Was pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Deluxe cabin was awesome. Very clean. And everything we needed was there. Just needed to bring our bed linens and food. Also like the fact we were so close to the atv trail. Made it so easy to go out. Will be back next year.

Not up to KOA standards. Needs updating. No sewers due to terrain, understandable. Staff not friendly. Seemed annoyed to be there. You can have this site or that one, whichever...drove away. It was raining out and did not even offer to help with the choice or directing us into the site.

Although it rained most of our stay our time there was great. Easy check in and although there is no sewer hookup our tanks where emptied in a timely manor. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was my first time back to a KOA in over 40 years and i was pleasantly please with my experience at Parry Sound KOA. The service was exceptional, people were very friendly, washrooms were exceptionally clean and there was a constant sign of activity to keep this campground at the level/state it is in. I will return for sure 100%

Great customer service we were made to feel very welcome at Parry Sound KOA. Appreciate the personal escort to the site and the young man was very helpful in helping us back into our site.

Absolutely fantastic the host were amazing Michelle Don and Tristan. Very clean and very accommodating lovely campground were in the tent site we were offered to have the whole temp area to ourselves but opted to stay I don't other one around other campers

Staff is always accommodating, very helpful and friendly. The Campground itself is beautiful and well maintained. It's not our first time we visited and we're planning for more next year.

Our group had 3 rv sites and 3 cottages and everyone had a great time and no complaints from anyone.

We loved the place. Also all the covid19 measures taken. We are planing to go again this coming summer (2021). We are recommending this KOA to all our friends.

Cabin was very dirt. It should be mopped before the next customer come in. We have dogs but we are a clean family. Both door were very difficult to open and close. No tap water close to the Cabin K3. It should be alerted on the site that this campsite has a a railway that pass over the road and train has to honk every five minutes. Oh my gosh, you cannot slip at night. It’s a nightmare.

So many beautiful lots are available here. Enjoyed walking the trails very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay and we plan on booking again for next year as soon as we can!

The campground is clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. The family and team are amazing hosts and go over and above to ensure your stay is everything you hoped for and more. We are already planning to book for next season. Due to covid19 Don, michelle, tristan and team always wore their masks and proper procedure was followed. We always felt safe and for that we thankyou.

Site was way too small for trailer, step out of door onto rock with fire pit next too it. Overcrowded as we were in neighbours space. Could not put awning out. Not like the website picture. Check in was fast and friendly and park was near and tidy.

We got fooled by user posts ("Best in Ontario" on another KOA). Don't trust reviews! Booked for 3 nights, prepaid all. Stayed 1 night (plumbing & 30 amp issues). No refunds. No store. No site dump. Pool? Tim Horton's? Where? Walking trails too chewed up by ATVs. 2 "beaches"? Boat launch at lake, 1 km but no sand or parking. 1 play area with no kids. Wifi was OK. Nice trees. Too old (30 yrs) .

Our stay was fantastic! This is our second consecutive stay and the hosts Don, Michelle and Tristen are extremely accommodating. It’s a very clean and well kept camp ground. We enjoy ATVing and if there is one request it is to allow ATV’s to travel throughout the camp ground. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

Nice mix of a "structured" campground and natural setting of a provincial park. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Good amenities including clean washroom and showers.

We loved fall camping at this KOA. This is a quiet, small campground which was great for our young children. We enjoyed the proximity to the Seguin trail and the hospitality of the owners and team members. We plan to return with our ATVs once are kids are a bit older.
