Everything was fine. I'd like to have more space to the neighbourhood spots. Tables and tents were very close. This was my first time in KOA. Usually, we use public or first come/first serve campings and always we have a lot of space for each spot. I understand that you are earning money with KOA and this is just a business so I am okay with it. We will try other KOA locations too. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was unbelievably good. Facilities were well cared for and clean. Having garbage cans close by was also a great convenience. Basically, nothing at all to complain about!

I have stayed at other KOA’s and have been very satisfied. However, this KOA was very disappointing. We were not given the spot we picked on the map and instead we were given a small spot in the middle of a dusty field. It was just very disappointing. We almost decided to drive straight home.

We loved staying overnight here! The space was large, my kids loved the heated pool and playground. We were welcomed by friendly staff and would definitely love to stay longer if there’s a next time!

We love this KOA, one of our very favorite places to come and relax! The owner puts a lot of work into making the place look nice and it shows. We’ve been here many many times over the years and it’s nice to see constant improvements to make it even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place to stay. Well taken care of and folks were very friendly and responsive. One humble suggestion. The area could use a lot more gravel to cover the dirt but that would not stop us from staying there again.

a little tight for bigger rigs. Very nice hosts and camp was clean. we just used as a rest stop only one night.

We spent 2 nights here when it was really hot, super smoky, and motel rooms were $300/night. The staff are friendly and helpful but they were unable to keep up with bathroom cleanliness because of the patrons who couldn't be bothered to pick up after themselves. It seemed like people were here to party and fling obscenities as loudly as possible. Great staff though.

The cons outweighed the pros. Pros: pool, pretty quiet, rock hunting for kids Cons: COVID Non-compliant during Delta surge (No masks worn indoors by all employees), broken bikes in front of half-painted office building, garbage on grounds not being picked up (especially by playground), broken basketball hoop, pool water gets dirty by the afternoon. There’s nicer places to stay nearby.

My first time ever staying at a KOA, and first time ever solo camping. Great experience! My cabin and campgrounds were clean. Lots to do! Employees are so friendly and helpful! The mountain views from campground just beautiful! Easy access to main road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Might want to change your schedule for cleaning the restrooms to a hour or two later. Most of the ones I was at were like at 11.

Nothing good at this place, has gone downhill even more than our last stay. Power outages daily, loud music blaring at the neighbors, dirty restrooms, the owner was a jerk and yelled at a customer for asking when the power would be back on…..it was a crazy place to stay! I do not recommend at all!!!

We have gone camping here multiple times. I love how laid back and kid friendly this campground is! It’s so cute how they have a glow parade for the little ones. Also super convenient that there are stores just 15 min from the campground. We will definitely come back again!

Great place to stop on the way home. Ordered pizza before we arrived and they delivered to my site. Walked up to the canal and got a great view. Visited the Llamas in the next town and had a delightful visit overall.

Great park, always enjoy staying there. The only reason for a 4 star not a 5 start was because we were kept awake by some neighbors till 1:30am this time and the park staff did not come to our knowledge.

Accommodations were good, staff were very friendly and polite. We had a blast staying in the TP and would again with different neighbors. They were the rudest people Ive ever met. Very inconsiderate, loud, and left their food and trash everywhere.

I’d like to say something was wrong but I can’t think of anything!!! Everyone was nice, restrooms were clean, showers actually sprayed water, store was nice…. If I had to come up with something….. na, I got nothing. Thanks for the great time!

Very friendly staff. Lots of kid activities, which is good…if you have kids. If not it’s a little overwhelming. Back in spots are incredibly short, impossible not to unhook even for one night. Showers were ok, not dirty but not overly clean. Good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Absolutely the worst service by the owner! Came over to our campsites & yelled at us not 1x but 3x���� I wish I would have recorded him & posted it all over social media. The worker came over & yelled at us the first night because it was 10:05 & was quiet time. I understand, Just very frustrating when Saturday they had people from other camp sites up until about 1:00AM being loud! Not kid friend

Cabin floor filthy, catsup on the door screen and filthy fan placed on the counter by the coffee pot. Curtain on front window hangs down over the counter, hard to open and close curtains with our items on the counter. A little tender care and it'll be up to KOA standards.

Campground was easily accessible, clean, well kept and enjoyable. Very friendly staff. The place was very busy, with a light-hearted feel. Smiles everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

It is just a regular campground, nothing more or less. I will say that the showers were very clean and modern.

They put us in a space next to the maintenance shed. Stacks of bagged cement and pavers. Tractor, truck, golf carts, etc. I can see trees and shade... just not anywhere close to us. Dirty and dusty where we are. Worst KOA spot we've ever stayed. But there sure was no discount from full price.

The campground lost power several times during hundred degree days. Also the owner likes to yell at his customers. This was the second time staying there and I will never stay there again

We rented one of the cabins and it was extremely hot inside. We could not sleep at night and my son is a type 1 diabetic and his blood sugars kept going low because the inside of the cabin was so hot. We had all windows open and the ceiling fan on. There was a second fan provided but the heat was trapped inside. Outside was cooler than inside of our cabin all night long. Horrible experience.

Hottest day of the year so I understand the problem with the power in the whole park going out but the poor communication and lack of owner presence to get the problem addressed was very poor. Bathrooms were not cleaned during the evening or early morning as stated.

The stay was well, terrible. The staff was less than friendly, the sites were mediocre, and the power situation at the sites was horrendous. We spent one entire day with no power, another day with power on and off, and used almost 30 gallons of generator fuel. When I asked about the power, I was told I need to be “F&$@!?$ patient”… unbelievable how we were treated. No offer of a refund eithe

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
