We had family from the east coast and west coast and this was our meeting place so everyone could visit all. It was a great time and the staff was awesome. We had stayed here last year and the improvements are great! Keep it up and thank you for everything!

First time KOA people if you stay here you will be hooked. The camp was clean , showers are hot , workers are friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again. �5����‘S

Showers need attention, fixtures and shower curtains broken and they needed to be cleaned more than once per day. Fire pits were very nice and staff was friendly.

Spaces crowded together. Noisy but did quiet down at 10 pm. Inoperable plumbing fixtures in the men’s bathroom.

This was an amazing place to stay! Nice bathrooms and showers, plus I was able to do laundry!!! Was so nice to have that as an amenity. The store was open late so we were able to grab firewood and drinks. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

We had amazing views of the sunset between Mt Jefferson and Mt Hood from our campsite. The staff was friendly, always working to make the campground look beautiful. The bathrooms and showers were clean with updated fixtures. We did not have any issues with power as stated in other reviews. A great place for families with lots of activities for the kids to do.

We took our Daughter and our Grand Kids and camped at two of the Tents Sites. We loved the pool. A suggestion: Could the picnic tables be the same type in the Tent Campsites as in the RV Campsites.

The staff was very friendly! It was hot during our stay so we appreciated that the pool stayed open until dusk. We enjoyed our pizza delivery!

We come to this KOA every summer and enjoy our stay each time. With amenities like a pool, playground, large group sites or pizza delivery to our site, and upgraded restrooms and showers, we have numerous positive things to say! Our children love the light parade and games each year and the customer service is always the very best experience! Thank you for great memories!

Beautiful area. KOA needs to be cleaned up and spaces leveled. Cigarette butts, dog poop, and other small trash items were found in my park space. Go carts for rent need to be maintenanced. They are hard to pedal.

Needs more watering for the grass, very dry. The bathroom has a bad odor, maybe bad sewage problem and not enough circulation. The spaces are narrow.

Stayed 4 nights. Good planned activities and pizza offerings! Main building exterior needed to be finished painting, shower fixtures leaked (men’s side), and the dump station had a hump which didn’t allow for a level trailer when dumping.

All staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed the ice cream social, and so did our son. The site was nearly perfectly level and easy to access.

Had a wonderful time! The staff made it even better. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They made my family feel welcomed and cared for. We had five obnoxious kids, but the staff treated us like anyone else and my kids LOVED the glow stick parade and games. We only wished the pool opened up earlier than 10! Other than that, it was a great first experience and we will definitely be back.

I loved my stay. The staff were friendly, and the amenities made me feel like at home. It's a good experience for campers who want an outdoor stay without the isolated feel. Will definitely keep in mind during my next trip to the Madras area

We enjoy staying here. You are central to the Quilt Festival and other activities. We love playing horseshoes and hope the horseshoe pits are upgraded from their deteriorated status.

We stayed at the Redmond KOA at the end of a long trip in which we stayed at a lot of KOAs. This was, hands down, the best one. Staff were very nice, the pool was warm, the other folks staying there were friendly, and the views are wonderful. We are already planning a return trip!

The location is fine, close to Lake Billy Chinook. The whole reason for us going. The "deluxe" cabin was absolutely horrible and disgusting. It would have been better to sleep outside in a tent. The "cabin" was smoked in, then supposedly cleaned with pinesol to cover it up. They left used bar of soap in the shower. Used sponge in the kitchen and so much more! DISGUSTING!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We are looking to come back ASAP! The property is very nice and well kept. We also got an amazing site to stay in.

Your KOA was gre. Luv'd the showers. You need a shower at least 2-3 feet larger for handicap people. Make the bench & shower area larger & no step with large door opening...36" wide. If someone is in a wheelchair they can wheel in & transfer to a seat in shower. Add Grab Bars. Also a Family Shower. Just an ideal. Thank you. Have a Great summer! Wash curtains, ours were dusty. A/C units.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Restroom/showers were clean. Ice cream social was a great evening event on a very hot day. It was a quiet location, away from traffic. Loved watching the rancher next to the camp cutting his hay....

Easy check in, bathrooms/showers in excellent condition and clean. Ice cream on Friday and Saturday was great. Only had the breakfast one day but it was great also.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
