Ok, but masks need to be required of staff and guests in the office and when in the mineral bath pools. Gave less than excellent rating due to this reason. Thanks

It was an amazing stay. Everyone was so nice and everything was so clean. I have stayed at a number of KOA's across the US from California to New York and by far this one was the cleanest.

employees always greet you with a smile or a smile and wave as they go by. very clean. clean restrooms, pool, clubhouse, great activities and accommodations. had packages delivered to the KOZ without issues too. We will be back! thank you all.

The place was great. Hot tubs were good. We hoped the young lady with the nose ring that checked us in would have been nicer. She seemed distracted during check in.

Very clean with nice amenities - the mineral springs spas were really a treat. On the down side, we paid for a premium pull thru site - it was nice and big BUT it had the main exit drive immediately to the rear of our RV and along the side. There appeared to be a fair # of long term trailers with many diesel pickups departing at 5 and 5:30 am each morning - woke us up every morning.

We had trouble with our propane fire pit. Would go off like on a timer. Finally on our last day it was replaced.

Hey, this park is out of town a few miles which keeps you away from the noise and traffic of the city. The park is clean with good amenities. We completely enjoyed our stay there.

All camp workers were excellent, very kind and helpful. The only downside was the dusty/sandy pads, even with rugs down it tracks into the RV, it can't be helped due to the desert atmosphere.

Well, the first month we were next to a young couple that was up all night and parked under our bedroom window. Coming and going at all hours. We moved. The next month we were next to a family with 2 kids. They are still there slamming their doors all day and night so hard it’s like a bomb going off. Shakes our dog awake. The sites are too close. Dust clouds from the kid train. Dirty place.

The campground was very nice, the Registration very friendly and helpful and the Recreation Staff was entertaining the children all day � We enjoyed the Joshua Tree National Park � and we will stay at the campground again. Thank you!

we stayed there during the Thanksgiving holiday it was pleasant, the customer service was so nice the camp is so clean the boys have so much fun to play so many activities the park has, it is highly recommended

Wow! What a great camp! So much for kids and adults to enjoy. This is the KOA experience that we seek! The office staff was so accommodating and the nicest staff I’ve come across! Jamie, Ericka and Paula represent absolutely everything you’d expect from a KOA. Can’t wait to come back soon!! Thank you all at PS/JT KOA! Keep up the good work!!!

The deluxe cabin had ample room, the kitchen was full size and well supplied with necessities, one thing was disappointing the remote for the TV was missing the battery cover which made its operation erratic. The pool and spas were great. It was a wonderful time.

We had a great time. The campground is well kept and loved by Cindy! She makes your stay so fun with all her activities and energy! The kids played non-stop for three days on the basketball and pickle-ball court, riding bikes, the playground and the putt-putt golf. Not to mention the nice warm pool! We went to Friday night movie night and Saturday night wine and painting night.

Campground was clean and pool and spas we're great. Was disappointed didn't get my requested site. Also guests that checked in before me were assigned the site next to me. At the time of my check in, campground was not that full. Makes it tough for 2 campers, going to the site, backing up and setting up at the same time!

Our second trip here. Spa was great. Grill tent was convenient. Everything was convenient. It would be nice if there we more trees and some premium sites with pads instead of gravel.

Noisy. Beside the dumpster on Thanksgiving was the place to be! Whether it was guests stopping by to dig through the trash, guests running their loud vehicles while they dumped the trash or the maintenance guy coming by to push the trash down every couple of hours so we could get more trash in. So obnoxious, so noisy and so not appreciated during our stay. Will look elsewhere next time.

Grounds were clean, staff is great. Very quiet Don't understand why the sewer hook up is at an uphill angle on all sites? Made dumping and cleaning black and grey tanks very difficult and time consuming.

Very dirty sites … fine crushed dirt pad sites. No concrete pads. Just like Boondocking but without the pool! Pool area nice … a Plus!

Our stay was fantastic! So many things for the kids to do - mini golf, bike track, pickle ball, basketball, air hockey and of course, the very warm pool and 3 different temperature hot tubs (kids are only allowed in the coolest one)! The mineral pool water did irritate my son’s skin, so we just had to make sure to shower right away. Separate showers away from the pool had great water pressure.

We were there earlier in the week, and it was terrific, but I would recommend that you stay here when it’s NOT a holiday. We stayed on Thanksgiving, and the office closed at 4 which meant no rentals for pickle ball or ice cream from the store after 4. The game room was out of order, but at least the pool was still open! It was just a disappointing way to end our vacation since we left on Friday.

We stayed for 5 nights over thanksgiving. Great value sites with lots to do for kids. The pool was really warm could even use it at night. Hot tubs also great. Staff are friendly and don’t really bother you much. Camp grounds are kept clean and tidy. Could not fault it at all for the price.

Great activities! Loved the dog park. The pool area and bathroom was DISGUSTING! There was vomit in the shower and band aids everywhere. The bathrooms could use some work. The restrooms in the back of the park were so nice and modern. PIt’s sad the front ones by the pool are so run down.

Dogs off lease at the campsite. They came to our campsite in the middle of night and were barking. Also i know it is our responsibility to check the weather, but it would be nice if the KOA website had some info or "Alert" notes like HIGH WINDs.

This was a one night stop on our route back to Carmel, CA from Mesa, AZ. We had a nice back-in site with power & water, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. It was also nice that our neighbors were equally friendly, and serendipitously close to our age. The site was clean, flat, and the bathrooms/showers were not far away. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We did tent camping. Only down side was the ground tent site covered with gravel. It made it uncomfortable walking in the tent barefoot. But everything else was great. We enjoyed playing pickle ball!

Enjoyed our stay. Park is clean and well-kept. Restrooms and showers clean and work well. Staff is friendly, helpful, and often seen in park cleaning, maintaining sites, and monitoring activities. Nice pool with pleasant warm water. Nice basketball and pickle ball courts and putt-putt course. Wifi is OK but could use some improvement.

Very well maintained park. Large, super large pull through site with easy in/out layout. Only stayed one night as we were traveling through the area but would (and have) recommended the park we will return.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
