Great stay but disappointed the wifi didn't work well and the tv in the cabins weren't working.

It's too close to the next tent. There was the sound of talking and the smell of cigarettes. The facilities are not bad for a family.

All the negative comments I read in other people's reviews turned out to be accurate: ants; noise; location of restrooms; tents area borders "Cal-tucky;" litter; overall layout of grounds (RVs should be on the fence, since they come with their own security & bathrooms, which would provide a wind/noise break for tents & tents would be closer to restrooms. One of the worst KOAs I've been to.

WOW - I might just be a convert to "fancy camping" lovely grounds, amazing organized activities - and the hamburgers on a Friday night - second to none! Everyone was exceptional - THANK YOU!

We had a great time, loved our location by the trees which provided shade. Pool was way too crowded. I would recommend this location and return, just taking into account that's it's super windy. Loved that there were activities throughout the campground and bathrooms were clean, just need toilet seat covers.

Our stay was great. The bathrooms and all facilities are so clean. I enjoyed going to a couple of days of water aerobics. Our only wish was that they had the restaraunt open during the week that was near the pool.

Some where safe to sleep while we did daily excursions into the desert. Nice, clean, friendly, safe. We would certainly stay again.

Tent sites have almost zero separation and privacy from each other but had nice dishwashing station along with frendly, helpful staff; nice pool and hot tubs; nice bathrooms; and most of the washers worked.

This KOA was nice and had great facilities and the campsites were nice. However the wind was pretty awful. Our canopy actually broke after the 3rd day from the intense winds. It was kind of dusty because of the wind but the dust wasn't horrible. I think it is always that windy there. If you don't mind the wind, I would recommend it!

Our stay was awesome! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Facilities were super clean and maintained very well.

Pro: clean Cons: crowded with little camp area distinctions. Restroom/shower facilities too small for num of campers. Some water/electrical INOP and appeared to have been for a while. Tent campers included people sitting/running vehicles overnight. Paid two nites, left after one.

Bathrooms were not well kept. No soap, toilet paper, or paper towels available. Dogs were off leash and unruly.

I was not expecting so many amenities! Also surprised by the ample space at my tent site, and the location was close to both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Great spot! Will return and recommend for sure!

I like the park, staff & the amenities. I did not like how much dog poop I saw on the roads, paths, even in the golf course. I have 2 dogs during my visit. I picked up after them regularly, but I saw other guests simply walk away, & a few times I saw staff within eyesight of it, & they didn't intervene at all. . I also wish the office opened earlier.

Lots of dogs. Lots of barking. Wafting smell of (probably) dog urine in the shrubs between camp spots. KOA should probably set up a dog-free zone. 98% of visitors probably have a fine time as the KOA is otherwise pretty nice. But there is also a lot of road noise (motorcycles and trucks) till all hours of the night. Not the fault of KOA...but something to consider.

Just what we needed after a week of camping in the desert. Showers were fantastic, as was the pool and hot tub.

We stayed on a tent site. My wife and I loved this place. Nice view, clean toilet and shower. Friendly staffs were looking around the area regularly (feel safe). One down side (It wasn't bother me a lot), the spaces between spots (tent areas) are little too tight. There were some bushes between the spots but not enough. wish they can plant more bushes between the spots.

tent sites had lots of gravel and we did not know to be prepared for that but we asked to move in another site with some sand and they said it was ok but it had no power. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. The super bright led site lights were a little too much, so if you stay, bring eye mask for sleeping. Easy check in and check out.

I love to stay here! So much to do just in campground like mini putt putt, rock wall......and for us older folks, mineral water hot ubs and a nice swimming pool too!!!!

Our Scout troop needed a home base for a weekend trip up the Palm Spring tram for snow play. Our reservations at a nearby place fell through at the last minute and KOA was able to help. Worked out very well for us. The facility was spotless, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It's not a typical place for scouts, but it was perfect for this event. Thanks.

I’ve been here passing through to the SW a few times, and I love it. This time I was greeted by freshly graveled tent sites. And there are dead-level! I also had, what turned out by the light of 6:40am, a Boy Scout group in the five sites in the next row over. While they sounded like a college volleyball tournament, security shut them down the minute quiet hours happened.

It was wonderful. The staff were so warm and welcoming. I'd just lost my older dog and went there to heal and the atmosphere was a great place to heal in. Thank you everybody.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
