This was the first time we stayed at Palm Springs /Joshua Tree KOA, the camp was wonderful! very clean. We had a deluxe cabin and a RV site, the cabin was quite impressive and the campsite very roomy. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Going to Indian Wells tournament stayed 2 nights. The site is very clean and organized. We would have preferred to be not so close to neighbors, Both nights someone was playing loud music well past 1130 pm. Otherwise a nice campsite miss not having a wood fire!

It was quiet, well kept and friendly employees. The only trouble I had was I could not set up my tent due to the ground being so hard. I slept in my car for two nights so other then that I felt safe.

We stopped on our way east and immediately made another reservation for our trip back west. Everything was clean and convenient. I’m sure we will be heading into the Southwest again and will stop there again.

Staff was amazing! Such a beautiful place to camp. Tons of fun for the entire family. I loved the pool and the kids enjoyed the miniature golf, play ground and bikes!

The campground is very well kept up maintenance and clean. Very spacious sites for both tents and RVs. The location is an ideal place if you want to go to Joshua Tree and surrounding desert. The pool is large and clean with warm water. Very relaxing. The mineral baths we under repair we were disappointed. The staff were really friendly. Don't get confused with the location Desert Hot Springs

Great location, nice facility and wonderful pool and grounds. Wish there was more all day shade available and more privacy between sites but it was a great stay all the same. I will certainly stay here again in the future!

It’s a very nice and clean KOA. Each site has a little propane fire pit which was was a nice touch. There was not a whole lot to do there but they do have a small mini gulf course and a little playground. Unfortunately we were there when the pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to use the mineral pools but we will come back another time for sure to try them out.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and really enjoyed it. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool and card room were closed and we never figured out where the hot tubs were located. My boys enjoyed the mini golf and basketball court. The staff was friendly.

Only a few sites were being used, but we were put right beside two others who partied loudly until we finally called security - sites wide open but really nothing here but gravel and dirt

The website said the pool would be open on Sept 27, but it was not due to a delay. I never got to enjoy the pool or hot tubs during my stay.

It was a short stay but everything was great. Large 90’ long space with plenty of room so we didn’t have to disconnect our tow vehicle.

Sites are very spacious. The bathroom and showers were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights and received top notch service from Adrian. What a great representative of KOA and this park. The park was extremely clean. We used the laundry facility and were very impressed. The showers were up to date and squeaky clean.

The customer service was great but our stay was not as comfortable as I'd like. The pool was closed which was a big incentive for booking and although that was communicated ahead of time, we had already planned our trip. We had site 204 and in 100 degree weather it was SUPER hot and not one tree or shade structure and although we brought shade... it was uncomfortably hot.

The park itself was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is not too far away from shopping, food, entertainment, etc. The grounds are patrolled frequently, the neighbors friendly and quiet. This would be a 5 star if not for the pool/hot tubs being closed for repairs. My only complaint was the extreme hot weather, which is just part of desert living. Will 100% be coming back.

not the KOA fault but it was too darn hot 115 degrees and of course the pool is broken. Interesting set-up with the site #130 was on the sewer hook-up is in the back of the site requires about 20 foot or so of hose to reach, I don't carry that much ever. There is no dump station strange huh ? I dumped at a pull through site. Also no shade except sites 90 - 100 or so have shade in the afternoon

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. And the A/C worked very well. Best if all, it was very quiet at night.

I enjoyed the location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is putting a fan in the bathroom. It was really hot and humid in the restroom.

Super hot in June!!! Planned to camp but had to get the cabin with A/C. Staff was friendly and accommodating to make the switch on the spot. Cabin was super nice!!!!

We loved this place! Some facilities needed updating, which I think has happened. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
