Check-in to checkout A+++ Tent site had ample space, amenities were amazing, and the restroom/showers were spotless. Will be back soon!

This was a return visit over the New Year's weekend. I was impressed by the activities planned, even though it was a holiday weekend.

I loved the KOA itself - the mineral water jacuzzis were amazing and I even did the rock wall! However, I was not particularly happy at my tent site. There were several other open sites available, yet, one night, there was a family of four at the site right next to me. Our picnic tables were literally 5 or 6 feet apart. I could hear them chewing when they were eating dinner! It was super awkward!!

We stayed one night on our way to Arizona. Our experience was marred by the location of our tent site. The tent sites are located on the open edge of the camp and it was kind of windy night/day. I checked and it was 15 mph winds. But given the location of the tent site we bore the full brunt of the winds all night long. Please put the RV sites along the edges instead of tents.

The office staff are a pleasure to interact with, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Grounds staff do a great job prepping sites and keeping the outdoor areas tidy. Bathrooms, change rooms, pool and hot tubs areas are clean and well maintained. The activities available are varied and I wish we had more time to attend more. I will definitely return.

Nice clean campground. Very standard KOA. Plenty for the kids and family to do. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and out dated. Hot water ran out after 3 mins in the showers by the pool. All in all, I would stay there again.

It was an amazing stay. Everyone was so nice and everything was so clean. I have stayed at a number of KOA's across the US from California to New York and by far this one was the cleanest.

Dogs off lease at the campsite. They came to our campsite in the middle of night and were barking. Also i know it is our responsibility to check the weather, but it would be nice if the KOA website had some info or "Alert" notes like HIGH WINDs.

We did tent camping. Only down side was the ground tent site covered with gravel. It made it uncomfortable walking in the tent barefoot. But everything else was great. We enjoyed playing pickle ball!

1. Tent sites are too close... 2. There were red fire ants, and my dog ��was bitten!! I can’t imagine what would happen if my child was bitten.

Nice facility, but game room and other rooms around the pool could use some updating/remodeling. Would also be nice to have access to air hockey and billiards tables without having to insert coins. Liked having electrical outlet and water faucet at campsite. Mini golf and barrel train were fun for the kids.

This would be a fabulous place to stay with a family. We did not use the campground facilities because the area has so much to do but did walk around and look at them our last morning and surprised at what great amenities there are -mineral spring pool, 3 little private hot tubs, pool table, fitness room plus many more. A propane fire ring was 35 dollars for 3 nights.

most of time we had fun, but when at midnight, the other tent site still talking at 2:00am-4:00 am, let us can’t sleep.

Such a nice camp ground. Front desk staff were SO nice and helpful to our large group that stayed there this past weekend. Lots of activities and fun events for kids and adults alike. Will definitely come back!

This place is first class, it's a destination resort. Great clean pool and hot tubs.

We were in site 188 which I found to be on of the windiest in the campground. The back building of women’s restroom was not the cleanest and one stall ran out of toilet paper. The spa pools were terrific and did enjoy those. They were clean as were the pool dressing rooms.

It was great with lots of fun activities for the kids. The only down fall is that they don't have toliet seat covers in their restrooms. That would have been a great feature since so many different people are using these restrooms.

The facility and people where fine. My reservation informed us we’d be given a gravel tent pad, so we didn’t bring our own. This was false and we were not very comfortable on the gravel ground

Very convenient setup with lots of amenities. Laundry room and a sink to wash clothes by hand? Amazing. Bathrooms consistently clean. The gift shop, mini golf and multiple sports courts looked great. I personally enjoyed the pool and hot spas the most. Staff was very friendly, Cindy was warm and welcoming to all the activities she organized. Only the strong winds I was unprepared for with my tent

This is by far the worst KOA! KOA the company should be ashamed to be affiliated with this facility! My disabled husband and I camped her 10/8 to 10/11 when we were kicked out because our service dog barked in the middle of the night during the commotion of the managers harassing my husband our service dog was lost in the desert they did nothing about the situation except kick us out still nothing

It was quiet, well kept and friendly employees. The only trouble I had was I could not set up my tent due to the ground being so hard. I slept in my car for two nights so other then that I felt safe.

The campground is very well kept up maintenance and clean. Very spacious sites for both tents and RVs. The location is an ideal place if you want to go to Joshua Tree and surrounding desert. The pool is large and clean with warm water. Very relaxing. The mineral baths we under repair we were disappointed. The staff were really friendly. Don't get confused with the location Desert Hot Springs

The customer service was great but our stay was not as comfortable as I'd like. The pool was closed which was a big incentive for booking and although that was communicated ahead of time, we had already planned our trip. We had site 204 and in 100 degree weather it was SUPER hot and not one tree or shade structure and although we brought shade... it was uncomfortably hot.

I enjoyed the location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is putting a fan in the bathroom. It was really hot and humid in the restroom.

We loved this place! Some facilities needed updating, which I think has happened. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very nice campground. Kids have rock wall, train around the campground, playground, heated pool, ice cream social on some days, mini golf and more. Employees are very helpful and nice. There are cabins, eco tents, tent spots and lots of full hook ups. There is a BBQ on fridays and weekend breakfast and lunch for sale. I can be windy sometimes.

Such a nice park! A lot of thought has been put into the layout. The sites' spacing and pricing as well as the spacious avenues between them are a relief compared to so many other cramped parks with tight turns. The facilities are clean and well kept and there are lots of amenities and activities for which the staff are cheery and helpful. Management is responsive and seems to care a lot about this park and it shows. 👍👍 10/10 Oh, the internet is rubbish tho. Only thing
