This is on of the best maintained KOAs anywhere. The southwest scenery and landscaping is mesmerizing. It was also perfectly located for our forays north to Phoenix and South to Tucson.

Clean facilities. Many games, pool and activities on the premises. Close to the Ostrich Farm and hiking. Far from Tucson or other activities though. It was difficult having our pet, because they are not really allowed anywhere other than the dog park... my dog cried when left in my RV and I got notified that I couldn't be at the pool with him crying.

All the reviews are true: very clean, quiet, quaint setting!! Beautiful, tall, flowering oleander trees surround the property, with desert cactus �� & native plants inside. The best part was sitting outside & hearing horses nearby talking to each other! The pool is so nice to cool off in the Arizona heat! They have a small store onsite with many necessities. Thanks for a great stay!!

Ryan and Felicia were both very friendly and helpful. They have just taken the park in the last 3 years. They have a lot of work to do to trim back the plants and keep everything neat. They are both working very hard and we saw that while we were staying. It is very beautiful park because of how old it is. But grounds maintenance is a big chore. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice clean journey camp. Pros: level sites, nice patio, k9 camp super big, big area to walk to exercise dogs, staff very friendly. Cons: some highway noise from l-10, trains sometimes.

The cabin is super nice, there is a microwave that came in very handy! The swing that you see online in the picture was not there, but there was plenty of outside seating space. The bed was comfortable. Felicia and Ryan are nice, Ryan even went out of his was to purchase a very cool new retro refrigerator. The refrigerator in the cabin prior was not available. Lot's of lighting inside, great space

Very welcoming and restful; peaceful and quiet. Outdoor pool was refreshing after a long drive. Showers and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Loved the morning coffee, puzzles, games, tv in the Recreation room! Will definitely come back for a longer stay and bring friends and family.

we stayed for only one night and didn't use any facilities so I can't really give it a full five stars because of that. But the hosts were extremely friendly and very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and clean. And easy to get to.

FABULOUS! This spot ties with our number one place to stay. It is great even before arrival. It is slightly off the beaten path from the interstate, but the signage was precise and excellent. The park is rustic with gorgeous landscaping. We did not utilize all the amenities, but the pool was very nice, and the laundry was clan and well maintained.

This is our 2nd time at this KOA and it is by far our favorite! We'll be back again as soon as we can. The desert landscaping is beautiful and zen-like. Our dog LOVES the dog park as well as taking laps around the property. My only suggestion is to put a dumpster near the exit to easily dump trash as we pull out. The owners are awesome and have tended to this park with love. 5 stars!!!!

We stayed 2 nights while traveling and enjoyed our stay very much. We chose this park as it was close to an attraction we wanted to see. It was a very nice park, nice sized sites and all the ammenities we needed. the staff was helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
