The location required more driving than we realized but we enjoyed nearby Redmond, in addition to our visit to Bend. The bathrooms were very clean and shower was very good too. Staff was friendly at the check-in ... office hours were good.

Most of the ground beside our RV was VERY ROUGH and dangerous to walk on even in the daylight! Some of the bigger holes had a few rocks thrown into them. It was not level enough to even put out a chair comfortably. The bathrooms were closed from 9-10 AM…. That’s way early compared to most parks where they actually clean the bathrooms in early afternoon after we all have had a chance to use

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is well stocked. Grounds are well kept. . Beautiful, remodeled bathrooms and showers. Back to the great Redmond KOA that we remember from years ago.

Very nice staff! I believe it was Kim who recommended we go visit the lake for a nice view. Very well kept grounds, and clean bathrooms. We will stay again if in the area!

Although the people were nice the campground is 3rd rate compared to most other KOAs we have stayed at. If you have kids then you might enjoy the playground and pool, etc., but the sites are gravel/dirt and the grass is mostly weeds. Sites were not real level that we saw. And the property is about 18 miles from Redmond if that is important to you.

Very nice people working the office. Campground was clean and well kept. Great location. They made Pizza on site, was excellent. Will stay there again if in the area.

Our overnight stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Easy access to our spot, nice hook-up and all-round clean park. Enjoyed so much that we will be staying on our return trip home.

We didn't end up staying because we paid for a hookup site even though we were tent camping but there was no grass pad or even dirt in the hookup sites like the website said. We asked if we could switch to the group site (the only one with hookups and grass) we were told we would have to pay extra. The gentleman in the office was rude, we left with no refund and it ruined our whole trip!

We stayed 5 nights at this KOA. Staff was extremely friendly, facilities were very clean and grounds well kept. Lots of activities for the kids and parents. We will definitely be back again.

We did not have a res. when we check in it was smoothly done. the site was very nice. very clean restroom areas. would stay again when passing through that area.

Inadequate lighting. Campfire ring was dirty - full of cigarette butts. No smoke detector. Fridge dirty. Fan did not work.

Campground was clean and quiet, except we had to listen to a loud argument between a full time couple whom I assume are employees of the park. Otherwise, we were close to Bend, Sisters, Redmond, and other places to explore, including Billy Chinook Reservoir.

A decent KOA. Very friendly staff. Probably can use some upgrades. Note that it's 10 mi. north of Redmond; and quite a drive from Bend and Sisters. We liked that it's a mile or so off the highway, so no highway noise!

They gave me a wonderful spot that overlooked the fields and mountains next to the doggie pooping area. But it was no problem they were well behaved and they had good owners that picked up after them. Showers were very clean and water hot. Loved my stay and would go back again.

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but were unable to due to the amount of smoke in the area. We're sorry that we left but it was too much for us. The campground was nice and the staff were extremely helpful. They have a pizza truck on site which was really good. Under better weather conditions, this would be a good place to stay.

I enjoyed the cheerful friendly greeting I received upon arrival. The sunset was beautiful. And all other campers were quietly friendly as well. This is by far the most peaceful KOA that I have enjoyed over this last summer season. cT

Fantastic facilities! Very well maintained buildings, restrooms and showers were very clean. The grounds were well kept and clean as well. Events at the camp are fun, too. My only "complaint" would be the size of the sites, rather tight with the neighbors, especially when slide outs start popping out on all sides of RVs.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
