The people were great, I meet a guy name Kyle, hope I’m spelling it right, that even offered to walk my thrash done to the trash can. Every one else spoke to you every time the saw you. The place was clean and spacious.the community was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time here.

Main Power breaker kept popping and with close to 100 degree temperatures it did not help with other campers attitudes, Power needs to be upgraded.

Well do to the pandemic 2020, the employees don’t wear their masks most of the time. Worst part I read prior to our stay in the review there was power lost, we got to experience that for several hours. Men’s restroom one urinal not very clean. Sorry but it would be last resort in booking a Spot.

Great spot for me to use as base camp for my Central Oregon mini vacation. Friendly staff. Nice to take a dip in the pool at the end of my day exploring Smith Rock, the Palisades, surrounding FS Wilderness areas.

When we checked in the lady was very short with us, the bathroom sink was leaking everywhere. Tents pots should be a little space between.

Campers very noisy even after 10:00. Check-in wasn't wearing required Covid mask. Disabled bathroom stall toilet clogged at 5:30 pm, and same condition 3 hours later. Next stall had no toilet paper. This was especially an issue as I was on crutches. Women's shower moldy. No campers were following Covid mask requirements in the bathrooms.

Campground was lovely and enjoyed our time there. The only complaint we have is we had an ants nest under our picnic table at our site. We had asked for it to be sprayed, but never had any follow up.

My only complaint is that I was told I could not put a one person tent on my RV site for 1 of my sons yet there were several other RV sites that had very large tents on them. Having to purchase a tent site cost me a significant amount more. The same rules need to apply to everyone. You can't just let people put the tents up and leave them just because that is easier for you.

The staff is so friendly. Campsites are clean and store had every item we forgot and needed. Thank you we will be back

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Big problem was lack of adequate power to run roof air conditioners. 30 amp service was available, but many power outages made running on generator power necessary. Gravel roads were dusty and necessitated keeping our windows closed to prevent getting dust in coach.

HORRIBLE STAY. CONSTANT lack of POWER issues. Even had maintence guy call me a liar when I told him we had no power. I put a long write up on both Google and Trip Advisor. I called KOA Corporate with a negative response. We will NEVER go to this KOA again.

Everybody was friendly the staff was very helpful the maintenance people to take care of the place on the golf carts were very helpful the only thing was that your electricity needs a lot of work a lot of people have no electricity or sporadic electricity etc. etc. but other than that thank you very much

The people who run this KOA were very nice and welcoming! We would stay here again. The pizza and the ice cream social helped make our trip amazing!

Staff very friendly&helpful. Sites are very nice. Electrical infrastructure needs to be upgraded to support a full campground under heavily loaded conditions. Would not return until electrical upgrades have been completed.

People were friendly. The problem is nobody on the morning office wore a mask. I always wear a mask when in public. The electricity was more off then on. If I pay for electric hook up it should work , no excuses. i i

Very clean, nice people, the cabin was very hot we stayed 7/25-7/26. Bonus was there was a fan and heater to help out. Definitely will stay again.

area ad not been watered, as for water a number of times , never done. had to ask 3 times for garbage left by former campers to be piked up. booked for next year . hope our space is in better shape. personell were great.

Sign on office door says wear a mask...no employee inside had a mask on except the cashier and she did not have it over her nose. There was one full time RV there that belonged in a New Delhi slum... I drove into our site and they had a sprinkle on getting the RV and tow car wet.

Compared to other KOAs, this place is nothing special. Nothing is paved and there isn’t much to do here except a small pool. I’d rather stay in a campground in the woods.

Check-in was quick and easy from a friendly staff member. She also told us about the amenities and what fun events were happening for the evening. Campground is clean. Really enjoyed our stay due to the fact that the staff was so friendly.

Good amenities, kind staff. We did hear a lot of loud voices into the night and had a problem with being chased by an angry, off leash dog.

It was a fun time but the bedding was not ideal. Blankets didn’t seem clean and not all the linens were provided. Also, refrigerator handle was broken. Otherwise it would have gotten a 5 star rating!

We stayed during a rather warm stretch of weather and while there were COVID -19 restrictions in place from the state. We enjoyed our time there, but it would have been nicer perhaps without any of the restrictions. So we hope to go back at another time when there are no longer any restrictions and be able to enjoy more of what the campground offers.

The people running this park are the reason I am giving it 4 stars. They run a very nice store and keep the park clean all day. The pool was open and we cooled off twice. The park roads are a dust bowl. Badly needing more gravel. Every time the wind blew, which was always, you get blasted with dust. The exterior road noise was constant. In a pinch, this park is good.

We stayed in a "deluxe cabin". The staff was polite and nice. The looks of the campground was pretty basic. Our issue was more with the dated unkept and unmaintained cabin. I could list everything I found wrong but nobody has time for that. If you are gonna offer cabins then they should be maintained to KOA standard. This is the kind of place you only stay at once. We won't be returning.

We were in row 10-13 and the circuit breaker needs replacing. At one point our power went off 4 times in 15 minutes, we were shown how to reset it ourselves. Even with our limited knowledge we know that circuits can and do wear out. Please fix it.. instead of showing us how to reset, and telling us we had too many using the system, as that is not a resolution. We were disappointed.

It was a nice time. Good shade and a beautiful area to spend the night. The ice cream delicious!! The host and hostess were very kind and helpful.

Our family had a fabulous time! The kids enjoyed the glow light parade, facilitated night games with glow sticks, the ice cream social, pool, and outdoor recreation area. The sunrise and sunset views are incredible and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We will for sure be back!

This time I stayed in a tent site. There isn't much shade but that was ok. The problem was the large RV party they allowed to block off part of a road at the end of the tent row. They had kids that were still shouting and making a lot of noise after 11:00pm, to the point one poor fellow nearer to them was yelling "quiet" at them. Those of us who had a long drive the next day were shorted on sleep.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
