Our stay was ok could of been better weather the first 3 days where damp and cool the balance was warm and dry but we still enjoyed our ourselves

Nice park , washrooms were cleaned regularly , park in general was well kept and staff were great ! I will be back in the future .

Friendliest staff ever!!! We had a lovely treed and private site. If all sites were treed like the one we had, it would be a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful area - would not hesitate to return.

It was an absolute pleasure seeing the team again. They made us feel like royalty. Even with the physical distance happening they still managed to convey their warmth and kindness. We will return.

Outstanding service! We will definitely be back. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely wanting to ensure we were having a good time. Tristan gave us great local tips and the honey wagon was a fantastic service. Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all post Covid !

Michelle was amazing to book with over the phone. Showed up, had a no issue checkin and were ushered to our campsite. They directed my husband in the lot, which I loved, saves on the martial disputes lol. Went for walks and meet many friendly campers. We were only there for 2 nights as they were booked but will definitely return for a longer period of time.

First time staying at Parry Sound KOA and it exceeded all expectations. Friendly staff, clean facilities and sites, loved having a site with wood deck to pull our camper up to. Deck also had a lovely swing and patio table with chairs. Really nice beach & playground on a nearby lake, 3 min drive from KOA. We will be returning next year!

The camp was nice and our site was also good. The kids liked the train horns but for me at 3am it was a bit much. Also when we arrived they had the store/office all boarded up and they called it remote check in where we had to phone and someone would escort us to our site. Didn’t really have the personal touch. We realize that everybody deals with covid differently but a courtesy call goes a lon

Thank you for your comments. We are very confused as to not understanding that safety & NO touching is what protects everyone. So we developed an efficient curbside checkin with escort to your site, the best of both worlds. We are in the store, so its not boarded up. We are sad about your score.

Enjoyed everyone’s hospitality and we will definitely come back. All staff both in the office and out on the grounds responded to any assistance we needed quickly and efficiently.

Booked our spot in February and requested one of two locations. Arrived expecting one of them and could not get them even though one was empty. Put us in a secluded bush spot with no wifi range. Would have been nice to get an email telling us that they could not accommodate our location request so we could book elsewhere.

Thank you for your comments.We do our best with requests.Aug long weekend books quick, & your requests were gone.We upgraded you to an even more secluded site with a deck-no charge.Wifi in every site works well providing all guests follow basic rules.A quick call/email to us is always welcome.

The stay was wonderful and I would come back in a heartbeat. The Wifi could of been alot better as we were close to the tower .This was the only downfall. It's a great campground and close to the atv trails and Petro Canada. Our trip was wonderful and we all had fun.

This was the third year we have camped at Parry Sound KOA and we have stayed for a week each time. We enjoy our time there and the out doors is so fresh. The staff is friendly and the campgrounds are well kept. We look forward to seeing you next year.

First time here. Park was well kept. The service from the staff was excellent. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely return in the future.

Service fast efficient and informative. I am used to national o� prov. Parks so the private cgs are a little busy. But that is just me. Thanks for being there when we need you!

When we arrived at our campsite, we discovered that we were missing a roof vent. The owner Tristan came to our rescue with his ladder and climbed up and put a temporary cover on it for us. That night we had torrential rain. No leaks. Thank you Tristan you are our hero.

Great Kampground, sites were in the woods, not a clear cut area that makes you feel like you are camping in a parking lot. There are some hills, not all the sites are perfectly level so bring leveling blocks. The staff was great, overall everything was pretty good. The only detractor was the train that passes by 3x a day, and once late at night.

Very helpful staff. Very environmental conscious. Site a little awkward for hookups but neat and well maintained campgrounds. Good amenities.

We just spent 5 nights at the Parry Sound Koa. it was incredible! Friendly staff, clean facilities, fantastic location. We had an incredible time.
