What a wonderful time we had. The campground was decorated for Halloween. The swimming pool and spa were so warm. Cindy was great to talk to and the gals in the office directed us as to what to see and do at Joshua tree. We even got to see the resident road runner!

Beautifully maintained campground. Sites are good size and very level. The hot tubs are relaxing. Would stay here again.

Love staying at this KOA every visit is ALWAYS pleasant. Staff is amazing! Very friendly and always greet you, no matter where you are on the property. Love what they have done with the pool and continue to upgrade the property. Highly recommend this property to ALL our friends and fellow campers! Such a nice clean property. Keep up the great work!

We called and requested to not be in sites next to the large trees due to heavy winds and us being in a pop-up tent trailer. We made this reservation months in advance and were assured we would have a site away from the large trees. When we arrived to check in our site was exactly where we asked NOT to be. There were very noisy water lines along these trees operating all night long waking us up.

Staff amazing!! Super clean!! A bit deceptive in name, Joshua Tree about hour drive away, thought was closer by name of park, one reason why we stayed there. Our bad for not doing better research. Very relaxing great weekend get away

AMAZING KOA! Felt no need to leave the park, kids rode bikes everywhere and they had amazing Halloween events like a golf cart towing kids train, legit rock climbing wall, mini golf, haunted house, trick or treating. Very decorated as well. The spaces were huge whether it was premium or standard. The staff was really amazing too. Very helpful and polite.

Place looks like it would be fun if COVID wasn’t a thing but the staff never had a mask on indoors, and they didn’t enforce that the customer wears one either. Social distancing wasn’t enforced as well, so we weren’t able to enjoy any of the amenities. Very disappointed.

We loved our stay this weekend at the Palm Springs Koa. The park is very clean and well kept with plenty to do for the kids. We will be back.

Very clean and well taken care off, this is the second time we camped at KOA Desert Hot Springs and plan on many more. The Halloween event was spooktacular!!

Pre-Holloween activities for children were very good. The kids enjoyed the mini golf course and swimming pool. Good proximity to Joshua National Park, downtown Palm Desert and other businesses.

Such a beautiful place, very very clean, outstanding staff just one thing, the little pebble gravel was a dislike, always sweeping them out of the rig. Will be visiting again soon

Couldn’t have ask for better accommodations and hospitality. Anything you needed except food, is there. Bring your own food.

Everything was fantastic the only thing that I could possibly complain about was there were two big holes in the gravel in our spot from previous campers that me and my wife almost fell into one. We covered one up but the other one was under our camper. Other than that our stay was awesome. We loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of stuff for the kids to do.

Large campsites but very uneven gravel. We had to move our coach 3 times to get it to level. Clean restrooms. Nice facilities. Major negative: at check-in the hostess keyed my driver's license info into their system. There's no need for that. It's a major security concern. If their system is hacked personal information will be exposed. Delete all the license numbers and stop this practice!

Overall the stay was fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish KOA would offer more robust internet. We pay a premium for KOA over other campgrounds and I chalk that up to more amenities being available to us, so it’s frustrating when WiFi is super slow to nonexistent. We stayed at 14 KOAs on this trip and all but 2 of them had very poor WiFi.

One of the nicer KOA's we have stayed at and we will certainly be back. Great place to take the Grandkids. We were in site 116 which worked out great. You might want to look into a couple of items we did experience. The panel to the electrical panel falling off onto my foot and we noticed our sewer dump would back up.

Very nice campground with lots of amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pull through sites were the biggest I've ever seen! Nicely maintained and landscaped, considering it is in the desert.

We almost didn’t stay here there were a few bad remarks about this KOA They were wrong this was one of the best parks we have stayed in quite nice workers clean we even stayed two extra days

We had a wonderful stay! Our site was a premium 30 amp, and was very large with a propane fire pit table for us to use. The pool area was nice and the laundry rooms and showers were large and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best RV parks we have been to. Very well kept. The staff put a lot of effort in keeping the grounds in great shape.

You should consider taking away the Joshua Tree name because it’s no where near Joshua tree. We were told to lower it down around 10pm when we were just talking around the fire...not being loud at all. We also asked for a late checkout and were only given 45 extra minutes when more than half of the campground was empty.

We were bummed that the jacuzzi's were not working properly. For the first few days we were there, they were both 98 (the third one was blocked off).The jets did not work at all. Our last night there the blocked off jacuzzi was 140 degrees. The second 120 degrees and the "family" jacuzzi was 110. We notified staff ASAP. You could have had a lawsuit on your hands. Why is the sauna closed?

This was my first stay at a KOA. The employees here were very friendly and helpful. There were great amenities and the price was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely stay here again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
