An older cute lady from the office was very NICE, helpful & accommodating. Some younger staff needs more training on dealing with “ costumer service”. Washrooms are being disinfect constantly. Swimming pool is clean. You feel safe because there’s a security roaming every single night.

Good for families, hot showers, clean facilities. The lower rating had nothing to do with KOA, just our luck. Neighbouring sites had constantly crying children, barking dogs, and drunk disoriented teenagers that tried to get into our tent in the middle of the night. Needless to say it was a sleepless night.

We got a cozy tent site with lots of shades. The front desk girl was nice to accommodate two sites close by without any extra cost. Not many things to do if you are expecting to keep busy with activities, however, there is a nice trail to hike and nice to relax at site. There is no basketball net as shown in the map if you are expecting to play.

Clean washrooms and showers. Noise control still an issue (2nd stay here) with late nighters (1:30 am). Also confusion over Covid rules. I was told on phone that we could have a maximum of 2 people on my tent site (#77) whereas the site beside me had 2 families with about 8 people on a single site (#78).

The firepits were not the best.. they didn't had the grill on the top and were circular with place for the air to go in.. had tought time getting the fire going. Horseshoe firepits with grill work the best. All Ontario park have it not sure why KOA will not provide it.

There was excessive noise from other campers until 4am both nights which made it very hard to sleep and be energized the next day with my kids. When I brought the problem to the park owners I got the response “ some people just don’t follow the rules”. They don’t patrol the park as often if at all to inforce rules. The public bathrooms where a mess a few times when we used them.

It was a great stay. Clean washroom and pool. The staff at the check-in is pleasant, but maybe need a bit more flexibility in helping customers book site for future camping. Theres no other customer in line at the time of request.

Very empty, great camp ground! Super close to a Walmart and easy access to the Bruce trail! Washrooms were very clean!

I'll be forwarding on an email to KOA corporate / customer service as well. HORRIBLE quality of a KOA campground - junk quality bathrooms and facilities, a laughable "camp store", and NO adequate follow-up from management / ownership of issues.

There was a very rowdy group not far from my campsite. The loud noise was non stop from when I arrived at 2:00 pm until 11:00.

Very loud people until 3 am. Couldn’t drive down the roads due to other campers because they were sitting on the road and had tables set up in the middle. I only koa employee I saw was at check in and she was ignorant. Fire would was outrageously expensive. We didn’t stay our full stay we came home after one night. We had had enough. Next year we’ll try some where else

Place was decent for the price, washrooms were clean and modern, water was nice and hot, about the only negative was lack of visible signs at night as we arrived after dark and had a heck of a time finding our site.

Overall this park is adorable. Having two trails on the grounds is an added touch. They did a great job with covid protocol. I am very disappointed that their office closes very early and there isn’t anyone on late for noise issues. Nothing was said on what we can do if/when this happened. There were loud parties all the nights we stayed and unfortunately got very little sleep.

Muddy, uneven campsite. Due to covid 19 I would think that there would be more staff cleaning washrooms. Office was opened late closed early. Nothing to buy in the store. Nothing really for small children to do at the campsite. Big disappointment. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed camping at this KOA ..People here are absolutely friendly..nice ..would reserve again for next year...The lady at the front desk christine is very nice and has a great personality towards her customer's ..see next yr ��

It said in the rules we were given that music had to be stopped by 11pm. Three sites around us partied till 3am and were screaming. Cops called twice, not by us. Asked for a refund and they refused to even speak with us. Worst management ever. Would never come back.

We had a very good stay at Owen Sound KOA. The camp site is pretty big and shady. The washroom is clean. We still gave 4* as our grade because of the smelly things around the camp site or toilet. It's quite difficult to describe the smell. It's something smelt like pee at the early morning. And please also consider the price of firewood. It is extremely expensive. $16/bag . Thank you.

Washrooms are clean and easy to get to, plus front desk is friendly and great. BUT WE ASKED FOR A SPOT AWAY FROM PEOPLE AND GOT SMUSHED IN BESIDE METH HEADS WHO KEPT ENTERING OUR AREA. YOU HAD OTHER AREAS/ROWS ABSOLUTELY EMPTY!!!!!!!! PEOPLE ARE LOUD, RUDE AND STEAL YOUR CAMPFIRE WOOD AT NIGHT IF YOU DONT HIDE IT. I WOULD INVEST IN SECURITY OR SEPERATE FAMILIES FROM DRUNKS AND METH HEADS!!!!!!!!

Stayed one night. people behind my site, start talking, cooking, drinking after 23:00 then i was hoping that they will respect camp ground etiquette but they kept noise till 2:30 am I've notified to Koa staff at registration then I sent an email to Koa as well but no reply yet. Bathroom is clean. shower is clean as well. 5 wood logs for 16$ expensive. However, staffs are friendly.

Very nice owners. Wonderful staff in the office. My one critique is the fire pits need to be more visible at night. Maybe fluorescent paint?

Our experience with the family was fun. the grounds were beautifully kept with lots to do,like running.hiking,swimming, The back pond was good for the children, was there first time seeing the trout jump for bread. The washrooms always clean but in the girls shower we were getting shocks when turninng on the taps. PLEASE check into that.Camp site was ah some.

We had a great experience. The only thing I would change is, there has to be a solution to the water taps in the shower "shocking" you when you use them. We were told that was why the rubber mats were there and that it has to do with the humidity, which is totally okay. I accept the answer. However, there has to be and answer out there to avoid this. Especially with young kids using the showers.

The sites were very close together. It was quite noisy. I was the only person that I saw wearing a mask in the ladies washroom. The pool was very nice and the campground itself was very clean as were the washrooms. I don’t understand why loud dogs were allowed in the campground. It was very frustrating to go for a relaxing holiday with dogs barking constantly. We ended up leaving after 1 d

This KOA has become a yearly trip for my family and I now. This site has always been very kept tidy and clean. Especially the bathroom. as they make sure regular cleaning happens there, so trips to the bathroom do not require a gas mask or any bio hazmat suit. With two active boys, my wife and I really appreciate the amenities the campground offers to keep them busy. The hiking trails are pretty fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. The pool is even salt water pool, which really just tops things off. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to camp; a more authentic experience than a certain local park in Owen Sound. Lovely playground, swimming pool, and cabins, spacious sites and a beautiful pond. Great trails to walk as well.
