Clean, friendly, hot water for showers-lots of things to do. Need more signs to the camp site.

All the employees were super friendly and happy to have us camp at their facility. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Was very pleasant starting with the check in and the little parting gift was very nice indeed. Was just great to see so many people having fun and getting together outside.

Excellent as usual. The park looks great and the staff was wonderful as always. Tristan always makes you feel like an old friend and Michelle is such a lovely lady.

I’ve camped national and provincial parks my whole life and once I became a parent I found that younger children need more options than they can get in those type of parks so we tried KOA for our first family park trip and we’re extremely happy with the service, the cleanliness and staffs determination to go above and beyond to make your stay a perfect one

If you are looking for a nice and affordable getaway, I highly recommend the Parry Sound KOA. We stayed only stayed for 2 nights and I wish we stayed longer. The staff and owners of this KOA are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They showed excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Very disappointed. Stayed in a Deluxe cabin. Issues were as follows. Distinct smell of mouse urine and feces on a shelf, mold in and on the toilet no way it had been cleaned, no hot water until the evening of the second day, water coming up through the floor boards when walking on the floor so had to wear shoes, no AC or microwave, breaker just kept popping,.Pool closed, Full summer rate charged.

Great staff. They always have time to talk with you. The staff will take the extra step to make sure you have everything you need. Some of the full time campers aren't very welcoming but life goes on..

Parry Sound KOA handled Covid wonderfully, everyone is so very friendly and happy to help. The grounds were as always well groomed and clean. Can we explain what it's like to finally take a deep breath and feel the forest after so many months inside. We are regulars at this campground because of the beauty of the area, but mostly because of the campground itself.

We have been away from RV’ing for a couple of years and we chose the Parry Sound KOA for our “shakedown” with our new RV. We have stayed at this KOA in the past, and as always, it was a wonderful experience! It is a lovely campground, and Don, Michelle and Tristan are super hosts, and we can’t say enough about them. We will be back! Thank you !

The staff were great during our stay. While we had to keep "socially distant" during the COVID-19 crisis, we witnessed staff taking as many precautions as possible including no contact check-in, wearing masks, and disinfecting power poles and water taps. They definitely went out of their way to make sure our visit was as good as possible.

The staff was stellar friendly and so very helpful, this was our cost stay in our new trailer and they even helped us use the dump station the first time. We will be returning to this location soon for sure!

Terrific stay as always. This is a yearly stop for us, generally the May 2-4 weekend as a season opener. This year was no different, couldn’t have started anywhere else. The Berrys took every measure possible to protect and prevent spreads of the current pandemic. As always, we left wishing we didn’t have to.

Whenever we camp here it is like coming home .Michelle, Don and Tristan are like family to us. My wife and I started camping here a few years ago and our group just keeps growing and it is because of the hospitality that we receive. One thing that has gave us a little ray of hope during these very troubling times is getting back here to camp. Cannot wait.
