Not very accommodating staff. Only one trash area open. I walked all around camp to find open trash area in >100° weather. Not very customer friendly.

It is not close to Joshua Tree, closest entrance is over an hour away. It’s misleading and I wanted to be by Joshua Tree. I should have checked the distance before I booked, but trusted it was near, the web page shows all sorts of pics of it. Didn’t like the area at all.

Paula & Jonie we're both very helpful. Sony was the first person I interacted with at the campground and she offered us a quiet and secluded space, it was the best recommendation. Paula was very sweet front desk receptionist and gave us great tips overall. I will be coming back, hands down the best experience

The restroom and shower room were clean. Staffs are kind. The only downside was the swimming pool was under construction.

the campground was very clean and well maintained. The late arrival welcome was great and people are very friendly. This was the best campground we have visited during our road trip in California.

We struggled with the on-line reservations as we decided to stop for the night after 4 pm, the cutoff for same-day reservations. There's a glitch in the phone-in system, so we entered the park after 11 pm, without reservations! The gatehouse was open and the process to register was easy. Best of all, we were met by the owner and personally guided to our site. Clean, well-maintained, quiet!

It was not busy at all so I was one of the only RVs there - but I felt very secure as I saw the security constantly surveilling the property. The property was impeccably clean and the one staff person I interacted with was super helpful and friendly! Very consistent with my KOA experiences!

A nice stay. Very quiet obviously due to the time of year. Super clean everywhere! The hosts were pleasant and professional and made it a very welcoming environment! And I know we could've cancelled and only forfeited $10, but an email AFTER we had booked to tell us the hot springs pools and swimming pool was closed was disingenuous. Also, the wi-fi was non-existent. Check it daily, please! :-) MK

I am giving this KOA a 2 because we came in the summer and the pool was out of order. We were nit notified until 7-10 days in advance. We would have re-routed our stop or chosen a different RV park to stay in. 106F is too hot, not to have their mineral pool that was advertised working. Also, it would be helpful when guiding guests to sites to explain the whole site. We were confused on area.

Facility ground are beautiful, very well organized. Bathrooms clean without clutter will definitely recommend to family and friends.

It’s a bad idea to have gravel for tent spots but other than that it was a great site.

A little bit out of the way but a nice property. The girls at the office were very helpful and courteous. Coffee available at the office was a big plus!!

Timing is everything, summer, heat wave, pool being redone( out of order) bathrooms were spotless and up to date but no fans made for sweltering conditions when showering or whatever. The park was well maintained with friendly staff and probably is an awesome place in the other three seasons. Will try again when the weather is colder.

We did a quick turn and burn overnight stay here, but it was a great campground. Gated, with after hours gate keeper and clean bathrooms. Loved our glamping tent!!!! Had a good nights rest! Loved the landscaping and new tents!

Although the pool was closed, the campsite is very clean! There is so many things to do. It was a very comfortable stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. NOT best time of year to stay, temperatures were a miserable 109-111 degrees. No AC in bathroom/shower area, after taking shower sweat thru clean clothes before even got back to RV. Same for laundry room, no AC, almost had a heat stroke by the time the laundry was washed, dried & folded. Great layout and looks like great activities, if it were cooler weather.

The grounds are well maintained. Too bad the hot springs pool were closed. I wish I had known it when I reserved. I wanted to go to this place for that.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool being closed. We were really looking forward to spending time in the pool. The place was very clean and all the workers were friendly and helpful. All the amenities of the deluxe cabin were amazing!

The eco tent was great but we were 100% planning on spending our one day there in the pool. The pool was closed so we had to spend the whole time trying to stay cool in the tent.

we loved staying there. it was clean and comfortable. the only suggestion i would make is putting a "vacant/occupied" sign on the single showers/bathroom doors, just so you can tell if someone is already in there without having to try opening the door. other than that (and it's really a minor thing), it's a great place.

We arrived @10 pm and the host came up and showed us to our huge site. The campground is clean and looks at a beautiful desert mountain. We Definitely! Will go back.

Used Express Check in. Office personnel, all other KOA employees friendly, efficient. Stayed in new pull throughs. Very wide and long. Great desert appropriate landscaping. Very clean bathrooms, laundry area. Security gate. KOA person on cart in evening. Easy to get to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree NP. Check out Desert Hot Springs town, close and has good shopping.

The staff was friendly and the campground were clean. There were 5 campers in the whole place. It was miserably hot there with no shade. In addition to this we were told about the pool being closed down 3 days prior to arrival. The message said it should be up by the 13th, But it was still not fixed when we were arrived nor when we left. I would NOT stay there again.

This was the third time we have stayed at this facility and the first time to do so during the summer months. The check in was quick and the staff friendly as usual. The grounds are well kept and clean. We will be back when the weather cools down again.

We had a great stay! It was for Memorial Day weekend so it was busy there...and it was HOT. The pool was very refreshing, and our kids loved the barrel train they ran. We were here in January also, and it was great to see some of the upgrades since then (cabins done, fireplace added to premium sites). We are looking forward to returning again in the winter time.

The water in the showers never got cold it was 111 temp outside . So the water stayed warm even after letting it run

The campground was very clean but we were very disappointed to find out the pool was not open the whole time we were there.

We loved this place! Some facilities needed updating, which I think has happened. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
