Nice and quiet campground with a lot of amenities and big, large spot but they are not leveled.

My family and i loved this campground and would return! The only area that I’d say has room for improvement are the bathrooms. They were clean and had hot water but the fixtures in the shower could be updated and it would be nice to have a lockable door versus just a curtain. Signage telling you how to use the shower would also be helpful, as the way the knobs work is confusing. Thank you!

Everything was great except the sewer hookup should be at ground level, not 4+ inches up.

Nice spots, need WIFI and TV? Not super important to us but could be if we had to work while staying there. but other than that it was great.

Employees were helpful and friendly. Site 61 the branches on tree need to be cut because the branches were hitting the RV during the high winds.

Very spacious and clean resort. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. Perfect for families and my daughter loved the rock wall and train. We’ll be back for sure!

I loved the KOA itself - the mineral water jacuzzis were amazing and I even did the rock wall! However, I was not particularly happy at my tent site. There were several other open sites available, yet, one night, there was a family of four at the site right next to me. Our picnic tables were literally 5 or 6 feet apart. I could hear them chewing when they were eating dinner! It was super awkward!!

Nice, clean and friendly staff. We love the mineral baths. A little out in the middle of nowhere though...we enjoy this KOA, but it may not be for everyone

Palm Springs KOA is a decent place. It deserves a 3.5 star. Staff is super kind but facilities are run down and dirty. Over 8 nights we didn’t have one clean shower. Roads are not suitable for young children to ride bikes/scooters on. The roads are gravely and super bumpy. If you would fall it would tear you up. Campsites clean.

Clean and quiet. We wanted a safe place to stay on New years eve during a wind storm. This worked just great.

It was fine. friendly staff, LOTS going on. Families, kids activities etc. Maybe not the best fit for two old geezers but we enjoyed it.

We stayed one night on our way to Arizona. Our experience was marred by the location of our tent site. The tent sites are located on the open edge of the camp and it was kind of windy night/day. I checked and it was 15 mph winds. But given the location of the tent site we bore the full brunt of the winds all night long. Please put the RV sites along the edges instead of tents.

We stay at many KOA destinations and did not have high expectations for at this destination. We simply wanted to get away from the rainy weather and enjoy a relaxing time away. We were pleasantly surprised to see well maintained park with excellent mineral spas and a heated mineral water pool. The spots are all plenty big and flat with great views of the snow covered mountains. Kids had a blast!

Beautiful and well kept park with super large pull throughs. Bathrooms and showers are all upgraded and clean. This KOA is a few miles off of interstate 10 and well worth the quick trip. Very quiet and well lit at night.

The office staff are a pleasure to interact with, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Grounds staff do a great job prepping sites and keeping the outdoor areas tidy. Bathrooms, change rooms, pool and hot tubs areas are clean and well maintained. The activities available are varied and I wish we had more time to attend more. I will definitely return.

The jacuzzis were wonderful! I liked how there is a lot of room to maneuver a tow vehicle because the roads are wide. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The place was clean, no trash anywhere, unlike most camps that are prone to wind. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Only complaint...WiFi was weak or non-existent.

Enjoyable stay & great staff who helped to accommodate our needs to change sites due to 50/30amp connections. Grounds were quiet, well kept with clean toilets/shower rooms. 5 star experience & based on other KOA camps would like to recommend a 110v at each site, improvements to WIFI connectivity which was a bit difficult, & possibly equip 50amp sites w/ 30amp. Overall great time. Thanks!

Séjour parfait pour le temps des fêtes. Le wifi fonctionne bien, nous avons pu « zoomer » avec la famille avant d’aller au jacuzzi! Les terrains sont assez près les unes des autres, mais ceci est attendu dans ce type de camping.

Well maintained and clean. My only desire would be for calm evenings is to have a wood fire. I carry a portable wood burning stove. Very nice facility!!

We were on our way to Tempe, Az for Christmas and stopped at this KOA for one night. Because this KOA was close to Joshua Tree National Park, we visited the park. Both the KOA and National Park made for a nice visit to the area.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
