Stayed only overnight on the way to California for Holidays. The young lady at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly and clearly directed us to the very long site we had reserved...coach is 45', car trailer is 25'. Site was easy to access and plenty long & wide. It was very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed a couple of extra days. We've already booked a night on return trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kampground was very well kept, clean, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The spaces are wide and largely level, so it was super easy to setup and relax! Thanks, and we'll be back.

Excellent facility. Mineral bath spas are fantastic. Good location to visit the national park and Coachella Valleys.

People very attentive and willing to help and accommodated ;place described as it is: clean, quiet and great spring pools… showers with good pressure and temperature, toilets neat and clean

We loved our stay here and will be back! The restrooms & showers were very clean, as was the entire campground. The area was very quiet and the hot mineral pools were amazing! We called for assistance when another camper left 2 barking dogs behind and the camp staff responded right away. An excellent get away with many activities available.

Should have said only 50amp... guy who brought me site took me to wrong site.. insisted her was right then figured out he was wrong and told me I had a map so should be able to figure it out... found out I was a woman anole and made many senior comments about my capabilities. Lots were not level or clearly defines. Road getting there was horrible le and right at entrance the road has huge poth

Very clean. Very quiet. Good restroom, showers and laundry room. staff was very helpful. Felt very safe there. About 20 minutes to Palm springs.

Love the workout with Cindy great fun. Very helpful when we needed it. The park was very clean. Would come back next time in the area.

Beautiful hot springs hot tubs and mineral springs heated pool! Otherwise, a typical KOA with small sites and disinterested staff. Though there were several events while we were there, it was hard to find out about them since the staff didn't bother to tell us about them even when we asked.

Was in site 606, pill thru.SIte was level and HUGE. Easy check in, Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was professional and friendly. Road noise was low, but there was a bit too much lighting in the park. This is a superb facility. Will return when in the area.

The web site made it look like the koa was fuller than it was and that some sites not even available that were clearly open. The fire pit was back way too far in the site. We had to sit back by the dump of the site next to us to use it. We would have moved it if it wasn't screwed to a pole in the ground. It would have been nice to have a small fence or bushes on back side of the site as well.

My family and I camped here for a few nights a week ago. The hot spring’s pool and hot tub were amazing especially because we had a really cold day! The individual shower rooms were nice, bathrooms were clean and laundry was clean and easy to use. It was super windy, apparently this area tunnels a bit so that was disappointing. Some updating needed in common rooms @partyofsevenrvtravels

Nice clean campground. Very standard KOA. Plenty for the kids and family to do. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and out dated. Hot water ran out after 3 mins in the showers by the pool. All in all, I would stay there again.

Park is very clean. Would've rated 5 stars if the bathroom was a bigger. My husband used the bathroom by the maintenance building the morning we checked out and I used the RV. Hes wearing a walking boot for a fracture and the stalls are very narrow. Only thing I didn't like was the small gravel. Bad enough when it's dry, the morning we checked out it was raining and gravel was every where

There was lots to do to keep the kids entertained. We thought that we were going to go off property, but the kids loved the climbing wall, putt put golf, train ride, and of course, the pool. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate any needs.

I'm satisfied with my stay at the koa. Facility was clean. But one of the staff at the registration was not quite friendly. Others were very helpful though. I would recommend this place and also willing to come back

Friendly staff, easy check in. Loved the 3 hot tubs. Bad wifi and cable connection was slow. Park really clean!

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
