The camp sites were clean and roomy. Our group was treated well. There was alot to do; in camp as well as close by. We will gladly bring our great-grand kids here! Thank you

We had a double wide campsite (#150) and it was great! So much room. We were there for a Birthday weekend and were busy off site, so did not try the pool or other amenities. I liked the area a lot. It was easy to get places, but far enough away from the traffic and chaos of Palm Springs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. All of the hook-ups worked well. Due to the dry conditions, it was fairly dusty. Not sure if there is anything that could be done to remedy the situation.

Had to do laundry and was surprised/disappointed there was no detergent machine for purchase in the laundry room. Not everyone travels with that.

Great spot for my travel trailer. Nice and spacious.... Loved the firepit too. great hot tubs are the reason we stay here.

First time at KOA and in a nice Deluxe Cabin. One draw back is cant even stand up in the upstairs. Shower needs handle bar. Living room should have a small couch not two small chairs with no armrest not comfortable after a long day and you want to relax and watch TV. Didnt use the fire pit because it did not self ignite as told. Enjoyed the pool and spa area but not sure why pool was murkey.

Just what we look for in a campground - clean, quiet and friendly! Another HUGE plus was that the campsites are so spacious. We will be returning for another visit.

It’s very clean and neat. Nice location as it’s in between Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs! I love the idea of the propane fire pits at the campsites!

We stayed in a cabin. It was clean, comfortable and private. The grounds were clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay in palm desert koa. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and even reimbursed my kids when they lost quarters in a game at the billards room. Great place

We called just before closing. Was surprised they had room. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Clean rest rooms. Staff on phone forgot to give us two codes we needed. I'm giving him a pass as he stayed late to settle the reservation. Staff and campers were very helpful. Would stay here again. Bob

Fabulous staff! Park is very well maintained and clean. Lots of things to do and the pool and hot tubs are natural mineral water. Wonderful place to stay!

The washers in the smaller wash room were taking more than $1.75 before they would start. The dryers worked perfectly. The camp was clean and the personal were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The KOA is really nice & well maintained. Only disappointment was the WiFi. If you offer WiFi it should be accessible. This was not even a little bit.

Pro: clean Cons: crowded with little camp area distinctions. Restroom/shower facilities too small for num of campers. Some water/electrical INOP and appeared to have been for a while. Tent campers included people sitting/running vehicles overnight. Paid two nites, left after one.

We were traveling to Phoenix and stopped here along the way. We received text confirmation of our reservation. I sent a text later saying we were going to be very late and they texted back instructions. When we arrived, they handed us an envelope w a map, instructions and our site #. They made it all so very easy! And the place is very clean and beautiful! I would come here again, hands down!!

We had a spot next to the pickleball courts, pool, and billiards room. It was very nice with the exception of the billiards room. The pickleball net is a flimsy one but worked fine. The billiards room is in poor shape. The cues are crooked and the cushions seemed a little soft. I did not play because the tables required money. Most things were free and in good shape.

We love the park, but had no internet for the entire time, which is frustrating given that we're away from home and want to keep up with local news.

The park was wonderful. However, the entrance is terrible. The road and driveway meet at a steep angle. We dragged the weight distribution bars entering and leaving. We have an F250 and a Rockwood Ultralite 2614bs travel trailer. We’ve never dragged anything before. We would like to visit the park again but won’t unless the entrance is fixed.

Great place to stay. No railroads or interstate for noise. Easy to get to and central to many towns and sites. We stayed 6 nights.

Really enjoyed the stay with exception of the two days of 60mph winds but that was out of your control! Staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities clean.

Spotlessly clean older facility. Very, very windy, which made it difficult to sleep, but that’s not KOA’s fault. Not in a good area. Overall, though, the strict maintenance and lovely cacti garden beds made this KOA a decent place.

Everything was clean and well-kept. Tell people beforehand no fires allowed. We brought CA firewood and would've brought our propane Little Red Fireplace had we known. (Maybe I missed it on the website?) Plus, tell folks upon check-in that the pool area bathrooms are locked until 8am. I went there at 7:30am on an urgent mission and found it locked. The employee driving by refused to let me in.

This is our second time here. Our base when we visit Joshua Tree. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved all the activities. Some of the spaces are too close together. So glad we upgraded to an end space with a fire pit.

We loved this place! Some facilities needed updating, which I think has happened. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
