Clean facilities and easy check in especially late check in. Friendly staff. They do need more bathrooms. Only 1 bathroom/showers 24 hrs and far away from most sites. Only other bathroom/ showers is at pool but closes at 10pm. Other than that facilities were nice.

The mini golf was a bit broken down. A repaired golf thing and some solar lights around would be nice. The bathrooms weren’t always cleaned and on Sunday the trash was overflowing to the ground. Maybe someone could have pushed it down and everything would have fit. ice cream offerings were sad. The office stuff was helpful and able to offer insights to the are and check in was very easy.

We stayed overnight in a 40’ class A motorhome. Pull thru site was easy to access and more than enough space for our tow vehicle. Restroom was worst we’ve ever seen. Paper and feces on floor. People washing cups in sink blocking access to same for hand washing Dumpsters overflowing with garbage on the ground.

Would like the Cafe open during g the week. They where very good. Would have eaten there more, Especially Monday. They where great , loved the Ice Cream social. Any chance you will develop a shuttle service to P.s, Joahua tree, or Desert Hot Springs?Many KOA we stayed at have such services. Loved the pool and hor hot tubes.

Nice deluxe cabin close to activities. Helpful staff. Instructor Cindy is a positive asset to your team. Thank you all for a lovely visit and Pickleball courts!!!

Awesome KOA! The facilities were clean, sites were large and well-kept. Lots of fun kid activities. Only wish it was a little closer to Joshua Tree as the West entrance and Cottonwood entrance are over an hour drive.

We were very impressed with the many upgrades and improvements to the campground. The pool area looked terrific with new paint and new pool tile. The colorful chairs and table looked inviting and the larger campsites with gas firepits were wonderful . Thanks for all the upgrades!

Good flat spot. Extremely efficient check-in/out. Hot tubs had a little to much chemical but I understand why. Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean park and facilities. Friendly staff. Facilities are dated so please keep working on updating. Great place for activities. Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Beautiful location. Came in after dark...about 4:30 in the evening...told no one to show us to our site...a bit difficult to find...other than that, a wonderful place to stay...hope to return. Well kept...quiet...great Park!

Great campsite. All staff were friendly, gave good answers to questions and were very approachable. Very clean campground. Pool area was time worn but very clean and well maintained and cared for. (Nothing wrong with being old as long as well maintained and clean, like myself.) We’ll be back……

It is my favorite KOA buy far that we’ve been to. They have a gentleman that works the grounds that is off the charts amazing such a hard worker and so kind, all the employees were wonderful and the place is so clean! The place is the bees knees

We enjoyed the Pool and Naturally fed Hot Tubs. Visited Joshua Tree National Park and surrounding areas. Very nice visit overall.

1. Tent sites are too close... 2. There were red fire ants, and my dog ��was bitten!! I can’t imagine what would happen if my child was bitten.

Only issue we encountered was the height of the sewer hook up. The actual hook up was approximately 14-18 inches off the ground. Unfortunately the waste/grey water COULD NOT go uphill. We had to literally hold our sewer hose up in the air while trying to drain the tanks. Plus because of the height our hose could not get a proper fit, leaving a gap between the end of the hose and the sewer drain.

My family’s first camping with RV was awesome with Palm Springs/ Joshua Tree KOA. The only missing part was campfire. I followed the guidelines on your website but I saw some people did campfire. I wonder I could do so.

The price was great for everything the camp offers. The pool was huge and heated and the hot tubs had 3 different temperatures. Great service too

Best KOA we have ever stayed out. Grounds, restrooms, laundry, and staff were excellent!! Great dog park too.

Was much farther from Joshua tree than I expected. The activities for the kids was great - loved the pump run, mini golf, and crafts. Facilities could use a little update

Super clean rest rooms, easy check in. In spite of the number of campers and campsites, it was quiet at night. The sites are flat with plenty of room to park, and for socialization. We didn't need the wifi, or the activities for kids but it looked like they were having fun with mini golf, rock climbing, and train rides.

Nice facility, but game room and other rooms around the pool could use some updating/remodeling. Would also be nice to have access to air hockey and billiards tables without having to insert coins. Liked having electrical outlet and water faucet at campsite. Mini golf and barrel train were fun for the kids.

We stayed almost 6 wks, kept extending our stay. Well maintained and enjoyable place to stay. Love the hot springs pool and jacuzzis! Love Cindy and all the exercise classes and fun stuff she does. Cards, painting, bingo and more! Hope to come back again soon.

We loved this place! Some facilities needed updating, which I think has happened. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
