Nice facilities, pool was great in the 100 degree weather. Kind hosts with helpful information on the area. Three stars because the camp hosts allowed multiple open fires during a statewide burn ban, including the sale of firewood, VERY disappointing. I will not patron this establishment again because of this.

Great atmosphere friendly accommodating staff kids loved it! The issue was the electricity the worst we have experienced. We need 50 amps all they had was 30. Never been an issue before as we understand the limitations. Issue is not the amps it is the continuous fluctuation in the voltage varying from 115 down to 105 tripping our surge protector countless times in 3 days. We left 2 days early.

Came in around 7pm, was created by friendly staff, very informative! Loved our spot, grounds neat and well kept! Was our 4th time there and plan to return!

Kim the manager is very argumentative. Their electrical needs to be upgraded in a bad way. Lost power multiple times, 50 amp does not work at all, and most of their breaker boxes are open with fans running on them. We have been going there for many years as a group, it used to be so much fun. But unfortunately this was our last year. It’s to run down.

Nice place-it was so much fun watching people getting ice cream-mostly when they ordered the double-they couldn't believe how much you got-mostly the kids. We all laugh on how big their eyes got. The parade was cute.

I stayed in a tent site with shade and had ample room with a fire pit/grill and a picnic table. My stay was fantastic and located close to Smith Rocks and Lake Billy Chinok. Staff was super helpfull, NICE, and facility was very clean. Hot showers better than at home, pool and activities were wonderfull.

My first time at a KOA and this placed definitely gave me high expectations for any other KOA's. The one thing I would say needed improvement would be a bit more detailed cleaning in the cabins. The fans had a a lot of dust build up but overall great stay!

This is our second company campout and we will continue to be here every year. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. Plenty of activities for the children and they love the glow light parade! Great place to stay for a weekend get away!! Thank you so much! The Country Side Living Family

Old park, we had dogs barking behind us. Guy next to us was P O too. Nice people working in park (grounds keepers) Great pool.

The campground was wonderful! I would have given 5 stars and likely to recommend a 10, but the Manager on duty Sunday the 1st was rude. He was yelling at a nearby camper at 7:30am and woke up my group. I thought the way he handled himself was very unprofessional.

The staff was extremely friendly, everything is clean and well maintained and the ice cream social with huge scoops of locally made ice cream was a hit with our kids! The only issue was that our hookups were on the wrong side. Would definitely recommend this KOA!

We loved the KOA campground; staff were wonderful and friendly. Very quiet after 10 pm the first night. The only thing I didn't like was the after hours check in. The camp was super quiet and someone came in at almost midnight, vehicle running, shining flashlights, setting up tent, airing up mattress, calling loudly for their dog, which was not on a leash. It really wrecked the good feeling.

Stayed here a few years ago. This time it was great to see some obvious improvements! Kudos to you, new owners! Keep em’ coming! The check-in staff member was very pleasant. Our site was easy in and out, which isn’t always the case at KOA’s.

Fine when asked if they could put us together she completely ignored the request. Gave neither a yes or a no and when we get to our spot is was empty. I have been to other KOA who tries to be more accommodating.

We usually travel with our trailer but chose not to this time and stayed in a cabin which was fine however there is no path to the bathroom so you either have to walk around two rows of trailers or cut through, which is a nuisance for the owners of trailers. It would be good to create a path. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and the pool was great for the warm weather!

From the moment we started planning our family reunion, Kim was great. She was on top of all of the many phone calls for making reservations, changing reservations and general questions. When we all finally arrived Kim and her staff were friendly and accomodating. They all really went the extra mile. I would definately recommend staying here if you are ever in the area!

Nice location. However in the 3 days we were there for unknown reasons there was no water, we all had to figure it out for ourselves, not a word from the staff. Also had quite a few full timers there.

we request to be close to my daughter who stayed in a tiny house but we were put so far away so the next day they found us a closer site so we had to move everything. also the first site was on a corner the grass was brown and dusty for 55 dollars a night it was expensive. Also the tiny house my daughter stay in it was dirty had broken window screens the air conditioner wasn't working. no recommen

My stay was horrible for the price paid. There are so many problems with this campground. There is not enough space for all the issues. 1. Bees 2. Coyote 3. Cabin was disgusting 4. there was not adequate AC mentioned on website 5. Couldn't open windows/broken and no screens 5. Had to clean the place myself.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great amenities and weekend activities. People looked like they were living in their broken down down trailer next door to us, sleeping in the back of their truck with their dog barking and baby crying and dad smoking. The other negatives (minor) were that the hookups were on the wrong side. And I’m not sure why campfires were allowed during a burn ban.

We love coming here! Staff is friendly and welcoming, plenty of kid friendly things to do, and improvements are always being made. Bigger pool would be nice as it’s usually always overwhelmingly full, making it hard for smaller kids to enjoy it. More trails between rows would be nice, having campers parade loudly through your site is a little annoying. Looking forward to our next trip!

For a site that appears to be quite busy and sites close to each other - it is exceptionally calm, quiet and respectful of spaces. Excellent facilities: shop, bathrooms and laundry were all excellent. The pool was great, all be it a large number of bees/wasps around the edge that stung a few people. Staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend staying here.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
