The staff was great. We loved the pool and hot tubs. Kids had a great time playing pickle ball and climbing the tower. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay... only downside is that the campground did not have much vegetation... felt a bit too much like camping in a parking lot. Facilities made all the difference so we would stay again, but would be nice to see some greenery.

After I checked in I found cigarette butts on the ground. A crew member came over and we found 5 FULL hand full of butts on my site. After he left I found several 1 inch metal self tapping screws all over my spot as well. We found at least 21 of these screws. I detest cigarette butts, but even worse are 1 inch self tapping screws. They are incredibly awful for someone driving aN RV.

We stayed on a tent site. My wife and I loved this place. Nice view, clean toilet and shower. Friendly staffs were looking around the area regularly (feel safe). One down side (It wasn't bother me a lot), the spaces between spots (tent areas) are little too tight. There were some bushes between the spots but not enough. wish they can plant more bushes between the spots.

tent sites had lots of gravel and we did not know to be prepared for that but we asked to move in another site with some sand and they said it was ok but it had no power. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. The super bright led site lights were a little too much, so if you stay, bring eye mask for sleeping. Easy check in and check out.

My family loved all of the things to do at the campground. The Mini Golf course, the rock climbing wall, the train rides around the campground - all of it!!

Pulled in for a 3 night stay, and pulled out 2 weeks later. Beautiful park, great folks. We’ll certainly be back.

It’s a lovely park. We were in an end site which was HUGE! The ONLY downside to this property is that it’s so far from stores and restaurants.

Very accommodating and nice! We needed to stay later then expected and the small fee was so awesome! So glad to enjoy the awesome pool and hottubs being mineral hot springs. Felt the difference! Wonderful!!!�� Loved it! Thank you!

Very crowded, could be much improved with some vegetation for separation. If the activities director takes time off, a substitute should be hired. There were no “daily” aerobics classes or the painting class when I was there, both of which I was really looking forward to.

Best KOA we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, well tended. Great activities esp. the pool and hot tubs.

Staff is great! So helpful to me during my stay whether it be mail, packages, getting me in the right spot for 3 weeks, trying to get friends close to my site when they visited. Very appreciative. They do try to keep up with the property as well! Tough to keep the bathrooms clean on the weekends with influx of guests and do wish they had a dedicated pool for kids.

Extremely friendly staff. The RV sites are very well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are also very clean. Great pool and spa area.

Overall nice stay and very pleasant employees. Had electrical service problem-moved to new site. Sewer hookup needs upgrade to accept screw-in adapters dumping won't spill out.

The camp ground was nice and the pool and hot tubs were were great but the fact that the kid activity didn’t take place was a down fall the wife was looking forward to the paint sip. Over all it was a good weekend and will be going soon hope the activity and paint and sip will be available.

This was our first time in Desert Hot Springs and at the KOA. We loved staying there! The hot tubs and pool were wonderful, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and great location near Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. We will come back again next year!

This campground caters to the whole family experience while never feeling overly crowded. Yes, the sites are close together but strategically planted hedges, activities spread out around the campground and wide open roads offset the closeness. A clean laundry and a weekend cafe to round out the full-service. I have stayed here before but never for so long. Bring the kiddos.

When I am in the Palm Springs area, this is my first choice of RV Parks to stay at. Clean, comfortable, friendly and polite personnel. I will be back!

We love camping here. The staff is always first class. I couldn't give it 5 stars because of the Wi-Fi. It disappeared. We have been staying here for 5 years and the internet has always been available. Spotty, sometimes. This trip, zero internet availability. I hope whatever was causing it will be addressed for future stays.

Lives the hit tubs but wish the bathrooms/showers were cleaner (the floors had the same hair 3 days in a row). Laundry room floor needs cleaning - the one in the back. The place was very clean other than that. Nice playground for kids and sites tidy on arrival. An extra dog rash can would be good. Wish you had more large pull thru sites. Thanks for a good stay.

Just overnight, in our 22 foot travel trailer. Very pleasant staff. Fair internet connectivity, no problems with other utilities. We did not use any of the many amenities.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
