All the staff is very friendly and want your stay to be enjoyable. They also take pride in keeping the grounds in shipshape order. My only small negative comment is that the WIFI in the evenings is poor and maybe due to heavy usage at that time, would like to see if it could be improved especially for long time stays.

When I booked the reservation I told them we needed a 50 amp hookup. They put us in a 30 amp and when my husband went to change it they were rude telling him he didn’t need a 50. Also, was told the pool would be closed so we didn’t bring suits, and it was open so my kids were really disappointed. Overall the campgrounds were clean and nicely maintained.

The early AM of my first night someone opened my pass through dotage bay. I heard it but was - as a solo female traveler- too afraid to confront the person in the darkness. Nothing appeared to be missing but a lesson to this newbie to lock EVERYTHING. Great staff though!! Super friendly and helpful!!

Plenty of space between units. Away from highway enough to be quiet. Nice staff. Very close to Smith Rock hiking area. Will stay here again.

This KOA ( as Tony the tiger says) G_R_E_A_T !!!. The staff are very nice and helpful. We have stayed here several times and is the same each time. We ask for a certain RV site (#17) and we get it all the time. This last stay the staff surprised us with an anniversary cake on our 56th wedding anniversary on the 17th of the month. The grounds are well kept. Keep up the good work. See you next year.

Pretty place, clean, nice fire rings! The lady who checked us in was incredibly nice. If we ever have more time around Madras Or. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff here are amazing. The sites are spaced nicely and the grounds have something for everyone. We showed up during the windy season and that wasn’t a lot of fun but I would go back during the summer.

Nice comfortable little place. Pretty views of a couple big mountains. I like that you can select your own spot too.

Very nice campground, clean easy in and out. Great staff! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

KOA was nice, staff was super friendly. Only complaint is it's pretty far away from things, and it's the windiest place we've ever stayed. We had 20-30 mph winds every night we were there with gusts that felt like we were going to blow over.

Hello, I liked the park and the stay. What concerned me was the requirement to wear a face mask in the office, which is necessary to get this pandemic under control. However, the staff person at checking did not wear a mask. NOT GOOD.

Such a great campground! Clean, beautiful sites and extremely friendly staff. So helpful and you never passed by one without getting a smile or hello. Bathrooms were very clean, hot water and great pressure. Dog friendly, I only recall a few sites with no dogs. Centrally located with so many day trips available. We will be going back!!

We stayed four nights here, and it was a good place. My one concern, and it's a big one, is that while it was posted that masks are required in the office and the bathrooms, NONE of the staff was ever wearing a mask. When I raised the question to the man who checked us in, his response was simply "Well, I wasn't even supposed to be here today." Huh?

Very nice campground, only negative is we wanted to use our reward points, and the individual did not know how to apply them. Second oops for the value card, why collect points if there is always a reason you can’t use them.

As I put on my Google review, I noted that the man working check in at the indoor store and office stated that he was aware of a local mask mandate but refused to wear one anyway because "it was a hoax". My mother tested positive in a card facility in SC, and is doing poorly. I told him this and he did not even offer any sympathy, instead coldly asking if she had any predisposing conditions.

Short. Overnight only. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Grounds were ok. Place was quiet. Good enough for our purposes.

We were told on the phone that the TV cable was working . No, that was wrong. Mount Shasta KOA told us their TV cable worked and theirs didn't work. Both KOA's check in was easy but not truthful, Bathrooms in both KOA's were clean. Power hook up worked, Septic drop worked. Campsite was quiet , the internet was working, slow but working.

I understand your cancellation policy! Yet when we arrived the smoke condition was horrific. I explained my husband is end stage heart failure and we couldn’t stay in that environment. We continued driving 5 more hours and slept in a rest area that nigh! To pay the full amount made me upset indeed! These are conditions beyond our control ��

Rules disregarded-- Tents set up beside RVs and rugs put out on grass. RVs too close to neighbors tents and sccreened canopys.

Had a problem with power, but staff was very quick to help resolve the issue. The only other issue was the cleaning of restrooms between 9 and 10. Seems it should be later, maybe after checkout? WiFi was fabulous and location was great for us. We did not partake of breakfast, but hit the ice cream social both times!

I was quite upset about the occasional power outages suffered over the weekend but I trust that this was a one off event and will not happen again.

Very Friendly staff. Campsites we’re fine maybe a little close together. Stay during terrible wildfire smoke so hard to say how wonderful it could be

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
