Grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Campsite map is somewhat misleading but it’s beautiful grounds. Busy bathhouse and laundry areas.

It met our needsof spending 1 night on the way to Long Beach California. I appreciated being off the I -10 and all the freeway noise, nice and quiet. Thanks

Very spacious sites, all stone, but a clean stone. Great looking pool, didn't get a chance to use it, but it looked nice! Clean quiet campground, about an hour from the north entrance of Joshua Tree NP, and about a half an hour from the south entrance.

Wonderful accommodations, very clean, well-kept. You can tell that a lot of time and care goes into maintaining this site.

Nice KOA. Laundry/shower placed in good areas around park. Enjoyed taking our dog to Pump Track for a nice walk. Employees were friendly and waved/smiled. Location to Joshua Tree Nat’l Park area was easy to get to (which we explored).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were not kept very clean. Not awful but not kept tidy. Paper on the floor, no seat covers ever, out of paper towels several times during our stay. Not much shade anywhere. Just not maintained like you would expect. Better RV parks in area.

The staff at check in/out were very friendly and efficient. The grounds were clean and well tended. My only thought was more activities throughout the week or the cafe opened more often, but understand that may not make sense with lower occupancy during the week. Thanks for a great stay!

The reason I rated this property so low is because of the lack of Internet. When I asked the office why I could not get Internet I was told that it is not reliable and there is nothing that can be done. This property should have a warning on their listing. Since Internet is expected at all KOA's I consider the management dishonest and misleading. I was denied a credit.

Friendly staff. Spaces had ample room for our RV. Well maintained facilities. Only issue we had was that there are not enough bathroom facilities in the lower end of the campground to support all the tent and RV campers. Definitely need to add more showers and especially toilets to support a full campground.

We love staying here for the Winter season. The employees are all very nice and helpful. The grounds are so clean and well maintained! We plan on coming back for next year and we always recommend it to friends!

It was a good stay. the spaces have been made bigger in some of the area. It is a little harder to back into the spaces with them being straight backing instead of angled. the fire pit is a nice touch.

Clean and comfortable stay. There was a problem causing closure of the pool and facilities near the pool but it was communicated and fixed in a timely manner.

I enjoyed my month long stay at your campground. Your staff is very friendly and I appreciate how well maintained the campground is. Since you really cater to families, I might consider an adult (55 over) campground next time for an extended stay. Happy the kids were having fun. Would have enjoyed some "adult" pool time. Clean laundry room too. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

We loved the KOA facility and would love to come back. We personally didn’t like the winds everyday while we were camping. We did make due and enjoyed ourselves, however, we will not come back only due to the winds.

Very responsive to a technical issue with the spas. Only minor issue was that although the gravel in the sites is nicer than dirt, the size allows too much of it to be tracked into rigs on shoes.

Good and not so good. Location to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree is good. But, the distance to the bath/shower facilities is too far. Seems to me there needs to be one more bathroom.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. This is a very family friendly park. Lots of activities for the children. Enjoyed the mineral hot tubs and pool. Will definitely return .

Great location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Sites are good size and immaculately groomed. Many play areas for the grandkids, mini golf, playground and for the BMXers they have an area as well! We will defiantly stay here again when visiting Palm Springs or Joshua Tree.

Campground was well-maintained. Hot springs hot tubs were a very nice amenity, as well as the propane firepits. We are aware that KOAs are family-friendly, but children were screeching at all hours, including during quiet hours in the morning/evening. Also, we wish we were aware in advance that the sewer was uphill in the far back corner of our site, which made it impossible to empty our tanks.

Very well maintained and clean campground with tree borders or hedges separating spaces. The shower and toilet room is 24 hours with a code key door lock. Beautiful desert views with a pool and jacuzzis fed by natural hot springs. Friendly atmosphere - a great place to stay!

Campground was kept clean and well maintained; staff very friendly and informative. Appreciated the well maintained dog park and dog stations throughout the park.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
