Stayed in a cabin with no water on site, had to fetch water closedby, not ideal for a cabin it is an expectation to have a tap on site, i should have taken a tent site with water and power instead.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry to hear about that, our cabin doesn't have any water tap inside the cabin. However there are water taps close by for guest to use.

Staff was very pleasant. We stayed in one of the cabins, which was very clean upon arrival. Washrooms were cleaned multiple times daily. Very conveniently located to town and attractions.

Stayed there a few days each year for the last four years. Staff have always been polite and the facilities have been very clean clean.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. I would stay again. Perfect proximity to all natural attractions. . The only thing I could find fault with was the fire pit at cabin number three almost sat on the road. Fine for two people but any more and someone would be on the road! All in all a great stay! Thanks KOA!

Booked a cabin at the Owen Sound KOA for a few days in August. The campground is in a great location only a few minutes away from town and is a great base for exploring the Bruce Peninsula. Staff was friendly and the campground and cabin were in good condition. We would definitely stay here again when in the Owen Sound area.

Cabin leaked which was troublesome considering it was a very rainy weekend that we had!

Warm the pool more. Paint fire pits so the are visible at night. Great office staff...Christine is the best! Wonderful owners. You will enjoy your stay.

Cabins in need of repair. Holes in walls by the electrical plug hole in door can see outside bugs and water come in. Canadian flag needs replaced torn in half disgrace to your country. Washrooms only cleaned once a day if that. Womens Shower door needs replaced almost fell on me. Firewood is very expensive 16.00. No free WiFi. No staff between 6pm -10am. Only way to reach someone is through email

My family loved the camping. it's great for kids too. The bathrooms may be a little better, but overall, it was a very good experience.

We have camped/ cabin-ed at the Owen Sound KOA form 12 years with our family (Now 25 in total - 15 children) . COVID caused some issues like not being allowed to rent barn. We managed even with one morning/ breakfast in the rain. In 2021, the plan is to again rent the 6 cabins plus the barn. Thanks to the new owners. May you be blessed as you provide opportunities for fun and families.

Rented the cabins in July . Clean, quite, private and safe, only half an hour of other attractions as Sauble Beach or Blue Mountain. Though I miss the old owners they were the best.

Things were great overall. The store was empty. I would have bought marshmallows, hot dogs and milk. Also, the men's bathroom closed for cleaning at 10:30 which was not the posted time. The main issue is that it is at checkout time. Most people would like one last bathroom break before they begin traveling, instead they have to find somewhere to stop, which is not easy at this time.

For the most part everything went excellent for our stay at KOA. The only two things I observed was that the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with how busy it was. And there was a leak in the roof of our cabin at the beginning of our stay but the staff did say they would look into it after our stay.

This was the first time that we went to camping, we stayed at a cabin, and we have had an awesome experience in Owen Sound KOA. Great service and staff, so it's easy to recommend it.

A great location, cleanliness has changed dramatically this year in the kabin and especially the washrooms (ran out of supplies and not cleaned frequently). Also very inconvenient office hours and wood delivery times. Office not open enough and wood only delivered once a day? No laundry this year either so hard for kabins to wash dishes.

Loved camping at this Koa! It was the perfect campground for a getaway. The campground was well maintained, everyone was friendly, the washrooms and cabin were very clean! I would definitely recommend this Koa to friends/family and will absolutely be coming back!

Property was super clean and had many great amenities for the kids. Only wish was that the store was open later for wood, ice and questions.

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
