We enjoyed our stay. However I suggest stricter rules on pets. The guest in site behind us had 4 dogs in a fenced in area that would bark crazily whenever we had to walk behind our rig. Or when we relaxed out in front of our rig. Maybe limit number of pets to 3 per site? And have a limit on the time loud pets can be left alone outside? What should we have done to complain at the time?

Enjoyed pickelball, the hot tubs, water aerobics, dog park and the overall cleanliness of the park. One suggestion, bring in a street sweeper to clean up the driveways. Lots of rocks bad for dogs and bikes.

We are always adventuring to see the best of the koas around Southern California and definitely this is one of our favorite, this time we rented a cabin and we were very impressed to see how clean and neat was it. It was just perfect for us. We found all what we need in the kitchen and the staff is always ready to pleas you. Thank you so much.

Well maintained site & very helpful staff. The only downside was the 60mph wind event for two days but that was out of their control and not a common event

The campground and staff are fantastic. This is one of our favorite places to stay. We travel here from the Northwest US each year for a 2 month stay at PS/JT KOA.

We were in the new/expansion area which is not as nice as the older area. Support facilities were good with lots of hot water.

We stayed here while visiting Joshua Tree and Palm Springs which were close to the KOA. I rate this 5 stars! It was clean, loved the hot springs fed pool and hot tubs, many activities for older adults and QUIET, I can’t tell you how nice it was to stay at a KOA that wasn’t next to a busy highway. Great job to the owners, I hope to be back soon. Karen G

Nice campground, level sites and the Preferred sites are so spacious. The thermal pool and hot tubs are super nice, very relaxing. The laundry was clean but short on change so I had to go to the office. We would return.

The facilities are very clean, and they have a lot of amenities. My son enjoyed the rock wall, train ride, and bike course. We enjoyed the camper’s cafe. Their pancakes, eggs, and bacon were delicious, as well as the breakfast burrito.

Excellent KOA! Fitness room, hot springs to soak in, book library, clean bathrooms and beautiful views as a bonus. I recommend this KOA for sure!

The shower and bathroom facilities were always clean and available. It was fun to watch all of the outdoor activities for kids (miniature golf, climbing wall, train rides, K9 park). And your variety of camping options were great with the tiny house cabins, tent sites, large RV pull through, ECO tents. The WI-FI could be enhanced but we appreciated it for about 70% of the time.

Very nice employees, and clean amenities! Fairly easy to park even for big rigs! Lots of kids riding bikes and enjoying the pool. 3 hot tubs at various degrees of heat, using natural mineral water! Wonderful!

It is a KOA that really needs some investment. The bathrooms are just barely adequate. Laundry is way too small for this size of a campground. The worst thing is the location of the sewer/water/electric. In our spot #156, it was so far back in the spot, that even with my sewer hose extension I could not reach the sewer. So twice, I had to come off our jacks and move the coach back. Bad

Stayed in both an RV spot for a group gathering and, after some engine trouble, in one of the cabins. Both were clean and neat. The facilities for group meetings were extremely echoey and it was difficult to hear the speaker when someone else was talking. Although I would recommend this KOA for camping or cabin stays, I would look somewhere else for indoor events.

This was our first time at a KOA and we were very impressed. The check-in was seamless with a friendly staff, and our site was clean and set up nicely with hook ups and a gas fire pit. We will definitely stay at a KOA again.

We stayed while traveling for work, for about 6 months. The campground is great, clean, and plenty of things to do. The staff is amazing, and was always helpful. We loved our stay and were sad to leave!

Fantastic people & setting. Great staff. Love the level sites. Great pool, mini golf & other facilities. Dog park is fine. Suggest they emphasize picking up after pets, tho, at check in, because pet owners were lax about it. (I brought dogs but am very careful always to clean up after them.). Also, people dropping cigarette butts in the dog park.

This is a very clean park. Lots of workers always active maintaining the park. Many activities are planned throughout the week/weekends. A few more bathrooms/showers would be ideal. Location is a little far from town but not bad.

We loved the cafe, the rock climbing, pool, train rides for kids and mini golf. Unfortunately, the 4 out of 5 stars has nothing to do with the facility or the great staff -- it was the wind! It was super windy the last night we were there and the camper shook and howled all night keeping most of the family awake. Again, only the weather was to blame, but it might keep us from returning.

I like the park, staff & the amenities. I did not like how much dog poop I saw on the roads, paths, even in the golf course. I have 2 dogs during my visit. I picked up after them regularly, but I saw other guests simply walk away, & a few times I saw staff within eyesight of it, & they didn't intervene at all. . I also wish the office opened earlier.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
