We had a problem with the wood stove in the TP. The facility made it right and we are satisfied.

We chose this KOA-Redmond Kampground as a staging area to visit the wonderful sites in the Redmond, Madras and Bend area. Staying at the end of Feburary 2022 you don't expect a crowd in the KOA Kampground, and that was true to form. We found the staff friendly and very helpful and the Cabin warm, dry and secure.

the cabin has a bathroom, and that is a huge plus. Internet worked well, and enjoyed multiple channels on the t.v.

Great host! Kim made sure the heat was on when I arrived on a very cold snowy day. Cabin was clean, convenient, and warm.

Kim was a great host. Loved the cabin with the bathroom. It worked perfect for our needs. My only criticism is the location. Pretty far out from any big town. But that's not the hosts fault.

Bathrooms were closed from 9am - 10 am. No options. Seems like there should be more bathrooms so at least one could be open at all times.

Sometimes privately-run campgrounds forget the hospitality aspect of their business. We stayed in a cabin that was located as inconveniently as possible to the restrooms. AND those restrooms are closed for A FULL HOUR in the morning, not very nice for the cabin and tent campers who drink coffee. Pretty scenery but unless you're in an RV, camp elsewhere. I'd gripe more, but I'm out of characters.

I made my reservations for cabin and pull in trailer, making sure we were right next to each other with our employees. We were to be in 47, 58 cabin. My customer called and paid for our reservation completely. We left Vancouver late because of employee. I got a call before 5 i think I said we are 37 min out. got there they had given our site away we then was in 50,58

We stay here often and love the facilities, staff, cleanliness, and activities. This visit we stayed in a teepee, as our son was learning about native Americans. So this was a big deal. We were disappointed that our teepee didn’t have the wood stove or bunk bed that we thought it would. And there was no discount offered for this.

Friendly helpful staff. My wife and I were going to tent camp as a overnight stop traveling to new home with dogs in tow. Mike suggested the cabins. Very comfortable Store had what i needed Parking for the uhaul near the cabin. Will use again on my next load

At check-in, was told the lock on the front door was broken. I don't know why they wouldn't have fixed it if they knew it was broken! This cabin was filthy, mold in the microwave, trash can & Coffee pot, something dead and gooey in the fridge, smelled disgusting. Sheets were waded up and stuffed in shelves. Crumbs on kitchen chairs & table. Highest priced cabin in the park.Thoroughly disgusted.

I just stayed one single night and found the cabin a perfect fit. I had privacy and access to water and a bathroom/shower when needed. The staff were all really nice. The parking right in front of my cabin was convenient.

Everything was clean. The space around the cabin was set up perfectly with enough room to stay out of the neighbor's way. My time there was good. The door lock was difficult to work. The code for the bathhouses was the same for women and men sides and made me uncomfortable when I realized shower stalls had no latch on the door. Shower stalls were inconveniently set up.

The location required more driving than we realized but we enjoyed nearby Redmond, in addition to our visit to Bend. The bathrooms were very clean and shower was very good too. Staff was friendly at the check-in ... office hours were good.

Inadequate lighting. Campfire ring was dirty - full of cigarette butts. No smoke detector. Fridge dirty. Fan did not work.

The grounds were very well kept. We love the cabin. The bathrooms were beautiful and clean. I reserved a specific cabin. When we got there the employee assigned us to a cabin we had not reserved. She said it was not available for our total stay, which was 2 nights. I paid extra for the larger cabin, and no one ended up staying in the cabin I reserved. I was forced into a higher priced cabin.

The only recommendation I would add is that the cabins should have a mirror. The refrigerator is great, though! Grounds are clean and it's quiet at night.

As always, ur staff are awesome & friendly. Shout out 2 Mike 4 allowing me 2 change my reservation when there was unexpected wild fire smoke. The deluxe cabin was well stocked w/ towels & dishes (although couldn’t find a can opener) but was left with 1 paper towel on the roll (lol). The “cabin” could use some updating and repairs, otherwise, it suited our needs and look forward 2 the updates

It was Smokey from fires - not their fault but cleaning the bathrooms between 9 and 10 am every day is unacceptable. The cabin door didn’t want to open and close and it was just too dusty for us.

the main bedroom, kitchen, living room a big plus, the 3 recliners & big tv was nice, the bathroom needs a medicine cabinet, the deck outside bedroom door needs a safety railing, well kept grounds, nice rv sites, everybody real nice & helpful, we would stay their again.

It was a great area! Friendly staff and accurate descriptions. The only thing I’d like differently was more water spickets so you don’t have to haul everything over to the sinks. We stayed in the teepee. It was good. Could do better cleaning under the beds etc but overall was very nice! Thanks so much for a great time!

My first time ever staying at a KOA, and first time ever solo camping. Great experience! My cabin and campgrounds were clean. Lots to do! Employees are so friendly and helpful! The mountain views from campground just beautiful! Easy access to main road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have gone camping here multiple times. I love how laid back and kid friendly this campground is! It’s so cute how they have a glow parade for the little ones. Also super convenient that there are stores just 15 min from the campground. We will definitely come back again!

Accommodations were good, staff were very friendly and polite. We had a blast staying in the TP and would again with different neighbors. They were the rudest people Ive ever met. Very inconsiderate, loud, and left their food and trash everywhere.

Cabin floor filthy, catsup on the door screen and filthy fan placed on the counter by the coffee pot. Curtain on front window hangs down over the counter, hard to open and close curtains with our items on the counter. A little tender care and it'll be up to KOA standards.

We rented one of the cabins and it was extremely hot inside. We could not sleep at night and my son is a type 1 diabetic and his blood sugars kept going low because the inside of the cabin was so hot. We had all windows open and the ceiling fan on. There was a second fan provided but the heat was trapped inside. Outside was cooler than inside of our cabin all night long. Horrible experience.

We stayed in a cabin for one night - a little small but durable. My mistake - I'll get a bigger cabin. Very clean and pleasant people to work with. Very nice events for kids and adults. Really enjoyed the ice cream social and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely, planning for future KOA cabin vacations.

Had a great stay at this location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pizza on site was delicious. The pool was opened and the bathroom was cleaned. We stayed in a cabin during the heat wave. They had ceiling and portable fans but the heat was still unbearable. Lucky for us, the cabin with the AC unit came available and the owner was able to accommodate our last night with the cabin.

I stayed in a teepee that was supposed to be a deluxe but they put me in a teepee that only had a full bed and 2 futons and a chair I asked them if they put me in the wrong one because the other one had the same thing accept a set of bunk beds and a wood stove they told me that there is no difference and charged me the same Price as the other one. I dont think they know what deluxe means. Rip off!

Door locks don't work right. Had to struggle with the keys and use my body weight to get the door open. The grounds and bathrooms are filthy as they were the one other time we been there. We swore we would never go back after the first time. Even found feces on the floor of the bathroom. Staff acted like it's a normal thing for them. After 2nd time, still filthy unkept mess. For KOA horrible

Took my 12 yr old girl with me to meet my folks there. I was at here last year same time, with 2 of my daughters. I love Bend & the surrounding areas. This KOA helps me as a base camp. Thank you

My first time at a KOA and this placed definitely gave me high expectations for any other KOA's. The one thing I would say needed improvement would be a bit more detailed cleaning in the cabins. The fans had a a lot of dust build up but overall great stay!

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
