This KOA ( as Tony the tiger says) G_R_E_A_T !!!. The staff are very nice and helpful. We have stayed here several times and is the same each time. We ask for a certain RV site (#17) and we get it all the time. This last stay the staff surprised us with an anniversary cake on our 56th wedding anniversary on the 17th of the month. The grounds are well kept. Keep up the good work. See you next year.

Pretty place, clean, nice fire rings! The lady who checked us in was incredibly nice. If we ever have more time around Madras Or. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff here are amazing. The sites are spaced nicely and the grounds have something for everyone. We showed up during the windy season and that wasn’t a lot of fun but I would go back during the summer.

Nice comfortable little place. Pretty views of a couple big mountains. I like that you can select your own spot too.

KOA was nice, staff was super friendly. Only complaint is it's pretty far away from things, and it's the windiest place we've ever stayed. We had 20-30 mph winds every night we were there with gusts that felt like we were going to blow over.

The staff were very friendly and the restroom was very clean. The one issue was the sign on the door says must wear a mask to enter. No one on your staff wore one at all, inside or outside. Requiring patrons to wear one and your staff not required is not how the governor intended it to be. All indoor activities should have masks to be worn. We can't wait to stay are you place again.

Very nice camp ground. The spaces are large and the owners are thinking of things that will make their guest stay better. Will stay again.

Office staff is amazing and so accommodating. I love staying here. And Haystack reservoir is only 2 minutes away for fishing

The weather was very smokey, and we checked out one day early. The host granted a full refund for the cancellation. Great staff.

Hello, I liked the park and the stay. What concerned me was the requirement to wear a face mask in the office, which is necessary to get this pandemic under control. However, the staff person at checking did not wear a mask. NOT GOOD.

The main thing we did not like is that the dump station is located right in front on tent campground site I fortunately nobody used it during our stay.

Such a great campground! Clean, beautiful sites and extremely friendly staff. So helpful and you never passed by one without getting a smile or hello. Bathrooms were very clean, hot water and great pressure. Dog friendly, I only recall a few sites with no dogs. Centrally located with so many day trips available. We will be going back!!

We stayed four nights here, and it was a good place. My one concern, and it's a big one, is that while it was posted that masks are required in the office and the bathrooms, NONE of the staff was ever wearing a mask. When I raised the question to the man who checked us in, his response was simply "Well, I wasn't even supposed to be here today." Huh?

They gave my reserved large site away before we got there, and just kind of shrugged it off as not a big deal. They still had other small sites and we were able to get 2 adjoining. Didn’t have power or a view of the sunset, which were why I had reserved the large site. Staff weren’t wearing masks in enclosed store/office where you pay, despite their own sign requiring masks. Otherwise great

This was my first time staying at a KOA and let me tell you, it definitely won't be my last! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The bathrooms were super clean at all times. The employees were always super helpful. The pool and playground were both well kept up. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice campground, only negative is we wanted to use our reward points, and the individual did not know how to apply them. Second oops for the value card, why collect points if there is always a reason you can’t use them.

As I put on my Google review, I noted that the man working check in at the indoor store and office stated that he was aware of a local mask mandate but refused to wear one anyway because "it was a hoax". My mother tested positive in a card facility in SC, and is doing poorly. I told him this and he did not even offer any sympathy, instead coldly asking if she had any predisposing conditions.

Short. Overnight only. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Grounds were ok. Place was quiet. Good enough for our purposes.

Deluxe cabin.Pd $150/night.Expected cleanliness, made beds and towels..not. It was very dirty, the heater didn't work (used a heat fan) and the handle on the fridge was duct taped.Shower head is very low and had to wash what little dishes before we used them.Cobb webs in the loft and dirty floors. After saying all this the staff is very nice and did refund us $50/night. Park and pool ok cabin not.

Quiet, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, clean bathrooms, full hook ups, easy to get to. Highly recommend.

We were told on the phone that the TV cable was working . No, that was wrong. Mount Shasta KOA told us their TV cable worked and theirs didn't work. Both KOA's check in was easy but not truthful, Bathrooms in both KOA's were clean. Power hook up worked, Septic drop worked. Campsite was quiet , the internet was working, slow but working.

I understand your cancellation policy! Yet when we arrived the smoke condition was horrific. I explained my husband is end stage heart failure and we couldn’t stay in that environment. We continued driving 5 more hours and slept in a rest area that nigh! To pay the full amount made me upset indeed! These are conditions beyond our control ��

Rules disregarded-- Tents set up beside RVs and rugs put out on grass. RVs too close to neighbors tents and sccreened canopys.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
