and sanitize 9 cabins, Our cleaner is doing a great job to clean Cabins on time, however, the floor may not have enough time to dry out. We purchased a new mop ,hopefully it will leave less water on the floor than before. Thank you

Clean washrooms and showers. Noise control still an issue (2nd stay here) with late nighters (1:30 am). Also confusion over Covid rules. I was told on phone that we could have a maximum of 2 people on my tent site (#77) whereas the site beside me had 2 families with about 8 people on a single site (#78).

Great campground! Fun place to stay, grounds are well maintained, the pool and facilities were clean and very friendly staff. Pet friendly to!

Only stayed one night as a stop over. Had no problem booking online, finding the park and our site was fine (I paid extra to pick it). I don't like that KOA charges more to pick your own site. Most sites are very close together which may be typical for KOAs. Bottleneck on road to register was ridiculous. Sat for 20 mins while big trailers parked and blocked everyone else from coming in.

We were assigned to the wrong site & asked to move the next morning. It was raining, so we packed up & got a refund for the second night & went home. The staff were all nice & apologetic. This campground has repeated numbers, so it is easy to have a mixup. I suggest that the number system be changed to ie 1–200. And for example not have L29 & O29 Thank you, Leola

Great place to stay! Owners are awesome, hard working and very accommodating. They helped make our stay awesome and really went out of their way to help us extend our stay. The grounds, and laundry clean and nicely maintained. Fun for Kids and a even a nice space for dogs, they take pride in their campground and we are super happy we choose here! And will be returning again for sure!

The site was not level which made it difficult to level the motorhome. Had to use several wooden blocks. There was not even enough flat area to sit in a lawn chair. The water pressure was very low and the line voltage (103 to 106) was so low my coach kept shutting down to protect the electronics. I have stayed at many KOA's in the past 6 years and this one was by far the worst.

We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was great and cozy for a family of 4. With the hotter night It got stuffy. Pool was freezing!!!! but we had it to ourselves which was great! Would be better if there was earlier swim times and was heated!! the customer service was great as well. I would suggest maybe putting a notice of not being able to buy campfire wood once office is closed though.

Just a few remarks, we found that some of the sites were too close together with no barriers and the road narrow on our way in with a split in the road half way down???, the staff were very polite and informative. We did wish that fees for (friends relatives) were divided into a half/full day attendance instead of having to pay for a whole day. WE really enjoyed ourselves at this KOA.

Spent 7 nights on site 35….nice sunny spot and when it rained the water ran away nicely and the site dried up quickly…had great neighbours and the campground is kept very well …. Will definitely be back ….

We had a good time. Everything is very clean. But when you book online it shows the area that you want,yet when you arrive you get a totally different spot. We have been going to this camping for almost 18 years so you know the sides you like.

Positive points.. nice employees, nice well kept sites. Negative points… no free wifi. The one hour free was too complicated to use and after the free hour very expensive. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thankyou KOA

Everything was good except site #L38 where we stayed. It has a tree that is in the way of extended out the awning fully. Made it very unpleasant when it poured rain all weekend.

The new owners are very accommodating. We had an issue with the water tap springing a leak. It was replaced and improved within a half hour

Although the weather did not cooperate, the campground was very impressive. Good facilities and a nice area, with some good hiking trails.

The firepits were not the best.. they didn't had the grill on the top and were circular with place for the air to go in.. had tought time getting the fire going. Horseshoe firepits with grill work the best. All Ontario park have it not sure why KOA will not provide it.

Good smaller KOA. Route we were given to our site would have been a bit challenging for the size of our rig, so lucky for us we took a wrong turn in the campground and ended up going a much better route. Otherwise, clean, nice, friendly staff, quiet campground. Would visit again

I arrived and was sent to the wrong site, so had to go back to the office to find out where I was actually supposed to be staying. Lots are very small with little grass. Staff are not knowledgeable on the campground. Staff don’t enforce the quiet after 10p, when you call to let them know there is an issue they tell you they have no one to watch over the park at night..Safe?! Very run down park!!

There was excessive noise from other campers until 4am both nights which made it very hard to sleep and be energized the next day with my kids. When I brought the problem to the park owners I got the response “ some people just don’t follow the rules”. They don’t patrol the park as often if at all to inforce rules. The public bathrooms where a mess a few times when we used them.

We had many trips prior to 2020 so I was a little worried finding out there are new owners. We were pleasantly surprised. The grounds and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. The owners and staff were constantly working and were always friendly. We are excited to try out one of the new patio sites! Hopefully they will have some activities when allowed, the previous owners didn't have any.

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
