The park was very well maintained and clean. The play area for the kids and the dog park for the dogs are great to have. The I only negative was the hot water running low, perhaps a heat on demand system? We will definitely use this park again if we come through the area again.

This is a very friendly, clean, and comfortable KOA. I’m sure, once Covid is gone, it’ll be even better when the steakhouse is open. The owner was honest about the spotty internet so we weren’t surprised and grateful for her honesty. WARNING: do not follow your GPS directions! Instead, follow the very well placed KOA signs. We plan on returning.

Always a great time staying here. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. Bring your kids they will have a blast.

Stayed one night. Site was great for hook ups, staff was very friendly. Just very load next to I10 with train and road noise.

The space we were given was short, our 5th wheel alone hung out on both roads, there was no room for our truck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Kampground. It is immaculately clean & the owners are friendly. We had a beautiful view of 4 foals, bucking & playing next door & a cool swim after dinner. Picacho state park is 8 minutes away with a lovely walk through the desert. We whole heartedly recommend this campground.

This is a really nice gem in the middle of the desert. The owners are always updating something to fix the place up. The trees give it a nice feel that makes you wonder if your still in the desert. This is one of my planned stops when traveling.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Only issue we had, this KOA has no control over, traffic and train noise, not really noticeable during day.

When we got to our spot it was only 30 amp.. we needed 50... camp hosts were amazing and moved us immediately. Nice and clean area..would definitely stay there again

We only pulled in for overnight, but enjoyed having beautiful restrooms. would have lived to enjoy the pool or fire pit area if we would have been there longer. Nice playground and dog park.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and make you feel wanted. I stayed here going and my return trip. Very clean facility. Love the gals in the office, they make you....great attitude. This was a pleasant stay. Thanks and God Bless you.

Loud highway and train noises, no tv stations and spotty internet. But the worse part was the psychotic guy that ran after us we he thought we were going faster than 5MPH. That was strange but then he followed up the next day and continued to talk down to us about why he chased after us the night before. We never felt comfortable after that. On the good side, the campground was very clean.

Everything was great, very friendly staff and the dog park was the best I have seen at any of the KOA's we have stayed at. The only downfall was the noise from the freeway but other than that great place to stay.

We love this property! We love the horses in the back. Our traveling companion had a bit of a problem with his awning, but Ryan, the owner, came out and helped as best as he could. Customer service here is top notch. Because they were so busy, we were not able to stay another day. We are glad they are so busy. We were sorry to see the restaurant close. We will definitely stay here again!

Nicely maintained , very clean , landscaping fits Arizonas style with large eucalyptus trees and cactus. Although distant train sounds through the night.

This campground is definitely a hidden gem. Excellent staff great amenities plenty of open space. Family loves coming here we will definitely be back!

First I'd like to say the staff in the office are very friendly and really wonderful at customer service. I think thats where the pros side ends. Sites are SUPER close together. Its something as a full time RV'r we expect but these were REALLY close. If we were to reach out at the same time as our neighbor we could touch hands. Power went out for several hours, no credit or refund offered.

This is one of the best BEST places to stay! The camp is one of the cleanest, nicest taken care of, sites are extremely large/gigantic compared to lake havasu. the camp hosts are delightful, showers and bathrooms are awesome! Pool felt good. The work they continue to do is definitely noticed! All the Sites are racked and cleaned up after anyone leaves. We will be back again and again! Best KOA!!!

A great campground between Phoenix and Tucson with easy access off the I-10. The camp sites are very level and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I would stay there again!

Awesome clean park heated pool a plus for the kids, dog park was awesome my spot was clean and of course the host were exceptional as it should always be.

Liked the campground a lot. All the campers and the staff were super nice there. Only issue was the Wi-Fi was so weak that it was unusable. That was OK because I was able to tether off my cell phone. No cable TV hook up but I was able to get 48 channels off my antenna. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

Nice campground, however, we felt our site was a bit small. Our front door / awning area was just a couple of feet away from our neighbors black water hose ~ not the best view. We moved our picnic table right in front of their hose (and didn’t use the picnic table). The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
