I had a very bad experience with the woman who was in the reservation I asked her to let me stay one hour after check out time and she let me stay just in the pool 1 hour late.my daughter stayed 20 minutes after 12 in the washroom so the woman came to us and shouted me “ go out I gave you one hour more and you didn’t respect She said in rude way very horrible words I went without saying

We gave you an hour extension of your stay provided you abide by our tight checkout time as our clean team was on a big turn over day. You handed in the keys a half hr late and then to our disappoint we found you all showering 1.5 hrs past the time given. This was so disrespectful of our kindness and very disappointing to us.

We really enjoyed your park. The onlynegative for us is that as older people, we would have preferred a quieter area in the park. We were surrounded by several kids riding their bikes through our site (14). They were having fun guess wer'e just old

Such a wonderful set up. We stayed in one of the cabins,which was clean and organized. Kids loved the pool and cabin with bunk beds. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout stay.

We really liked our campsite and the grounds were very well kept. The washrooms and showers we clean and spacious. The pool is fairly small and very strong chlorine, also the hours were only from 10-6 and with COVID 10 people at a time. Would return again if were in the area!

It was great not over crowded everything very clean bathrooms were fantastic very clean and with music and flowers.staff was very friendly and helpful . especially Tristan really helpful very respectful and informed .,my daughter really enjoyed chatting with him . We will be back again for sure.

Very disappointed with this Koa. The roads are extremely dusty, pool closes at 6, nothing for kids to do, store is closed

Our 3 week drought and record heat wave unfortunately dried things out. Perfect camping weather though! We are maneuvering through unprecedented times and following very restricted provincial guidelines. Reduced amenities are unfortunately the fallout. Providing a safe environment is our priority for everyone. We are working tirelessly to ensure a fun and safe stay is had by all.

Awesome time! The owners are very friendly and helpful when asking what is around to do for activities. They take great care of the park and always greet you with a smile when walking up to the door! Can not say anything bad about this campground or the people that make it so great. I am definitely coming back in the future!

Always a great time!! The Berry Clan are great and accomodate as much as they can under the stressful circumstances The fire ban was a let down, but that's not their fault �

Staff and owners are very nice. Other campers were obnoxious and were finally evicted. Put a real damper on the first few days of our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We take the comfort, safety, & especially R&R of our guests very seriously. We evicted the obnoxious guests immediately after their first night. We believe in second chances, but not third's. Would love to see you another time!We can not control others actions & are appalled at their behaviour in public.

The older male owner very rude before I had even paid for the site. We called ahead to make sure there wouldn’t be problems with 2 cars to unpack. female owner informed us 1 hour would be aloud with 2 vehicles. The male owner was livid when we arrived. Lousy park, lousy campsites, there were 30 plus people in the small pool they had. Extremely risky with COVID-19 pandemic in effect.

When you made your reservation you were told upfront about all of our policies. When you arrived and during your stay you had no regard for our rules and policies. We run a very clean and reputable park following all Covid-19 guidelines and enforcing all policies. Bashing us with untruths about our park because we enforced our policies is very unfair & very disappointing.

Park is cute, small so it’s easy to walk through. Staff are SUPER friendly & helpful setting up. But they weren’t very present throughout the park and unfortunately we (2 adults no kids) were put on a site directly across from a VERY noisy group of 4-5 sites and they all gathered in front of our site. We had a great stay at the Parry Sound KOA! Cabin was great, facilities were clean and kept clean all week! Friendly owner/operators Don & Michelle and son Tristan, were great hosts and very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay a couple nights! Highly recommended!! Keep up the great work! jpz

As always, we had a great stay, it's just like coming home and staying with family. As usual the park is clean and the staff is friendly. Good job to the Berry Family and staff for working with the new Covid-19 restrictions. I know it must be hard to create fun and entertainment with so many restrictions. Keep up the good work, hope to see you at then end of the season.

Our circle of 8 families was able to be together because the KOA staff made that possible when our other plans fell through. We had a great time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The camp was clean and well maintained.

We had an exceptional time! The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating to our large group. Facilities were also very clean and well maintained. This is a really nice, family friendly campground close to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay again!

We just spent 5 nights at the Parry Sound KOA. It was incredible! We stayed at a campsite along the back of the park beside the ATV trail. It was spacious and fairly private. The firewood and ice delivery to the sites was an awesome touch. With it being our first trip to the KOA, we had many questions and the staff never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Can’t wait to go back
