We stayed in a smaller-sized pull-through site Fri-Mon over President's Day weekend (booked 1 week out). We honestly had low-expectations for the campground given the area it's in (not touristy at all), but we were pleasantly surprised! Very well maintained grounds and BEAUTIFUL views of Idyllwild. Only thing holding back from 10 stars is the hour+ drive in to Joshua Tree NP. We will be back!

We loved our stay at KOA Palm Springs/Joshua Tree!! From the pool and hot tubs which felt AMAZING because of the natural hot springs keeping the temperature the perfect temp! To the rock climbing wall, barrel train and playground! Our kids 10 and 7 years old were barely at the camper. I loved having the gas fire pit at our site. The sites are racked after each departure; we loved every minute!!

we had great time this weekend. our kids had so much to do. staffs were very nice. one thing i would suggest is that to put flags on rental bicycles since they are so low to the ground. it will be more visible to drivers.

Nice park, only an overnight stop for this trip, camp was quiet, did not use any of tha amenities. Would stay here again

Nice open spaces, good utilities, friendly staff. Fire table a nice touch. Minimal but adequate store. Looking forward to returning with a dinghy so that we can explore area.

Good facility, clean, quiet after dark, nice spas and pool. Really nice individual showers. All in all, a good experience.

It was great and offered so much. Hope we get to go back and stay for a long time. There is so much to do and the sites are very large and awesome. Only complaint would be that we could not access their internet but that happens at a lot of places

We had a great day everything was wonderful. One minor upgrade could be done is maybe some street lights just a little more light to get around with.

Was good. The only reason I didn’t give it 10 is because when we made our reservation I requested a 110 V hook up for our 20 foot van. The lady who took the reservation said they had only one spot left. That spot did not have 110 V hook up only a 50w. So we could not use the electrical hook up. As I looked around I saw vacant campsites with 110 plugs. Go figure!

Friendly staff Just a one nite stay as passing through. The pull through were long and wide for our coach and tow. We are about 66’ long

We stayed just one night while passing through on a road trip. Easy in and easy out. Clean and quiet. Enjoyed the hot tubs. Would come back to stay longer.

The mountain views are stunning and the hot tubs were a real treat, but the winds were so strong that we could not sit outside.

This is the best private campground we have stayed at in Arizona. Your staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous and the facility is clean, convenient and comfortable.. We will be back. Thank you!

Why did the crews clean the bathrooms at 8 am!!! We were close to the tent area and there were LOTS of folks needing the restrooms at that time. Wouldn't it make sense to clean them later in the day after everyone was done showering? Also as a suggestion, the shower curtains could be changed. They are a little worn out. Other than the bathroom issue, we did enjoy our stay.

Staff is especially friendly. They helped me print out a document I needed to sign and taught me how to scan it with my phone. The campground and bathrooms/showers are always immaculate. Highly recommend

Lots of dogs. Lots of barking. Wafting smell of (probably) dog urine in the shrubs between camp spots. KOA should probably set up a dog-free zone. 98% of visitors probably have a fine time as the KOA is otherwise pretty nice. But there is also a lot of road noise (motorcycles and trucks) till all hours of the night. Not the fault of KOA...but something to consider.

Everything from check in to laundry to the grill was excellent. The cooks at the grill were masters. Cindy, the activities volunteer, was a joy!

The customer service was very good. We had to add a night and change sites at the last minute due to high winds and they were quite accommodating. The only issue was a broken off metal spike sticking out of the ground in our first site which we barely missed that would've given us a flat tire. We reported it and hope they deal with it.

Just what we needed after a week of camping in the desert. Showers were fantastic, as was the pool and hot tub.

We stayed at the Palm Springs/Joshua Tree KOA for 33 days , and once again it was great . Staff is friendly , pool is great ,and facilities are clean . We will be back !

Nice camp grounds, but not nice around the outside of the campgrounds. Nothing but litter on the roads and a lot of dumping grounds.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
