We have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds & this has absolutely been the best we have ever stayed at! We stayed for over 2 months & already reserved for 4 months this coming winter! Felicia & Ryan made us feel like family!! Audra, Stephanie & Mike were always available to help. Everyone is kind & friendly. Beautiful clean well maintained. Many fun activities, extremely large sites. 44' 5th wheel.

Loved our stay. Wasn’t impressed with the doggie area. It would be nice to have some grass if even just a small patch. People very friendly!

Beautiful mountain setting with lots of hummingbird visits, great country roads for biking, glorious views. Feels like one is in the Caribbean at this campsite, it is so tastefully decorated.

Front desk staff was friendly & welcoming upon check-in. When I booked, it said campsite was "50/30" amp, however it was only 50amp so we had to ask for an adapter. Staff said we booked it incorrectly. I had to show email confirmation that clearly stated 50/30. Even the camp map shows certain sites are 50, others 30, but does not specify for "deluxe" sites. Otherwise everything was great!!

This is our favorite KOA to stay at! It’s like coming home! Friendly, Family lenders and staff! They do so much for the park and their guests! Places for dogs to run and play us such a huge bonus! New beautiful wood decks for hanging out on! We truly love it here! Thanks Ryan & Felicia and Staff ;) y’all Rock!!!

Disappointing experience. Understaffed and it showed. Pool area was dirty - furniture dusty (never cleaned) cushions were stained and deck needs a good power washing. Sites weren’t cleaned between campers. General cleaning/maintenance of grounds was neglected. Owners seemed tired/distracted and the customer service was sorely lacking.

Very clean, friendly staff never have any issues staying here. Would of liked to have had a fire ring at our site, but can understand not having one with the playground close to our site. All the campers there are friendly, our dog made a new friend while there and everyone obides by the rules while camping.

We were going to late arriving. The manager Ryan called us to let us know the late check in procedure. A-Plus for that. The park is also A-Plus in all you need. We will make this.a stop when ever we travel this way again.

We had a great time camping with the grandkids! The Picacho campground was a very nice place to stay. A good playground for the kids and close to Picacho Peak. Their little store had just the right supplies that I needed. The campground was always clean, especially the bathrooms. The owner and employees are very helpful and friendly. It’s a little loud though at night with the trains along I 10.

No fire. Pit @ my site we could. Ight have a ca pfire. Irequested a 30 amp site they put me in a 20 amp. Too dry and dusty dirty.

This was our first trip in our new trailer and we struck gold!! Staff was AMAZING!! Facility was super clean and amenities out of site!!! We hiked and went to the Ostrich farm. Strongly recommend this location!!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The campground was beautiful and clean, the restrooms were always very clean and hot showers!

Stayed one night while passing thru town, owners were very kind and have been working hard to improve this campground. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

While driving, the owners were concerned and called to explain how after hours check-in worked in case we got there late. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. Ryan, Felicia and Audra were awesome...the minute we met them, it was like reuniting with old friends. The pool was warm, bathrooms clean, and the game room fun. Loved the plantings. Very neat campground. Very clean wash rooms. Next to a pecan orchard so we bought some fresh picked pecans. Quiet campground. Love the stars very accommodating and cheerful staff

We enjoyed our brief visit. The facility was well maintained and the staff was eager to assist us with registration and escorted us to our site. WIFI was a bit spotty BUT the nearby cell tower allowed 5G cellular connectivity. We plan on visiting this camp again.

Sites are a little tight to get in and out of. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Love the great showers. Had a restful weekend.

The site was well maintained. The owner was frequently seen on property assisting with maintenance and interacting with customers. The tent sites were located right near the dog park which increased the noise level. The location itself being so close to I-10 was problematic at night due to the high volume of traffic and noise from those vehicles.

We stayed overnight on a cross country trip. It was a return visit for us, as we stayed here a week in November! Easy access, nice park and very friendly staff. We booked online, but space was smaller than we desired, the owner was very helpful and we were able to change to a longer site, even though we arrived after office hours! We would definitely stay again.

We fought the grandkids with us and the playground was great. The pool was way too cold. Not sure if was supposed to be heated. Rooster Cogburns ostrich ranch was fun and close by.

The campground is and was always maintained by the owners. They were very pleasant during check in. The campground has a lot of large trees to provide shade and the sites were level. Wi-fi was sketchy at times but we were able to get a good enough signal to watch the TV later in the evening.

Well-spaced sites, clean and secure. Level site with patio and fire ring. Surprising KOA quality in what I thought was the middle of nowhere.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
