General Campground Information

Marijuana Prohibited

Smoking marijuana in public places is illegal in Arizona. This includes streets, parks, restaurants, and vehicles. Even though marijuana is legal, public consumption is still prohibited. Law enforcement can issue citations or misdemeanor charges for those caught smoking in public. Even registered medical marijuana patients cannot smoke or vape marijuana in public. Marijuana use is allowed only on private property with the owner's permission, which we do not give. In order to maintain a family-friendly camping environment, we exercise the legal right to prohibit marijuana use on our property. Any guest smoking or vaping marijuana will face police involvement and ejection from the park without refund.
