We usually travel with our trailer but chose not to this time and stayed in a cabin which was fine however there is no path to the bathroom so you either have to walk around two rows of trailers or cut through, which is a nuisance for the owners of trailers. It would be good to create a path. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and the pool was great for the warm weather!

My stay was horrible for the price paid. There are so many problems with this campground. There is not enough space for all the issues. 1. Bees 2. Coyote 3. Cabin was disgusting 4. there was not adequate AC mentioned on website 5. Couldn't open windows/broken and no screens 5. Had to clean the place myself.

The location is fine, close to Lake Billy Chinook. The whole reason for us going. The "deluxe" cabin was absolutely horrible and disgusting. It would have been better to sleep outside in a tent. The "cabin" was smoked in, then supposedly cleaned with pinesol to cover it up. They left used bar of soap in the shower. Used sponge in the kitchen and so much more! DISGUSTING!

Your KOA was gre. Luv'd the showers. You need a shower at least 2-3 feet larger for handicap people. Make the bench & shower area larger & no step with large door opening...36" wide. If someone is in a wheelchair they can wheel in & transfer to a seat in shower. Add Grab Bars. Also a Family Shower. Just an ideal. Thank you. Have a Great summer! Wash curtains, ours were dusty. A/C units.

We loved our stay! Lots of stuff for the kids to do, the cabin was on the end of a row with lots of yard space, close to town and fishing.

Super friendly staff. Nice, clean, updated bathroom facilities. We stayed in a TeePee- fun experience. They are a little close together (and no electricity in these) so if you have someone staying next to you, you will hear everything they are doing, however, that is a part of any camping experience and was not a big deal for us, but may be an issue for some people.

Very clean fun, pool was great pizza was very good ,had to do a special order and that was great, maybe during heat try to accommodate teepee's with a Fan!

The hosts were super friendly, and the campground is well taken care of. The tipi's do not have power, at the moment, which makes them pretty stifling in the hot weather. But they were really nice, and we will come back when it is cooler to try them again.

We had a great time. My 10 year old loved the pool. The grounds were spotless,the restroom was super clean and check in / check out was super easy. The office had an amazing selection of things plus postcards!

I always love coming here. I probably wouldn't rent the TeePee when it's super hot out again it was hard to relax in there. Maybe next time we will get a cabin. But we love it. Staff are always so awesome.

My stay was excellent the people and the staff were very friendly and professional. The bathrooms and showers were clean and I was very satisfied with my stay. As a matter of fact they were an excellent host and I plan on staying there again thank you Redmond KOA you guys rock.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, went above and beyond. Good/clean facilities. Would stay there again and recommend to everybody!! Beautiful view of Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Hood.

I stayed in the deluxe cabin which was really a trailer. While the trailer itself was ok, it really needs some TLC. Especially the curtains/blinds, which are falling apart. It was a fairly spendy stay, at over $100 - the curtains/blinds need to be better, along with the locks on the door and the sliding glass door, both of which were broken. The campground itself seems nice.

Fantastic property! Our hosts and our cabin were terrific. The breakfast cannot be beat and we will definitely recommend this location to others!

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff cooking and serving breakfast were so friendly and the food was fantastic! They made our stay feel like coming home to family.

Even though the weather was sucky great stay. As always felt very welcome here. Like family. Great ammenitites, Ice Cream social, all you can eat breakfast Pizza on site. Then you have all the recreational opportunities within 20 miles... Highly recommended!!! My favorite KOA to date.

We stayed in the studio cabin (with bathroom). It was nice, just wish there had been at least one tree to offer some shade - next time we will bring our own shade canopy though. Owner was very nice on check in, staff were friendly at the breakfast. Loved the chicken fried steak addition to breakfast! We have been there several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Central Oregon.

Although we were skeptical about how a cabin so small could be considered "deluxe", it ended up exceeding our expectations. Everyone on staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the fire pit/grill was perfect for cooking dinner and making s'mores. We will definitely be back on our next trip through the area.

We booked a RV spot and a cabin! Great cabin with a bathroom! When we checked in, they made sure we could park our trailer close to the cabin, where our son was staying. Wonderful staff and service!

Clean cabin, provided with fluffy towels, coffee, comfortable bed. Little market at check-in office provided everything a camper could possibly need. Dog loved enclosure where she could sniff off-leash. Staff friendly & helpful. We'll be back!

It was nice, but the pool could stand to be drained and this is definitely not the place to be if you are expecting masks to be worn or public health guidance to be followed. The camp itself, however, is very nice. I especially appreciated the super clean showers and playground.

It’s a normal KOA, the cabin was warm and my kids loved it. I would have liked if things were a little cleaner inside but the things that mattered were clean. So thankful to have not been in a tent!

Would have given 5 stars but the internet/tv was terrible and the floor was quite dirty (swept but not mopped) when we arrived which led me to believe the "cleaning process" wasn't great. With the melted snow and mud, it was even dirtier when we left and there was no mop available. Best to leave shoes on indoors so as not to ruin your socks ;) We would still return for the convenience/location.

Cabin w/bathroom. Window doesn't open and shower floor was dirty but the rest of the cabin was ok. However, the TV didn't work b/c "someone had stolen the antenna." Not a big deal usually, but since days are so short, we missed that. We didn't expect to see several towels and bedding. We brought and used our own. Good refrigerator and micro. Friendly hosts but weren't wearing masks.Good place!

Your facility is very nice, bathrooms and shower were very nice and always clean, stayed in one of the cabins, was very comfortable. Thanks to Kim in your office she was very helpful to deal with. Every staff member was awesome!

We booked the teepee for our friends. It rained that night and no one in the camp knew how to shut the flap and they got all wet. Also, they said some of the staff was really rude to them.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
