It’s really nice to see a campground that they are updating. You can tell that the owners take pride in the property. Everything is clean and nice. The only downside is that there is some train and highway noise, but I kind of like the sounds. We plan to return.

Nice Place and very clean. Yet, the road, train and I think helicopters was nonstop. Really the noise is my only complaint.

This was our 2nd time here. The campground is laid out very well. We had a deluxe patio site, so the concrete patio, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and dining table and chairs was great. Immaculate laundry room. Clubhouse was very good. The playground was very good. Downside: I-10 traffic and many trains.

The site was great and very clean. Loved having great Wi-Fi connection. See you in a month or so. Staff is always friendly and outgoing.

This campground is VERY clean, neat and quiet. The people that we had the pleasure of talking with were VERY nice and polite. They had post cards and ice cream which are both a "must" to get a great review from me:) On another note, their windowsills were VERY clean!

Trains went by ALL night long and the freeway noise of the trucks hitting the bumps on the edge of the freeway was ALL night long as well. We’ll never stay here again.

one of the most beautiful KOA we ever camped at. lush desert botany everywhere you look, beautiful large trees, extremely friendly and helpful staff. lot was so level I just put my jacks out to touch the ground.

Convenient spot for us to meet up with friends who were staying in Florence, AZ. The KOA was clean, hookups worked, and the staff was ok. Most KOA's they offer to pick up trash bags if we leave them out, but we didn't receive that here. In fact, the only time I saw any staff was when they came out to harass our friends who stopped by to visit. They were on them like a bum on a baloney sandwich!

It’s an overnight stop on the side of the highway. Hookups are the only thing that should be charged for and the price should reflect that. Your rate for this location is outrageous.

The bathrooms were clean. The staff friendly. The sites level. We just prefer sites that are farther apart. The train noise was unbelieveably loud at night. This was otherwise quiet and safe, but not the camping experience we were looking for.

I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. Only downside was no fenced dog area. After a long drive it's nice to let the dogs off leash, but the dog area was not secure.

We stayed three nights and then two nights, as the midpoint of our trip to New Mexico. It is very well maintained, and has a great atmosphere. An adorable dog park too. We liked it so much the first time, we chose it on the way back. Great owner, in the process of improvement continuously. Will stay again!

Very nice. Wide spaces. Great landscaping. People were very friendly. I was going to say nice and quiet but it's not. Highway noise is something, then the train comes through. We stayed four nights and kind of got used to it. We would definitely stay again.

Every KOA we have stayed at recently, the staff has been most welcoming and the folks at Picacho is no exception. We were welcomed with such friendly folks, as if they knew us :-). Would defenitly stay here again.

We stay at KOA's quite a few times each year and this one was great. From the time we arrived and were welcomed in to getting firewood ($10 per bundle) it was an awesome experience. Everyone would great us with a warm hello of "Mister James" which I have encountered in the south but not this far west. Clean park, large pull-thru's, clean bathroom's and laundry.

Very clean campground. Owners go out of their way to accommodate. Thank you Ryan and Felicia! And even though Mark, one of the grounds keepers, is a Seattle Seahawks fan, he was phenomenal! We stayed for a month. Would and will go back!

We had a wonderful site with a pet pen, what a great idea! Would absolutely book again. The campground was so tidy with generous sized spots. Very friendly hosts!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly. The place was so clean and beautifully landscaped. We will come back for sure when we are back in the area.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
