Our rating is a 4+++++ Only because there is always room for improvement, of which you guys are constantly and diligently doing so.� The facility is clean in every aspect, modernized and updated… The store is well stocked… You have thought of everything to share a pleasant experience for all… We were so pleased to meet you folks! Overnight stay. Very clean RV park large spacious pull through sites conveniently located near freeway but not to close. Only heard light freeway noise while standing outside. I will stay hear again when in the area.

We had a medical emergency and they were very accommodating when we had to stay an extra week.

The lady (Latisha?) who was working when we came and left was very kind, friendly and thorough. Would stay again just to get to chat with her :)

Clerk at desk on arrival was very helpful and pleasant, great customer service. Pool needed cleaning, quite a bit of debris…but it was quite windy….crews were cleaning up grounds nicely. A quieter KOA than some for being just off highway.

It is a small koa, but the Hosts were super friendly. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn't like was you could hear some noise from the 10 in the evening.

Clean and quaint. This small campground was spotless, not a spec of trash to be found. The well-appointed sites where extremely large, so nobody feels like they are on top of each other. And the management team was friendly and helpful.

It's a nice campground, but too much noise from freeway and trains. It needs a high wall to block some of that as even with AC on could hear the traffic, which never stopped. No cable TV and only got a few channels off antenna. But did like all the cactus plants around the campground as never seen such big prickly pear.

Ryan has anger issues. Perhaps PTSD? We rented a premium site. Admittedly, we had a minor transgression of Ryan’s rules. He approached me, my family and young grandkids looking for a fight. As previous customers, we never encountered Ryan so we booked again . As a former Marine and 34 Year Law enforcement professional. I can say confidently, Ryan was out of control. Ryan, get help. Avoid this KO

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

He was using an additional site he had not paid for, to set up a second camp complete with fire and BBQ grill. I said he would need to pay for use of that site, which he argued about, but agreed to. Weeks later he disputed the charge to get his money back. I remained stern but professional. - Ramsey

We were greeted after hours to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip west. Thank you for that. The facility is well maintained, though we only used the spot for a night while on a trip. Like all close to the highway, there is road noise, but it is something that does not bother us. We'd stay again, and may well do so when we head east.

This is the cleanest and best maintained KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Helpful friendly people as well.

Campground was clean and neat, bathrooms were extremely nice. Amenities offered were wonderful, kids play area, dogs play area, pool, inside lounge for guests with TV, games, book sharing, DVD's, coffee etc... If you forgot personal items or something needed for your RV they had it there to purchase at a reasonable price. Ryan was very accommodating! Only Issue Train & Road Noise close to freeway!

Staff was Very Friendly, Helpful and professional. Store was well stocked, neat and organized. Campground, Bathrooms, Dog run, pool and Sites were Very Clean and inviting. Comfortable stay here with outdoor games to play. ��

This is a small, simple KOA with wonderful, onsite, hands-on ownership. Beautiful, small pool; clean, spacious sites; large dog area; lots of tree shade. The owners went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I would recommend this site to folks who do not need or want a lot of "resort" style features, and would like a simple, quiet (except for a little freeway noise) place to stay.

Facility is as advertised. We booked two nights and stayed one night due to change in our schedule. Management is very friendly and accommodating.

This was our 2nd time staying here due to the great experience we had the 1st time with the owners and there kids with my kids were together playing with all the other kids in the park. laundry, pool, bathrooms clean and the RV sites well maintained and always improving we did the site with the deck and fenced in dog run outstanding. Will surely visit again no doubt thank you for the kindness.

OMG what a great place, easy access to get on and off the frwy. The camp host /Owners were super nice and friendly. We arrived after closing hours and they opened the store so we could get a few supplies. Clean park and shower, nice rec room with games and puzzle and great pool. Will definately go there again when in the area. If anyone is near Tucson, I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
