We stayed in a motorhome. Had a water break and were without water all day. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

First time there, had a great time. My Husband was a little sttressed in space 15 with parking the trailer, next time we will ask for another space.

We stayed here on our west bound travels and returned again as we returned thru the area. This KOA is well maintained and plenty of room to drive around and set up our site. The ladies in the front office were very professional and made our reservations easy over the phone. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. The bathroom house were also well maintained and very clean.

A beautiful oasis! Stayed one night, the highway & trains are loud but the hospitality & facilities make it worth it. Wonderful landscaping & excellent hosts/staff! We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful. The campground was clean and we'll organized. They even lent us a converter in order to plug our 30 amp rig into the 50 amp site . We will definitely be staying here again. We stayed here on 12/28/21.

Overall it was fine. I didn't appreciate being approached by the host on my last day, before I even parked, told that driving thru sites (what I did to get to my site) was prohibited and did I have a sign for my car? I never saw a rule about driving through sites and yes, I had the sign for my car. I was treated rudely. Am I a customer or an inconvenience? I am a solo female camper bothering no on

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The rules plainly state that you must drive 5 MPH, not cut through vacant sites, and display a yellow tag, or that you must leave. Repeated disregard for our safety rules and repeated asks to follow them IS an inconvenience, but we value our customers and no one was trying to be rude. - Ryan, owner

Multiple power stands were wired incorrectly. My surge protector saved my rv from multiple overloads. Pull-Through spots were so small you have to unhook truck. Manager refused to move me into a different 50amp spot. Told me he did not trust my surger protector. Many other campgrounds in the area to stay at. Train noise all night long.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Neutrals were reversed, fixed the next morning, but no cause for overload. There physically were no more 50 amp sites available  only 2 sites left and they were 30 amp  one of which I moved them to. Nothing to do with surgeguard. Gave $15 discount for the inconvenience. - Ryan Ramsey, owner

I had stayed there before in the past. Every time I stop they’ve done new and wonderful things to the place. Everyone’s wearing a smile. I was glad to stay there again.

The check-in staff was extremely courteous and efficient The facilities were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this KOA as our stay there was a most pleasant experience.

Very easy to find. Great cabin with amenities not normally found: linens, fridge and microwave! Great hosts—greeted us by first name. Will definitely try to always stay here on cross country road trip �

Very clean, well maintained and staff truly love what they do. A little out of the way from any attractions, but a great stop for a couple of days off the roads. Only one tiny suggestion; how about an on ramp to I10 closer to the gate :) it's six miles down the access road. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful campground, extremely well maintained and updated. Family owned by a friendly, proud and attentive family. Somehow they even got the distant train horns mostly quieted at night. Conveniently near freeway but far enough away to mitigate noise. You do have to close screen doors because there are flies in this area due to nearby livestock ranch.

This is a typical KOA Journey with a wonderful heated pool and very attentive staff. It was clean, spacious and the staff look like they are really keeping the place up. The only down side to the is the road and train noise. We don't usually mind some noise but it was pretty loud.

On line reservations are abit deceiving, the site stated they only had 1 space available, i booked it but the kampground was only half full.

Lovely site with a deck (#45). Owners were very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and the park itself was very well maintained with nice large trees! Will definitely return!

Hot showers and excellent laundry facilities. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is convenient, but really in the middle of nowhere - not a bad thing for us as we like quiet. We met lots of friendly fellow travelers.

We stayed here 2 weeks, everyone was very friendly. Beautiful KOA.... little pricey. Not super far to Tucson or Phoenix.

The campground is very quiet and the bathroom and shower facilities are impeccable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for an overnight. Third time here. Staff is great! Sites are spacious. Yes, you can here 1-10 but that's the way most KOA Journeys are. Right off the highway for your connivence. We will stay here again.

Wow! We have stayed at a number of KOA's since we have had our RV. This is definitely one of the best run and operated KOA's at which we have stayed. It is run by Felicia and Ryan who clearly focus on customer service, cleanliness, comfort and caring for their guests. We will definitly stay there again when we travel that direction again. Thank you, Felicia and Ryan for a lovely stay!

We always stay at this KOA as we travel across Arizona. They are helpful and kind and accommodating. They have a great little minimart inside their lobby. Everything is CLEAN! They have bathrooms and showers, pool, laundry facilities. Love this KOA.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
