The campground just seemed ‘tired’. The staff was very nice. The bathrooms and shower areas were nice and clean.

Just overnight with a nice pull thru site. A bir uneven but I stayed hooked up so I did not level up. Very nice staff and well cared for grounds.

Stayed during a hot, smokey, muggy weekend. Parks electrical grid couldn't handle the load, and kept tripping off. To preserve the mechanical integrity of my ac unit, I turned it off. Couldn't use it two out the three nights we stayed. Very uncomfortable. Also, had to hook water up from neighboring site. We pay more to stay at KOA. Expected more.

Very nice stay friendly employees. The only thing i would say you need to work on is the cleaning of the bathrooms and the pool. Otherwise great stay we always enjoy it.

Great time again-have stayed here before and this time it was a last minute drop-in because of traffic and unsafe driving conditions from smoke. Pulled in and got set up. Perfect! Grandkids Love the swimming pool and playground.

WE ALWAYS STAY IN REDMOND, OREGAN KOA. ITS ALWAYS SO CLEAN & THE STAFF IS COURTIOUS, PATIENT, HELPFUL.

Awesome internet signal, the best I have ever experienced in an RV park. Spacious sites, good utilities. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

What a great KOA...we were truly impressed with the facilities, the helpful and friendly staff, the on-site pizza sales, and we're sad to have missed the weekend breakfast. Great camping experience!!

The camp was quiet, convenient, friendly and accommodating.. Because of an unsavory neighbor the staff/owners kindly transferred us to another site. Highly recommend this camp.

Very covid friendly. Very family friendly. Wouldn’t imagine spending my time in the summer anywhere else. (Oh yes that’s right I reserved 5 weekends in a row here because it’s such a great place). Next year we’re even planning on staying at the koa on the weekends. Even can leave our boat their they said they have a storage place to look into that so we don’t have to drive it all the way

Facilities are great. Noticed new fire rings since our last visit. These are the best I've seen in any campground. Always enjoy the wide open view from this location.

Nice amenities: offer ice cream social on Friday night; and offer breakfasts on Saturday & Sunday mornings. Reasonable prices & huge portions! Thx you for your excellent customer service!!

The KOA is definitely closer to Madras than Redmond. We were able to get a spot on relatively short notice for 3 nights, so that was a plus. The pool was nice, people working in the store were really friendly. It just felt like we were in a parking lot in the middle of agricultural fields. Not enough trees or greenery. Also, unlevel gravel RV sites were not worth the high price tag.

The salt water pool is really nice. The kids swam in it most of the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Peaceful campground with well maintained grounds.

Was in desperate need of reliable WiFi connection for a required work project. This KOA was fantastic, able to stream a Zoom meeting with absolutely NO electronic hiccups!

I operate a rescue boat for CDBA, but the race was cancelled. I had a reservation and several of use with the race club came anyway and visited and relaxed. I have a reservation for next year if the Covid19 lets the race happen, otherwise I will come to your park and relax and visit.

Great staff. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Clean, quiet with beautiful views. Store was well stocked for food, drink and miscellaneous supplies.

We stay periodically and are satisfied. The office staff are great. The sites could be a little more level but the new fire pits are nice.

Most staff were very pleasant and looked like they worked hard. Guy with the big side burns was not very friendly. Accused us of being loud the night before our first night when we were not there. And apparently sitting & visiting with your family at your camp fire after 10 Is a crime. He yelled at us each night. Sewer hookup is uphill which creates a challenge.

Over a really nice place to stay. I loved the campground and area. Social distancing at the pool was not really being followed.

I love it here. Second weekend here and the staff are amazing the activities are amazing and the staff know how to joke and have a good time which is good in this day and age right now.

women's restroom was not up to par with what I've experienced at other KOAs. Staff was friendly and there were a lot of kid focused activities.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
