Office staff nice. Very quiet. No road noise. Upgraded wifi still stinks. Just disconnected from it and used my cellular data.

First of all I like KOAs....never stayed at this one before. But I’ll be back. Great location. The employees were very very friendly. Liked that. Especially during this “virus” situation. The only problem I had was, it got really cold for me in my ����. And one day the wind threatened to uproot my tent. The store was well stocked and the shower water was hot. We didn't end up staying because we paid for a hookup site even though we were tent camping but there was no grass pad or even dirt in the hookup sites like the website said. We asked if we could switch to the group site (the only one with hookups and grass) we were told we would have to pay extra. The gentleman in the office was rude, we left with no refund and it ruined our whole trip!

The campground was clean and no complaints with the bathrooms. The only thing that was frustrating were people having camp fires in an ALREADY terrible smoky atmosphere from wildfires. I think it would have been smart to put a hold on them.

We only stayed 1 night each time. We ate breakfast on a Saturday morning. I suggest not closing the bathroom for cleaning during breakfast. People are eating and drinking and will need the restroom after breakfast. We have a trailer and really didn't need the bathroom but I did hear a lot of people wondering why you would close it during this time.

Our family had the best time at the KOA in Redmond Oregon. The campground was maintained very well. The pool was amazing as was the playground for our busy kiddos. I would highly recommend this KOA to other people.

Everything was fine. I'd like to have more space to the neighbourhood spots. Tables and tents were very close. This was my first time in KOA. Usually, we use public or first come/first serve campings and always we have a lot of space for each spot. I understand that you are earning money with KOA and this is just a business so I am okay with it. We will try other KOA locations too. Thanks!

We spent 2 nights here when it was really hot, super smoky, and motel rooms were $300/night. The staff are friendly and helpful but they were unable to keep up with bathroom cleanliness because of the patrons who couldn't be bothered to pick up after themselves. It seemed like people were here to party and fling obscenities as loudly as possible. Great staff though.

Absolutely the worst service by the owner! Came over to our campsites & yelled at us not 1x but 3x���� I wish I would have recorded him & posted it all over social media. The worker came over & yelled at us the first night because it was 10:05 & was quiet time. I understand, Just very frustrating when Saturday they had people from other camp sites up until about 1:00AM being loud! Not kid friend

First time staying here and we Loved it!! Just wish they would re stock/clean the bathrooms with more often. Excellent experience and look forward on staying there in a few weeks!!

The pizza food cart was awesome and the coffee in the morning was excellent. It would be better if the bathroom cleaning hours were at a more convenient time of day. 9am-10am I would say is a pretty important time for the only bathrooms to be available.

Nice facilities, pool was great in the 100 degree weather. Kind hosts with helpful information on the area. Three stars because the camp hosts allowed multiple open fires during a statewide burn ban, including the sale of firewood, VERY disappointing. I will not patron this establishment again because of this.

I stayed in a tent site with shade and had ample room with a fire pit/grill and a picnic table. My stay was fantastic and located close to Smith Rocks and Lake Billy Chinok. Staff was super helpfull, NICE, and facility was very clean. Hot showers better than at home, pool and activities were wonderfull.

This is our second company campout and we will continue to be here every year. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The campground was wonderful! I would have given 5 stars and likely to recommend a 10, but the Manager on duty Sunday the 1st was rude. He was yelling at a nearby camper at 7:30am and woke up my group. I thought the way he handled himself was very unprofessional.

We loved the KOA campground; staff were wonderful and friendly. Very quiet after 10 pm the first night. The only thing I didn't like was the after hours check in. The camp was super quiet and someone came in at almost midnight, vehicle running, shining flashlights, setting up tent, airing up mattress, calling loudly for their dog, which was not on a leash. It really wrecked the good feeling.

This is a clean and nice KOA. We were a group of 4 families with kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts are nice folks!

For a site that appears to be quite busy and sites close to each other - it is exceptionally calm, quiet and respectful of spaces. Excellent facilities: shop, bathrooms and laundry were all excellent. The pool was great, all be it a large number of bees/wasps around the edge that stung a few people. Staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend staying here.

This was an amazing place to stay! Nice bathrooms and showers, plus I was able to do laundry!!! Was so nice to have that as an amenity. The store was open late so we were able to grab firewood and drinks. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

We took our Daughter and our Grand Kids and camped at two of the Tents Sites. We loved the pool. A suggestion: Could the picnic tables be the same type in the Tent Campsites as in the RV Campsites.

We come to this KOA every summer and enjoy our stay each time. With amenities like a pool, playground, large group sites or pizza delivery to our site, and upgraded restrooms and showers, we have numerous positive things to say! Our children love the light parade and games each year and the customer service is always the very best experience! Thank you for great memories!

Had a wonderful time! The staff made it even better. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They made my family feel welcomed and cared for. We had five obnoxious kids, but the staff treated us like anyone else and my kids LOVED the glow stick parade and games. We only wished the pool opened up earlier than 10! Other than that, it was a great first experience and we will definitely be back.

I loved my stay. The staff were friendly, and the amenities made me feel like at home. It's a good experience for campers who want an outdoor stay without the isolated feel. Will definitely keep in mind during my next trip to the Madras area

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
