I have stayed at the Owen Sound KOA many times over the years and always found it a pleasant experience. However this time I found a lot of in attention to guests, and indifference or an uncaring attitude. The washrooms were not clean and the pool water was dirty. I realize that covid19 has had an impact on my businesses, but I never thought I would have to send a bad review.

During these difficult times of physical distancing it was reallly nice to be able to leave it all behind for a few days. Cabin was immaculate and we felt very safe our entire stay. We will be back.

Very clean....very friendly staff and campers Would most definitely come again....would like to make a note concerning the couple doing the grounds upkeep and cleaning...you are amazing...I feel they should be commended.

We have been coming here for quite a few years, and it's always a nice, relaxing time. Even without the hay rides, park, or playroom, the kids still had a great time. We missed the flowers that are usually hanging from each cabin and in planters around the campground, it was always a really nice touch. It's been a weird year though, so hopefully they'll be back next year.

It was very dusty and quite exposed in the lower camp area (closest to the pool). We were assigned K-1 and it was in a high traffic, very dusty area. The maintenance crew cut the adjacent trailer site and the dirt and dust was absolutely gagging. Cabins were clean and everything I expected. There was one small fan which was a nice touch and a small shelf for inside storage.

Couldn’t be more happier to be back in the sunshine again! Great place to relax and unwind! Great service even with COVID-19, great job keeping us all safe

Been staying on this campsite for 8 years. Standards have define dropped this year. I get that there are new policies regarding COVID but that is no excuse for garbage not being emptied, electric shocks on bathroom showers etc. Also I thought this was a family campground?! Apparently it is now open to young party goers who stY up until 4am, despite reporting nothing was done to stop this.

We have been coming for 4 years. We have one recommendation. Empty garbage, recycling & dog waste more often. It was very full by Sunday. Difficult for longer stays.

We rented a cabin which was a near fatal mistake. It was a very hot weekend and the cabin had no means of cooling other than a small fan. The cabin was unusable during the day and too hot at night. We are an older couple and my wife suffered heat stroke one night. Not even a sink, although there was a tap right outside the door. 1st and last time in a cabin!

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
